I could NOT buy UBRG on my TD Ameritrade account, so I put some $$'s in my Scottrade account and had NO PROBLEM picking up the shares that I wanted. Scott- charged me $20.oo for the buy as opposed to TD which would have charged me $10.00.... Big Whoop!

But I guess no one can buy any shares due to the chill... funny thing is, I could not find UBRG on any chill list.
