Yes, it was almost too easy. Sometimes we CAN just accept good fortune coming our way and we didn't have two years to talk ourselves out of it! Only one quarter!
Great show tonight! Mister Chris Lighty don't mess around. Straight to the point and all business about making money.
We're gonna be just fine.
Yes, Gators are a lock.
Thanks. I just invited Judy Hong and Stephen Cohen. Gonna be a party bigtime.
We will not hear anything from PK for one simple reason.
Quiet period.
Watch Chris Lighty, Violator, on 50 Cent: The Money and The Power tonight at 10pm.
We'll know if we have Labatt by next Thursday evening.
:)
I would think he is buried in this letter to employees. CEO's everywhere are using it and starting with shareholders first before they move to internal demolition!

Olifant doesn't have the brewery capacity. Kenny found a great Midwestern brewery that Kid loves. It will do as he said. Introduce in the Midwest and quickly spread to both coasts.
Well there you have it. No sense in owning this one any more. Especially since you cited so much in depth due diligence and have totally grasped the sector by the horns. I appreciate your keen insight in preventing all of us from having any expectations whatsoever of success from this company. I sent an e mail to Anheuser Busch executives relaying your sentiments.
You cannot deny this. It is happening and ONE single entity is making sure they lose and nobody else wins:

If nothing comes up, it is clearly showing all buying. It's been going on for several sessions.
The action is identical to that of Nov-Dec 2006 where the buying to selling was over 90% for a sustained period. Then it was trapped .70-.80 and somebody was stepping on it hard. Then it broke out to 3.58.
Join. Do it. Get the word out.

Coming soon to a store near you, maybe. Kid Rock beer.
Submitted by Patrick Orr on Mon, 11/24/2008 - 1:34pm.
Yes, you read that headline right. Detroit-based hip-hop/southern rock icon Kid Rock is working with a company called Drinks Americas to develop and market a Kid Rock signature “premium domestic beer.”
Hmmm. I am having a hard time with the concept of a Kid Rock “premium domestic beer.” I suspect the company’s definition of “premium” and mine are a lot different.
To a craft beer enthusiasts like me, the word “premium” would apply to something like Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, Anchor Steam, or Deschutes Mirror Pond.
But I would bet you a dollar that Drinks Americas is referring to something else — that the Kid’s beer will ape the style of something like Olde English 800, Mickey’s, or Coors Light as effectively as he recycles 70s southern rock riffs.
This just has to beer fit for a paper bag — I am pretty sure that is what his fans want and expect.
For now, all the company officials are saying is they are targeting beer drinkers “who appreciate value, with an easy to drink, traditional, good tasting American beer.”
I called Drinks Americas several times over the last week or so to get some insight, but they are not returning my calls.
Here is what their CEO, J. Patrick Kenny said in a press release issued in September.
“Kid Rock is a reflection of great American rock and roll music and the American spirit, and we think we can create a beer in that same image,” Kenny said. “We are in the process of interviewing breweries now and working with Kid Rock to make sure that every aspect of the beer and the marketing support is as exciting as everything else Kid Rock does.
“We think that by very early spring we will have a compelling product and that consumers will love the look, taste, and branding that Kid Rock creates.”
One clue to what may be coming is how Drinks American describe their only beer brand, Rheingold Beer, as being “full bodied with no bitterness.”

If this had been an actual troll post the attention seeking you just read would've been followed by screaming, name-calling and cutting and pasting for no apparent reason. We now return you to the Idaho Statesman already in progress.

Kid Rock on People's Choice Awards coming on now.
I believe ummm somebody at the company recently said it best...
"Buy this stock under 20 cents and you'll be able to retire on 10% of it in 12-24 months."
That would qualify as rich enough.
Sounds like they know they are going to be bought out already. I'm so glad the idiot at .17 and .18 can see the outhouse through the trees.
Great point! This could easily be Lighty or 50 or any one of the icons making their acquisitions on the open market. Especially if someone is in a forced liquidation state. These guys are free to do so now, all they want, since the news is out there. Or better yet, some moron actually believes 100 mil to 500 mil Authorized is dilutive and is trying to short it.
Uhhhh, you don't short 50 Cent. Suicide as history has already proven.
Shareholder meeting webcast??
I'll make sure I show you all my better side. :)
Because in every one of 11000 other cases, stocks are rewarded by continuous buying on implications of growth either by internal expansion or acquisition.
Not here.
That's just it Griff. Cut the cheese any way you like. The story on a stock is never hot. The only thing that EVER tells the story of a company is the stock price. The true measure of its success. Until somebody steps up with authority and has these yutz's yanked and thrown in jail if it's naked shorting; or takes their liquidation for a song, the story never gets told.
That Kezzek truly is an idiot personified. Apparently the toll both worker's union was pulling double shifts before the holidays and he missed the conference call where Kenny specifically stated the Violator mega news machine would be behind their involvement with Drinks Americas. This 50 Cent PR was sent by Violator's PR firm to AllHipHop and others. Kenny doesn't have to spend all the money for PRs. That is what it means by joint venture!
But that's why we are here and they are there. Keep the class structure as ordered and ordained.
50 Cent Inks Deal with DKAM.
Unless you've been under a rock, 50 Cent inked with Glaceau, a private company, and Coke bought out 7 months later for $4.2 billion.
Now he has DKAM with his Cognac and Topless Sparkling Vodkas. Won't be long until this stock goes to several dollars when the market puts it all together.

Ep 7 is the Vitamin Water episode.
Ep 8 is this week, Thursday with Chris Lighty

Great job Adis. I guess Chris' folks putting out news on their own now. Good to see these icons step up and take control of the PRs and marketing.
Ooops!
Looks like 50 has changed his tune, though. Here’s what he told CBS in ‘06.
He said he tries to avoid sweets, sneaking soda when it’s “available,” but often substituting it, naturally, with Glaceau beverages. The savvy businessman, who has his own record label, G-Unit, and a sneaker line with Reebok, said his refrigerator is stocked with “a lot” of the drinks.
“It’s a better reflection of my lifestyle,” he said. “I don’t drink alcohol and I don’t need an energy drink.”
Seems the 50 Cent fans got sumpin to say!

I'll chime in on that one. Our possible bid is only a rumor. If the rumor were true, then there is a customary procedural process on deals just like this one. Since it is an all cash deal, we would have had to go out and secure what I'm guessing for a regional license might be $100-$150 million in cash overnight. Then we would have been thrown into the mix maybe with another 10 companies that have all been mentioned. Then they would have had to burn the midnight oil to get together a formal offer within about two weeks. Then the company would have had to come back to Drinks and tell them their offer was being considered. That means they would have made some kind of cut. At this point, they all have to sign non Disclosure Agreements. That says that nobody involved in company matters, or financing, or lenders, or backers, or vendors, etc. is allowed to discuss any matters relating to this venture, nor are they allowed to trade in the stocks or options of either company while the bidding process is being conducted right through closing. Then whoever was left would have had to enter the due diligence period. That's where any major acquirer has the right to come in and inspect the books, talk to key personnel, and make sure everything ABIB is presenting is exactly what they profess it is. That is usually around 30 days but most never take that long especially if no exclusivity has been granted. Then Drinks would have to come back with their final offer and without exclusivity, their final decree of why they deserve the company over anyone else. After all that, still no guarantees that any particular company would get it unless....
Hey, I was just thinking. Anybody remember the caller who called in on the August conference call that drew reference to Jimmy Iovine stating "Drinks would be a billion dollar company with our involvement" and he asked Patrick to elaborate on how he was going to get there. Patrick responded by saying, "Well, let me state first we never use the "B" word around here."
In October, Patrick came out in the Maxim Presentation and said they were building a "B"illion dollar company. In the Shareholder Letter, he said they were building a "B"illion dollar company. On the conference call, he said they were building a "B"illion dollar company.
That's a funny thing. Something sure changed "overnight."
Hey! Listen up. The fire just got a little hotter.
Nobody been talking much about 50 Cent The Money and The Power. I've been faithfully watching these two bit cry babies get up in each other's chit trying to be all that when they haven't even learned to tie their shoelaces.
50 asked them what they would do with the $100K he was going to give them if they won to start their business plan and one of them looked him square in the eye and said they would pay off all their bills to get their mind in the right frame and then go shopping.
But I majorly digress. While most of you were snowballing some elves at your place a few days ago, 50 rode on up in da house with his weekly episode. The contestants' task this time was to sell Vitamin Water for charity; the Boys and Girls Clubs of NYC. 50 went on about how "my favorite flavor is my flavor Formula 50. You'll be selling Formula 50 and Power-C." He also said, "Vitamin Water was bought out awhile back with my name attached to it for $4.2 billion dollars. Ka-Ching!" Vitamin Water then kicked in an extra $5000 for the Boys and Girls Clubs.
It's just that easy. Like I said last night, just get the product on the show and the rest takes care of itself. I wouldn't be surprised to see the Vodka on Apprentice and the Cognac and Topless on the next installment (season) of 50 Cent's show.
Some of you know the Executive Producer of 50's show is Chris Lighty, CEO of Violator Management. This week's episode will involve these remaining four coming back to 50 with their "REVISED" business plans. Chris Lighty will be on the show helping with the task and probably the business plans.
A great chance for everyone to see who he is. It airs Thursday Night during the game at 10pm on MTV2 and again on MTV Saturday morning at 1am.
Set your TiVos!
DKAM: Want some of that 1000% spike coming?
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=34599461
They are preparing the shareholder meeting now:
Interesting. In fact moreso than on face value. I received a note that a rather well known investor in Canada began accumulating 500K last week. A little each day without going detected. Oh well, guess what? Then he will put it out "to his group."
Canada eh?? Blue eyes. My baby's got Blue eyes.
Thanks to PKG! Through his relentless effort to draw back to past sales, he has proven this stock and this market have priced this stock perfectly for failure. The market says it will fail and accordingly the price has failed with it.
Let us be reminded then of the most important point of all. Because this failure rate has been pervasive on the stock for over 2 years now, nothing whatsoever has been priced into this stock for any one of the following things on the table: Kid Rock explosive LINE OF BEERS introduction, Olifant immediate accretive sales from November with immediate shipments to Israel, initial pre sales shipments of Leyrat cognac, initial sales of Topless Sparkling Vodka, 20000 cases of Trump Vodka to Israel, additional sales surge off the Platinum Grape Vodka rating at the WSC in Geneva, the $2.5 million in initial sales to Germany upcoming, the Violator deal and inclusion of 50 Cent and Dre on upcoming products, the media blitz from Universal and Violator, the inclusion on every episode of Celebrity Apprentice, the 30 outdoor concerts, the introduction of Glory and Diamond Cognacs, the introduction of Trump Vanilla Creme, the Walter Reed Charity inclusion for Trump Vodka that might just find itself on Celebrity Apprentice, the 300% growth rate over the next 12 months, the current record sales quarter, a move to profitability, the call to be a billion dollar company, and any number of positive upcoming events not yet named including a scotch with a golf icon and the nationwide re-introduction of Rheingold Beer.
Let me share this much with you. It goes back to what I said before and cannot stress enough. Should any one of those 21 things I listed above happen, this company is no longer a failure. Thanks to Coach, we have a daily ongoing list of "called for" events by the CEO to refer to. This means that any or all of these things are happening as we speak. That means the market is currently mispricing this stock and doing so in grand fashion. Stocks get overdone to the downside when they fail. They get overdone to the upside when the implication for success is overestimated. It is just that simple. You cannot argue the point any other way.
Let me draw your attention to the wildly popular American Idol. Season two saw Ruben Studdard win. Yet it has been Clay Aiken and Kimberly Locke who have enjoyed the greatest success. Why? Because they got in the game and got in the spolight. Same with Season Three that saw Fantasia win. But it was Jennifer Hudson who won the Academy Award for Dreamgirls. And again with Chris Daughtry even though Taylor Hicks won.
Why does this happen? Because at the moment a given artist captivates your attention but other players can break out and grow on their own. They come from nowhere and rise to stardom simply because of visibility.
I have to apply that to what is going on with these rumored Labatt and WT purchases. Things like that just don't materialize out of nowhere. Think about it. On the surface, it seems so outlandish and far fetched. Just as some singer from Podunk USA getting on AI, finishing third, and then winning an Academy Award would right? But the fact that it is out there and makes perfect sense, you have to go one step further.
I already told you and PK told us that Anheuser Busch was shopping the company for Rheingold. As I stated before, that means the largest beer company in the world and in existence for 150 years wants something that this little $15 million company has. That alone says this company IS NOT the failure the market represents it to be. The biggest and the best recognizes you and for that, the price of your stock should be higher. Because it is never just one company that wants what you have. There is and will be others.
The deal went away ONLY because acquisitions were curbed during the ABIB merger. But the door never closed. When all the articles were being written about capital NOT being available in this economy right now for an acquisition like Labatt, that signaled a big red flare that Labatt could be bought well under its market value. Especially since the closing of the ABIB deal hinged solely on the license being sold.
Now, take it a step further. Examine PK's response again to the question. He didn't bat an eye at the thought of it but deferred it to not at liberty to discuss it. Anyone else would have said it was out of their range at the present or something they might look towards down the road. The same with The Turkey. He answered by saying The Turkey was a qualified icon. That means he knows the price tag of the brand and once again, did not defer to it being out of the realm for DKAM to pursue.
I have thoroughly investigated the companies being talked about as suitors for Labatt. Every single one of them currently has access to a brewery and distribution network that will dilute the brand. DKAM is the only company out there that can offer a beer expansion presence currently under way with iconic stature. No one else can offer that. Also, and a big....no HUGE plus...the caller said any truth to the rumor DKAM is bidding the Labatt deal. He didn't ask if they were going for it or had thought about it. That tells me the biggest of all things I have told you before.....
In order to be bidding the license, they would have needed to secure the backers to do so beforehand. The Labatt license is an all cash deal. DKAM is trying to get the Authorized raised from 100 mil to 500 mil. As I have already pointed out, when a company announces 300% growth and exponential growth by acquisition, you can spin it any other way you want. You will be wrong. There is only one reason and one reason only for this dramatic raise at this time. It is because a MAJOR acquisition has presented itself right here....right now. This means that somebody somewhere decided in this economy where cash is not available that this little company everyone has spent so much effort in talking into the ground along with the price of the stock is a viable candidate for these two or any other number of acquisitions. Kenny cannot do all these acquisitions he keeps referring to without money coming in from outside. That means he knows he has backers and they are offering capital because the company will be successful in their opinion. Completely the opposite of the market. That alone should have this stock exploding. And guess what?? OMG!!! Will it ever.
So put it together. Priced for failure in the market. Any one of 21 things not priced in the stock whatsoever. Rumors of two $100 mil+ acquisitions that are cash deals that DKAM has to have found backers for in order to bid. That says these money guys are 100% confident this company will succeed for many years. It also says DKAM can and will make ANY purchase like these two rumored deals which Kenny has already said will happen. Simply because the big money guys price these deals for investment on trailing cash flow. They know they are buying brands that are profitable.
One thing you should know. The original decree for Labatt calls for a 60 day mandatory question period to elapse from November 14 before a suitor can be named. That expires on January 13. The annual meeting is January 15.
How convenient.
Oh, and one more thing. An acquisition is not one of the 21 things above that are happening or going to happen.
More severe market misspricing especially since PK told you exponential growth of the company is coming by way of acquisitions.
Thx guys. Obviously today's tidbit got you guys stoked. It is rather astounding so much effort being spent to sell shares when just a little bit of buying will send the stock 500% or more. It is happening all over the market. It will happen here especially when this hits.
Not. Save your money.
Yep, private voice chat, private message network, private jet, private blog, private unlimited supply of yak and spak, even this new beer is stellar!
You'll love the blog. Not a single negative comment will ever be posted. All positive, all the time. Just good hard factual information.
But I know no one cares. They're more concerned about the hunnies on the private jet.
Sorry, no more room. FAA guidelines for planes, blogs, and chatting.
Exactly right. You know as well as anybody. Maybe everyone should call their broker to demand their bids be displayed. It has gone on for far, far too long.
At the same time, let the board chew on this one. A large order went in to buy as early as today and it would not take out the asking price and it did not move the share price up. The customer called in screaming why no shares were being filled nor was the bid price moving up to accomodate the order. A response came back that the market maker was calling around looking for shares to fill the order. The order expired unfilled. Calling around to find shares to sell? Are you ph*cking nuts with that? Luckily that conversation was taped and the market maker in question documented.
On a totally related note, the top inside bid was totally ignored and the asking price was dropped a full half a cent BELOW a rather sizable bid on the stock. The MM starting filling the shares of that block bid a half cent lower and the broker price appreciated the trade for him.
Think about it. At that rate over let's say 2 years, you could get a stock to oh, I don't know, hmmmmm, .17 maybe? Keep it up across the entire market and every stock would be .0001. Of course, nobody complains because all they do is sit on bids and wait for cheap prices.
Well they are complaining now.
Welcome to your totally fair and non manipulated market where pure supply and demand rules the day without any interference. I shall thank everyone to not waste our time weighing in with any opinion to the contrary. It only makes them look even more foolish.
All I know is what I have shared. To this point, we are in good standing with exactly what PK has laid out. I'm not at liberty to offer more than that. Nothing has changed in two weeks except that everyone took their well deserved vacations. Anything more than that would be...well...let's just say I need a new pair of drawers. The seams on these are busted again!
