Don't let the low bid and ask bother you too much.
MM's will always run a penny stock into the ground for several reasons.
Mainly, typical pennys are always pumping and dumping. When a company needs to raise capital they go to the MM's and ask for cash in exchange for stock. Well, do you think the MM is going to exchange their cash for stock at a 52 week high?
Not hardly. They have to keep the stock low as possible until they've bought at super low prices.
PRMK does need to address the low price by keeping fins updated.
Most of us are speculators and we typically don't buy at the highs either.
