Yeah, just imagine calling up all your friends and telling them that you bought some "TYTS" today!
ROFLMAO!!!!
Go TYTS..... er, I mean: GO RAMO!!
.
.
.
.
Ya know... now that I think about it, THAT ticker symbol would probably be exactly the ticket to launch this stock to the moon!
or at least give it a great bounce.
Sorry all, but I couldn't resist this one...
If the name of the company is TerlYn Tech...
why dont they change the ticker to:
TYTS.PK
(Just a little morning humor to start the day, not trying to offend)
Yup JP,
I had to go open an account elsewhere also, My TDA wouldn't handle the trade, but I wasn't about to be prevented from buying more shares so "Scott" handled it.
Loooooong UBRG!
MBi]
Yup Gauv,
We're all asking the same question right about now!
But that hasen't stopped me from picking up more shares a few days ago. Sorry to see it so low... oh ... wait.... no I'm not! I didn't mind at all catching the .017's and averaging down.
And I don't mind waiting awhile to let Guest and Ali do their job.
GL 2 us.... Go UBRG! (whenever)
MB
Gauv...
I sent then an email back on 1/27 asking basically the same thing. I really did not expect to get a reply so I am not dissapointed that I didn't get one. I figure no one will hear from them until they have the CC. I WOULD have expected to have gotten a date and time for the CC by now tho.
I'll post if I ever do get a reply. In the mean time, I still think this company is trying to do right by us, otherwise, Guest and Ali would have NOT settled for stock shares in lieu of a $$ paycheck for the last 3 years.
GL to all of us!
MB
I dunno 'bout anyone else, but I gladly picked up another 200k cheapies today.
GLTA
MB
Nice pep talks, Distro and V63....
Good luck to all of us!
mb
S.E.
That is the best and most constructive post that I have seen on any board in a long time.
Many would do themselves well to follow your investing 'guide'. Good job!
MB
Ok Gram,
So are you telling me that you want me to buy a few shares monday morning so that the pps will drop for you?!?! LOL!
MB
No Fly,
I got in after that, but the run is what caught my eye, after a bit of research I decided to pick up a small amount to sit on.
MB
Ha!
Never fails!
If anyone wants cheeper shares, wait till I buy some... the price will promptly DROP!
It's all in the timing folks!
MB
Yeah Fly,
I've got some OEDV also.
Long on both, I'm not a flipper.
MB
You can count me 'IN' as a buyer, I'm #38 today with 100100 shares added to my holdings. I find it odd that the very next one, #39 mirrored my 100100 buy, both are listed as 'sells'.......hmmm!

Hello to the new followers...
now we are "4! "
I welcome any input you may have on the company.
I see that someone put out $520 + fees to pick up 1k shares, causing the pps to drop to $1.
I still believe that the company needs to put out a little PR if they want to get things going.

Ok... Gotcha, I was reading that all the wrong way. LOL!
My Bad!
J...
So if I am understanding you... prior to (CVE) going IPO, investors (owning restricted shares) would be able to buy more 'pre'listed (CVE) shares? Or are you saying that any investors would be able to get 'pre'listed shares.
Sorry for being confused, this is the first time I've [owned] restricted, 'pre-listed' divie shares... not sure of all the little nuances. TIA
MB
PK, Yup, it sure would be great! Hey... maybe if the company is reading this, they might like the idea also.....
If only...
MB
Anyway, I'm still Looooong CAVR!
PK, I was not suggesting that they cancel last year's vote and CVE shares... wouldn't you like a 2nd round of them? I'd vote for that this year too! LOL!!!
MB
Yup J,
I think I'll just go smoke my pipe dream now! LOL!
MB
Well, IGF1... anyone who was a SH last year and is still holding before CVE goes IPO, would get a 2nd infusion of CVE shares... I would happily accept more! Anyone who has been holding long (after) last august, would then get in on the CVE shares this year. Since the CVE shares are virtually worth nothing right now, the Company looses nothing but keeps long SH's.
Seems like a win-win & win idea to me!
MB
Gee, I wonder if there's a snowball's chance in h3ll that we might see the company decide to give (long) SH's a 2nd divie of the CVE (proposed) stock again this August, since we've all been suffering thru at these verry low pps's....... Hmmm? Any thoughts?

LETTER TO SHAREHOLDERS (Just out)
UBRG President Issues Letter To Update Shareholders.IRVINE, Calif., January 11, 2012 – Universal Bioenergy Inc., (OTCMarkets: UBRG), a publicly traded independent diversified energy company, announced today that its President and Chief Executive Officer, Vince M. Guest issued a Letter To Shareholders that covers an update on issues concerning the Company’s operations, its stock price, issues regarding the DTC and future outlook of the Company. The full and complete text of the Letter to Shareholders can be read in the Form 8K filed with the SEC on January 11, 2012.
Universal Bioenergy is a high growth company that is growing at double digit rates, that generated over $49.9 million in revenues for the nine months ended September 30, 2011. Through its subsidiary, NDR Energy Group, it sells natural gas to 28 of the largest public utilities, electric power producers and local gas distribution companies that serve millions of commercial, industrial and residential customers throughout the country. On December 7, 2011, the Company announced its expansion into the coal energy market with the signing of an agreement with Whitesburg Friday Branch Mine in a deal valued at an estimated $264 million over five years.
Universal’s President Vince M. Guest states, “This Letter is very important, as it addresses some critical issues and concerns that have been on the minds of our shareholders for some time. It addresses our stock price, its volume, liquidity and issues with the DTC regarding our stock. We want our shareholders to have the correct information so they are fully informed. I want to assure all of our shareholders that we are deeply concerned about your interests as our fellow shareholders. We are constantly looking for new ways to create more value for our shareholders and investors. We believe the true measure of our success will ultimately be the value we create for our shareholders over the long term, by building a strong operating company, which should cause our stock price to rise and our market capitalization value to grow to the benefit of all of our shareholders.”
V63...
Okay... you got me... I didn't know about THAT list!
Actually, I was rilly only trying to address someone elses statement that the stock could NOT be bought, when in fact, I DID buy some during this "chill".
I'm rilly not too worried about all this chill stuff, (IMHO) I think it is all about the dividend shares that were given to SH's of record last year and I think the company will eventually work it all out; although I would prefer sooner rather than later.
Thanks for the head-slap! LOL!
MB
I could NOT buy UBRG on my TD Ameritrade account, so I put some $$'s in my Scottrade account and had NO PROBLEM picking up the shares that I wanted. Scott- charged me $20.oo for the buy as opposed to TD which would have charged me $10.00.... Big Whoop!
MB
But I guess no one can buy any shares due to the chill... funny thing is, I could not find UBRG on any chill list.
Oh well,

Summary of Sept. 2010 Geologist Report for BRI:
Technical Report (revised)
Estimate of Bakken Oil Resource
For Lease-holdings of Bakken Resources Inc.,
McKenzie County, North Dakota USA
by
David Boleneus,
Licensed Geologist; AIPG (member)
September 11, 2010
Revised September 20, 2010 To view the report in its entirety, please click the icon to the left.
For a brief summary, please read below.
Summary
This investigation provides an estimate of the oil resource in reservoirs of the Bakken Formation within the 3,000-acre lease-hold of Bakken Resources Inc. (BRI) located in McKenzie County portion of the Williston Basin of North Dakota.
The State of North Dakota estimated in 2008 that the Bakken Formation contains 149.2 billion barrels of oil in-place within the borders of North Dakota. Also in 2008, the U.S. Geological Survey estimated that 3.65 billion barrels oil and 1.85 trillion cubic feet of natural gas remains undiscovered within the Bakken Formation across the U.S. portion of the basin, which includes North Dakota and Montana.
Standard petrophysical log data from a nearby well, data from nearby producing wells, in addition to data published about the Bakken Formation by State of North Dakota Department of Mineral Resources provided the data needed to perform a volumetric estimate to establish original oil in-place resources. The most likely estimate of original oil in-place (OOIP) within the BRI lease-hold of 58 million barrels may be classified in the prospective resource category. This most-likely case estimate compares favorably with the quantity of in-place oil resources estimated in 2008 for McKenzie County by the North Dakota Department of Mineral Resources. This estimate does not account for percentage of oil and natural gas that could be recovered or produced. This estimate is made in consideration of Guidelines for Evaluation of Petroleum Reserves and Resources of 2001 (revised 2007).

Too bad for the high cost of service fees over there... I suppose it's due to international trading... yes?
MB
V63,
Did that... still, the cost was $20.
Matters not, I got the shares that I wanted, with a little cash left over for more if it rilly dips.
MB
Merry Christmas 2 all!
Hey V63...
Just to update you, Scottrade worked out fine, it was my banks' error.
Picked up anudder 100k on tues. It DOES cost more if stock is under $1.00 pps., but reasonable... $20. on my buy.
I may still buy more, but I am happy with what I already own & I'm happy with UBRG.
MB
Looooong UBRG!
Willy...
Yes, I got your point and was not trying to push your buttons. Only trying to see if anyone got something different from the paragraph that I quoted from the lein agreement. Any thoughts?

Go back and check out Johnsyn's post # 9809 for more info.
Also, if I am reading this correctly, payments due to Surge will come out of any moneys that are above or beyond a $250k base amount, or 'working capital'; so CAVU will always have that base amount intact to continue operations with.
But lets say they go out and secure 5 mil in loans (or whatever), the $153+k will be paid off the top to remove the lein. Normal business, but please correct me if I'm wrong.
Any Financing made by CAVU, any of its affiliated companies or subsidiaries, from any of the aforementioned transactions whereby CAVU, its affiliated companies or affiliates, obtains good funds in an amount greater than $250,000.00 in the aggregate shall be covered by this Amendment and Assignment (hereafter "Assignment").
