You are right real, it is nice news for those of us who have a realistic timeline for success. Many here like to refer to these operational update type PR's as fluff, but it's simply because it's not the type of PR they can sell on for a quick profit lol. I can understand people's frustration for not seeing the share price where they think it should be, but the problem is they set an unrealistic time line for exponential growth.
If I started a public company to build a bio-desiel plant to manufacture and sell bio-desiel, I could set a timeline for project completion, project revenues based on production capacity, and project profits based on average operating cost. This is not an option for a company like WNBD as it has too many variables in play that effect the rate of growth. Sure there have been set-backs and obsticales to overcome, but the overall movement has been in a forward direction. The longer it continues in a forward direction the more momenteum it will pick up along the way making access to the market easier.
The good thing about a high margin consumable product is there are no limits to growth or revenues. With the example of the bio plant, there is a max projection to be achieved, and once maxed out the growth stops or you build another plant. With consumable products the sky is the limit if it can be brought to success. I for one can see the peices comming together for what seems to be a brighter future for WNBD. When that will be accomplished I don't know, but as long as they stay within my realistic time line for success I will be here with them.
What you fail to understand according to your comment below, is that all people don't trade/invest in a young company based on the parameters you have set for yourself. That doesn't make them wrong or right, it just makes their stadegy or timeframe different than what is acceptable to you. Therefore I wouldn't consider it a study in human behavior unless you consider it a fact that you are right, and all others are wrong.
I continue to be amazed at people. This board really is a study in human behavior.
Yet, some continue swoon every time this CEO makes a comment and keep buying and buying.
I have emphasized many times about the infastructure foundation WNBD has been building over the past year or so. They have continously been setting the company up for an exponential growth curve. The question is: do they know it's going to happen in the near future, and are getting the pieces in place to handle it, or are they hoping it's going to happen in the near future. I know where my money is, and I believe they are'nt setting all these peices up for a hope and a prayer.
For anyone considering to enter this stock I would suggest reading the past two years of PR's prior to making the decision. See if they follow through on plans, look for past and present growth, and look at foundation developement.
If you do this, you will be able to trust your decision regardless of the direction you take.
Cool, maybe you can go to your old neighborhood, and check on her credentials haha....just kidding

Welcoming Victoria Arrigo to Manufacturing Management
by Eric Lehner
.Winning Brands manufacturing is a combination of our own production in Canada (for Canadian and Export demand) and contract manufacturing in the U.S., for U.S. demand. There are some exceptions depending on the size of production runs, but that is the general arrangement. In the past, our production volume was not high and the production was therefore not continuous.
Now, in preparation for anticipated higher production volume in 2011 and beyond, we are adjusting responsibilities in the production team at Winning Brands to boost emphasis on “day-to-day” management of all manufacturing issues to suit a continuous production environment. Therefore, our V.P. Manufacturing, Shabir Lalany, who was not entirely full-time, will remain in a consulting role but is making room for a new full time team member, Victoria Arrigo, to assume operational management responsibilities for Winning Brands manufacturing; both our own production and contracting.
Victoria has spent most of her career in chemical manufacturing operations driving continuous improvement programs, supporting production, R&D, and allied departments. In general terms, her path to this responsibility has included a variety of accomplishments in the areas of quality control, regulatory compliance and production efficiency. Victoria has worked with several fine corporations, with the longest period being at Diversey, Inc (Food & Drug and Specialty Chemical Producer).
As Manufacturing Manager at Winning Brands, Victoria will be applying this experience and her passion for manufacturing, with all its process and people management dimensions, to help Winning Brands become better, continuously.
Quick snapshot of Victoria Arrigo at the headquarters of Winning Brands for the purpose of discussing her future responsibilities in the management of manufacturing of Winning Colours Stain Remover and other Winning Brands products.
.
Then again, maybe he can throw some meat in with it for a boost lol.
Site looks nice, and will be a great tool for representitives and sales staff. I'm sure he will PR it before the end of the day, but don't see this moving the market at all. It is just an operational enhancement that will prove fruitful for the company, but not the share price at this time. IMO

Partnership Momentum
by Eric Lehner
.It’s really great to see relationships “take hold”. The relatively long time that it has taken to gain a foothold in the U.S. market for Winning Colours does have something to do with this factor. It has taken time to find the key influencers – decision makers who can make a material difference just because of who they are and their positive conviction in what you are doing.
That’s why it is a nice experience to (be invited to) attend this year’s Lancaster National Sales Conference, going on right now in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Naturally, a great deal is commercially private, but the tone of the experience makes it clear to us at Winning Brands that we are gaining traction with good partners. This took time, but is a good indicator of the ground getting solid under our feet.
A brief extract from a Winning Brands participant report touches upon this:
Today marked the first day of the Lancaster Sales conference held in Spartanburg, SC. The format or theme this year is “survivor” as Lancaster has adopted the position that given the recent impact of the economy, they have positioned themselves as “Survivors” in the paint and sundries sector. This is in part demonstrated by the acquisition of Five Star in 2010. The sales reps brought a strong desire to continue their learning and they also brought some experience this year as they have had one year to obtain in-market experience. The Five Star reps were able to use this training opportunity to integrate into the Lancaster culture and the common theme amongst their team was…Lancaster does this right. Additionally, the Five Star team were open with their appreciation for Winning Colours which seemed surprising given the challenge of getting started earlier. There is a positive new attitude amongst Five Star’s new management that is making the possibilities real. Many Five Star were actually relieved to know that Winning Colours was available now and that they could revitalize their prior interest. One rep actually said…”Did we know that some people called Winning Colours the mystical product from Canada that actually works!” There was no time to discuss it further, but the sincerity was appreciated. 26 sessions were conducted today and the manager X dropped by and stated that he wants to see Lancaster build on what has been done so far to honour the level of commitment that Winning Brands has shown so and that we can prosper together.
That’s a real relationship.
.
It's clear the lack of business knowledge exist throughout the market. Companies with simple, sound business models must focus on the direction needed to achieve the desired end results. Sales figures languish due to the lack of product knowledge from the consumer at this point. There are clear objectives in WNBD's business model to elevate those numbers which appears to be underway now.
First: Their goal was to have product available at X number of retail locations to acheive their goal.
Second: Focus on consumer product awareness to bring sales figures to a point of being self-sustaining.
It wouldn't make much sense to reach 50% of the targeted retail locations then shift focus and capital to product awareness. Even if they were successful they still wouldn't reach their self-sustaining goal. They have gotten the first goal complete at this point (number of retail locations), and will allow the continued growth of retail locations to take it's natural progression while they shift focus on product awareness.
It's actually a very simple business plan, but not so simple to execute with limited capital. IMO they have done extremely well to grow from a point of zero to over 5,000 locations. As product awareness continues to grow, so will the languishing revenues.
Real funny how the numbers get played.
It really is a shame when peeps post misleading information for others to read. The fact is the O/S hasn't doubled in the last two years, but even if it had, is the growth/expansion of the company been proportionate or exceeded the expectations with the amount of capital raised. That is a question we have to answer with our own realistic expectations. The post below goes back 14 months to show what I consider decent progress, and no reason to believe it will slow down. The factual information is the O/S was 846,511,641 on Sept. 15, 2008....and was 1,587,493,353 on Sept. 30, 2010...and yes financials are posted with pink sheets. The real facts.
It's been 2 years and the O/S has more than doubled. Has Eric shared financials yet? Any kind of sales $$$ numbers? It's just disappointing to see a stock worth 1/3 its value from a couple years ago. Yes, there have been swings, but this isn't good when you've got 1.6 billion and no light at the end of the tunnel with regard to the dilution stopping. Hopefully, the dream will become a reality before any R/S comes along and screws the longs here and lures the newbies (who might actually benefit off of your backs).
Winning Colours is, no doubt, a great product. I just hope it turns into just as great of an investment soon for the suffering longs. This is not what I had envisioned for WC be OS- or SP-wise heading into 2011
For someone to claim WNBD has no interest, you sure have enough interest to post here daily lol.

Winning Colours at Better Homes and Gardens Live – Sydney, Australia
by Eric Lehner
.Winning Colours Ambassador in Australia, Kori Walsh, has wrapped up a terrific weekend at the Better Homes and Gardens Live home show at Sydney’s Olympic Park venue October 15-17, 2010. Essential show details here: http://www.bhglive.com.au/visitor-info/about.html
The following are some extracts from Kori’s experience:
” Wow!!!! I am exhausted but had the best show in Sydney 15-17 Oct. This was the first Better homes and Gardens Live and I have already signed up for next year in Sydney and considering their first Melbourne show next year. It was the most well put together show and all that attended thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The BH&G Presenters that are on the weekly television show (& magazine) did projects live and signed autographs etc. so the place was “a buzz”. The venue was beautifully done and I was so proud to have Winning Colours a part of the show. The Editor of the BH&G magazine wrote in the program given to each attendee – she encouraged the public to “shop ’til you drop!” and that they did – I was sold out on Sunday and still had three hours left!!! It was great doing demonstrations for crowds of people getting excited about Winning Colours. I even removed stains off 17 people who came to me with stains (old and new) on their clothes. Winning Colours worked on each and every one of them! Even a radio presenter who has a weekly “home show” came to talk to me about Winning Colours. He watched my demos for about 15 minutes and said he would be in contact!…”
Kori Walsh is originally Canadian, but moved to Australia several years ago, where she is now permanently settled and combining her Canadian roots and love of Australia in spreading the word about the world’s most versatile cleaning solution. Whether outdoors or indoors, Kori finds ways to let people know what she has in store for them – Winning Colours Stain Remover!
Kori Walsh will put up a demonstration stand to show off her Winning Colours Stain Removing skills wherever she can - outdoors or at consumer shows, like the Better Homes and Gardens Live in Sydney, Australia below.
From this small space, Kori seems to have had a big impact amongst visitors to the 2010 Better Homes & Gardens Live show in Sydney. Thank you Kori from your friends and colleagues over here in North America - and elsewhere

First Round of Training Completed
by Eric Lehner
.Training at Lowes in Heath, Marion and Steubenville Ohio went according to plan this weekend. The Sunday evening Customer Quality Assurance Report now confirms this. It even states that a number of bottles of Winning Colours Stain Remover (mix of large and small) were purchased by consumers just through their casual observation of the training. Our Training Director is impressed and grateful for the team spirit with which he was received. Naturally, there will be follow-ups of various kinds. This is just the beginning. In the words of a great American on 4:18 pm Eastern July 20, 1969:”Houston, Tranquility Base here. The Eagle has landed.”

A Moment to Savour
by Eric Lehner
.Thank you to T.W. who shared these photos from his purchase of Winning Colours Stain Remover from the Lowes store in Heath, Ohio, October 1, 2010.
The first picture is of Winning Colours Stain Remover on the shelf at Lowes in the USA. This is an accomplishment for Winning Brands, but not time to take it easy. We have to earn the priviledge of occupying this real estate by being excellent business associates and building a brand sensation so that growth can occur regionally and beyond. At Winning Brands, we have the passion – and also the common sense – for the mission to succeed.
Fist picture ever of Winning Colours Stain Remover on the shelf of Lowes USA - Heath, Ohio October 1, 2010
This second picture is at the Paint Counter. It will not be possible to be at the counter as a permanent fixture. This is very busy real estate. The best that we can hope for is that we are placed there from time to time. To help achieve maximum impact in such settings, we’ve redesigned the display box (as shown in an earlier post in the weblog, as well as below this picture). Lowes needed the inventory before the new display boxes were printed. We are going to courier the new boxes to the stores to do a simple swap so that our retailer can benefit from the new design right away. These display boxes will be substituted soon for the new blue accented variety pictured below
Brighter display box will replace the original version almost immediately. It features Winning Colours' trademark slogan: "World's Most Versatile Cleaning Solution!" and other enhancements
In the final picture (below), after the purchase, T.W. captures how Winning Brands feels about its relationship with retail partners – “Winners!” bringing a new favourite product to consumers across America…
Winning Colours Stain Remover arrives at the first Lowes stores in the USA. We appreciate the opportunity and will work hard to earn this place and future growth.
I know it's only wishful thinking, but it would be nice to start seeing some legitamcy in this market.

http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/blog/shutdown_corner/post/John-Elway-invested-15-million-in-a-Ponzi-schem?urn=nfl-276931
Well, I trade to make money and don't mind paying taxes on my gains. Now that's not to say I don't have some POS losers in my portfolio that I won't sell, but like I said, to sell a potential huge winner with great news pending for tax loss defeats my purpose of investing in the market (making money).
There are many variables that everyone needs to consider prior selling any security for tax loss purposes, especially WNBD with the events on the horizion. Bearing in mind that if you sell you must wait 30 days before re-buying the security, or the tax loss can't be taken due to a wash sell, and with the possible news pending makes that very risky in my opinion.
A few things to consider that we know is already in the works:
Will Duane Reade Pharmacy (part of Walgreens) accept delivery in Q4, and allow it to be PR'ed so they will have product on shelf to begin Q1 of next year?
Will this push happening in Q4 with the assistance of Lancaster help to land additional retailers, and possibly one of the large (1,000+ store) national accounts?
Will the DSD initiative which will be training the end of this month take off during Q4?
Will Lowes want to advance roll-out to regional level or larger prior to the beginning Q1 and have products on shelf prior to that date?
What else could there be that we don't know about yet? Investing in penny stocks is risky enough, but to consider selling for tax loss purposes while knowing what news could come at any time is much too risky for me. I'm sure there may be some that will sell, but I believe they may be the same ones who will be chasing to get back in, and possibly lose their tax loss sell also...It would suck to be them lol.
I have no idea if or who they may have paid for domain names, but I really don't see your point in dwelling on it tonight. This is a common business practice that has gone on for years, if the company wishes to secure a domain name that closely relates to their company or product. For years internet slueths have been locking up domain names to sell to business owners, and I can only tip my hat to them for their foresight into a wise investment. I'm not to trying to discredit your post as I have no idea whether or not it happend, but I'm sure they paid someone for it....but I don't see why it's an issue.
I'm not sure if conservative equates to incompetent, but it's obvious his conservative nature hurts the share price.
Don't misunderstand this post, and think I am saying SYNJ has a well designed business plan, but your process of using account receivables to determine whether or not a business/business plan exist is considerably flawed. There are thousands of energy, medical, mining, pharmaceutical, health care, ect... business with no accounts receivable that have a business plan/model in place. SYNJ may or may not be one of them, but to use that as your basis to determine present or future success doesn't make sense.
Then you need to do a little more DD. Eric has stated his intentions numerous times regarding the share structure, now whether or not they come to fruition is yet to be seen. Don't think I'm comparing WNBD to these other companies, but when you look at O/S without taking market cap into consideration you only see a portion of the picture. Do you think either of these two companies share structures are a problem?

Re: Recognizer post# 148374 Post # of 148378
Charts are of little use on a sub penny stock like WNBD. They can say buy one day and sell the next.
May not be too much longer bud, they haven't spent the past few years putting all these pieces into place for nothing lol. They have plans for bigger and better things in the near future.
Short term traders look for hype while long term investors look for growth. I think the thing that has impressed me most about WNBD is the growth of infastructure at this early stage. Some companies acheive substantial revenue growth too early, and can't sustain the business because of lack of infastructure to support the growth. If you follow the steps WNBD has taken over the past few years you can see they are now positioning themselves for exponential growth, and have all the pieces in place to support such growth, as well as survive the bumps in the road which come along in business.
New blog on upcoming Lancaster training...

Correct, and Winning Brands is making all the right moves from a business stand-point. The counter displays, clip-strips, in-store advertising, getting yourself front and center during the brand building phase is monumental. I like the clip-strip approach much greater than shelf space in the grocery sector, as to not blend in with the other products. This will ganner attention to the product early on, and if consumers are satisfied with the results they will look for larger bottles later, or at other retailers. Great approach to a successful business model.
Very nice job, and great questions!!!!
The interveiwer and other associates with the stock goodies show are talking about how well Eric did during the interveiw lol
You see FFF, the possible mistake you are making is grouping every security trading on the pink sheets into one catagory. I have to agree that as long as revs are at a deficit, and it continues trading in this range, your assumptions may be correct. There are many companies listed on the pink sheets that trade in a range of $1.00 - $60.00 but you don't see them being posted about on I-Hub. The reason is because these companies have grown up, and attracted a different type of investor than the penny flippers. You can stand on the mountain top and scream all day long that the company and the stock have no relation, and that is the case with the penny flipping scams in this market. The other .05% of these companies that reach profitability and continue to grow will out-grow the penny flippers, and attract real speculative investor types. Don't misunderstand my post, and spin it into me thinking WNBD will be trading in the multiple dollar range, because that's not what I'm saying. I have no idea how high the potential could be, be at some point in time it will be related to the success of the company if/when the succeed.
Looks like they wasted their 4,000 share whack today lol. Closed even at .0038
Some numbers I posted earlier with the month of september added. I believe you are correct in the fud factor.
July - 81,113,558 shares traded
August - 119,969,599 shares traded
September - 103,342,438 shares traded
Total of - 304,425,595 shares traded for the qtr.
Addition of - 48,000,000 shares for the qtr.
You could be correct ant. As many other retailers around walmart begin increasing sales of WC it could give WNBD more leverage if/when the subject is addressed again.
My records may be wrong, and it's not that big of a difference, but I had total O/S count at 1,539,823,353 on 6/30/2010
What, no links to news...no copy of a press release on Lowes... I didn't think so, but good try anyway lol.
What news are you refering too. Please provide a link to the news wire that carried this news, or a copy of the press release would do.
So much for the rally off the US Lowes (3 store) news.
I also believe the i-box should have accurate information about the company, but the i-box isn't controlled or maintained by the company. There are links to all of the memos that do accurately describe the walmart situation available in either the ibox or sticky notes. They explain that no re-orders have occured since the start of Q2, but there are meetings still scheduled to determine what if any relationship will continue into the future. Do you have information that walmart has completely depleted their stock of WC, or that a definate decision has been made in regards to the future of WNBD and walmart? If not, your post is just as speculative as anything else posted as it relates to walmart. Proper DD will lead you to the situation as it stands on this matter.
Does the link below also tell you about the demise of hefty, Glad, Clorox, or Arm and Hammer. I believe you are being a little critical for your own adgenda here, but that's my opinion of course lol.
