I would bet that was an MM to MM trade just to get the price down.
Keep in mind, the MM's don't have any to sell so they have to keep us on edge.
The pps should be over .03 and I'm sure if push comes to shove this will be up to .05 soon enough.

Don't let the low bid and ask bother you too much.
MM's will always run a penny stock into the ground for several reasons.
Mainly, typical pennys are always pumping and dumping. When a company needs to raise capital they go to the MM's and ask for cash in exchange for stock. Well, do you think the MM is going to exchange their cash for stock at a 52 week high?
Not hardly. They have to keep the stock low as possible until they've bought at super low prices.
PRMK does need to address the low price by keeping fins updated.
Most of us are speculators and we typically don't buy at the highs either.

I like the way L2 is shaping up.
There is finally some bid support.
Any buying in the next few days will put the chart in a strong buy mode.

I am sure interested to see if some of the good folks in Ft Wayne are going to buy up some shares in the next few weeks.

If you all would notice on L2 the 2.5M sale and the .3M sale are also shown on the buy side in exactly the same amount, just in smaller and different increments.
What does all this mean?
I don't have MM experience to tell you for sure but it tells me an MM sold 2.5M shares and then bought the same amount from another MM.
Why do they do this?
Again I'm not sure but I think its to set up the chart and get the stock to trading a little more.
MMs don't get paid unless they are selling stock.
Anybody have a different theory?

The MMs are going to try and shake a few shares loose before the end of the month.
If someone wants to give them a few cheap shares that might be helpful otherwise they just might give all of us an ulcer.

Hopefully the MMs are just trying to get the chart to set up for a nice run however; they don't have any shares and are passing a few back and forth.

MMs - Specifically CSTI (Collins Stewart Inc. aka Collins Stewart Hawkpoint)and/or VFIN (vFinance Investments.
OK maybe I'm just a little pissed as I've watched a perfectly good stock try to flame out over the last month.
MMs will be and do their MMs stuff.
But I hate it when they show 50k shares for sale and someone buys 100k and they show they still have another 50k.

He's toxic. Notice anytime hes around a stock the MMs make everyone suffer.
Maybe he knows a few picks but after he pumps it awhile thats usually the beginning of the end.
I'm hoping with PRMK there will be enough interest soon to override the MMs blatant effort to kill this stock.
