Can you help me learn. You are talking about buying in the .02s, .03s and then maybe .04s. I am just curious, if you think it is going up why not buy as many as possible as soon as possible, you would get cheaper shares....?
I am struggling with this, I got up to 675,000 shares today but now that it’s 50% more after today’s run I feel it’s too late/expensive to buy up to 1 million.
You seem to not mind buying for higher, it drives me nuts because I think “could have got this so much cheaper yesterday”...what am I doing wrong in my analysis/perspective?
January sales are going to be amazing. I think $2.0m easily and on track for $40m of revenue in 2018, doubling 2017.
My confidence got shaken a little at .053 and then I realized, I am not in this for days or weeks, I’m here for years. I think we might own a $100m revenue company by 2020.
Somehow I got a beautiful 100,000 at .0108 this morning and then it took off. So great!
Let’s not underestimate the influence of the Kush Processing News on this. I think it’s a big deal but just not understood yet and now starting to be. Kush me be the real money maker here...?
You know who’s real quiet today, good old “Bootsie”.
I so appreciate the 4 or 5 resilient voices here who have understood the value here and been unwavering in their faith. We will be paid handsomely for our trust in the process.
So much more good is coming.
Bought for my mom brother in law and myself at .020 this morning. Nice!
And then you have to get out at .04 like you promised.
It’s funny to see your tone change after you’ve been such a hater over the past few weeks.
This is so cool! I bought the last 100,000 shares I wanted to get to 750,000 at .0108 right before this took off and broke the .012 Wall.
I told you this weekend. The Kush Processing News was being undervalued.
This is MMs last attempt to get shares before the audit is issued. Remember we touched .37 last week and look where we ended up over .90
I am loading the boat here. This is free money!
This is last chance to buy in! Uplisting application, audit this week and then January revenues with all this attention is going to be higher.
RSII already crashing off daily high. Don’t waste your money there chasing a would be stock. pOTN is delivering profitable results already.
Can you please share their DD replies. You will see I have been sharing mine below. They are very fast.
Insee .0192 on the ask on TDA
What are you basing that on? The CBD sector is seeing huge money inflows. May be linked to that.
I love your posts Beandog (and profile picture)!
It’s not showing the conversation. Can you repost please
Audit and application to uplist coming in next week or so. Then prelim January revenue in around a month and I suspect we will see decent revenue pop with all the attention they’ve been getting. I will guess $1.50 by 2/28/18.
Smart move, your downside risk is so low and the float is so low given how CannaNet is just two months old and Kush a week old.
I’ve got 650k and will buy up to 1 million this week.
It’s obvious to me that the way the price is reacting this is being artificially held down below .012.
In hindsight many will kick themselves for buying more and the patient will be rewarded.
I will stick with you here on this journey...let’s go make some money together. Getting into Ancillary services to the MJ business is such a big deal (Kush) that is not priced into their stock yet.
I encourage you to email this to their investor relations. They are very responsive.

I totally agree on the POTN vs INMG comparisons. I was in POTN for a similar three month channel which is why I don’t mind this channel. We all knew it was accumulating and cooling for a spring, then people got impatient and some gave up three days before its meteoric rise. I warned them of “Murphys Law of Capitulation”...the minute you give up, it takes off and that’s exactly what happened.
No fact having reflected on the importance of the Kush news release I am buying 100k more on Monday. Why not. Virtually no downside risk at these levels. Will probably kick myself for not putting another 0 on that number.
Dude I have no idea who you’re talking about. I am just a 3-monther...PLeASE explain more and what I can expect.
Longs on this stock (esp the whales), I have a challenge/assignment for you...we need to do some research on this Kush Processing and post back here to better understand the business need this solution solves, who else offers this and the full implications...
I don’t think the market fully grasps the potential of what this is and as such has not priced it in properly. That is the definition of an arbitrage opportunity for us. I am posting this on both INMG and TSMI (we are family!)
For TSMI, before his PR, it’s Market Cap was $160k, and this included pricing in that TSMI owned $100k (10m shares) worth of INMG. So the value of TSMI was $60k excluding INMG investment. Now post news it has Market Cap of approx $800k. So the market has assigned a present value of all future net cash flows from Kush that will go to TSMI of $640k (per textbook definition of stock price instantly including PV of all known public info, we can value the Kush opportunity).
Because TSMI valuation was effectively $0 ($60k to be exact) pre PR (see above)...we see the impact of the news more dramatically here. For INMG it’s Mkt Cap was around $3m pre and post news which tells me the Market doesn’t know how to value the company since it’s just starting out CannaNet so it is just “burying” this Kush valuation somewhere in the $3m.
The more we understand the potential of Kush the more we can determine if these two stocks are undervalued and buy before the uninformed market catches up. This research could make us thousands of dollars so worth the time.
We can do internet research of the whole issue, talk to Investor Relations, call Kush and inquire, call a dispensary and ask them how they might use the product and if it meets a need etc.
We may find that both companies are wildly undervalued and choose to buy more. I highly doubt we will find that either is overvalued from this research but we need to do the work. Plus if you find that INMG is way undervalued it means the TSMI investment of 10m shares is undervalued and thus TSMI is undervalued

Oh my goodness, .net vs .com! Sell, sell, sell! How can a company possibly recover from THAT?
Thank you for this priceless and thoughtful DD...tripling my money in the last 2 Days has all been a giant mirage!
Bull I have to agree you need to let it go. Everyone here who bought has done their own DD and chosen to buy. Researcher threw all this stuff out, talked some folks out of their share and then disappeared. I told you two days before it took off that selling all was a big mistake and to at least wait for the audit. You chose your path let others choose theirs. The market has spoken. We all have access to the financials on OTC and see the astronomical potential here when 2017 revenue is 700% higher than 2016.
Just let this be a life lesson, learn from it, grow, adjust and move on. All the best.
What do folks make of the RSI being over 87 do we think a pullback? But audit coming this week, notice of application to uplist I am sure and the unique nature of the MJ sector move to being legal.
I hope so I want more too. The RSI is over 80 but I am not sure that applies here given what’s going on. Probably will only be a modest pullback. Would love to see .015 but not holding my breath.
So how do you buy? All at once or try to time it during the day or a bunch of small buys? I have such a hard time knowing the best way to buy. How do buy if you know how much you’re trying to buy??
One thing that I don’t think is getting discussed enough is the impact of this stock price move on sales which we won’t see until January results. I only learned of and bought the product from investing in the stock. I think that is the case for a lot of folks. Speak up if you are new here in January as an investor and have bought for the first time in January on Diamond CBD.
Yes the stock performance has been underwhelming for a while but in my book, the Kush Processing now adds a new stream of revenue than we had a week ago but price is flat. That just means we are that much closer to positive movement. If you say oh that will never happen, go look at HMPQ which I am long. I challenge you to tell me it has a better chart over the last few months than INMG. Both stuck at a penny.
Now just an update on the fact that it has no revenue and is in startup mode and it jumps 150% in a day. I went from break even to up 200% in two trading days. That can happen here. Kush just put us one step closer.
I have 650k shares and realized this lack of price increase is a blessing in disguise. It let me digest, ask investor relations questions and gain comfort without chasing. I am going to buy 100k more shares than I otherwise would have on the cheap.
We are sitting pretty here...
I’ve spent many hours on this board and read everything I possibly can. What DD am I missing? Some guys post buried within thousands of daily posts? I have a day job.
Every answer I have seen just skirts around the fact that some form of dilution will happen to Finance this. Maybe not a traditional toxic financing or reverse split etc but it’s unavoidable that you’ll be taking an enterprise value of X and slicing it up such that everyone gets a smaller piece. There’s literally no other way to make this thing work. No one invests or advises for free.
It’s not bad, I’m super duper long on this and tying to get up to 1 million shares, but I want to understand it better as I grow my position
I did not have the good fortune of getting in as early as some so this is a much costlier investment for me than most of the posters here so I have more of my cash at risk.
This is great and NEEDS to be a sticky!
Is PO financing Purchase Order financing or Private Offering.
Thank you for the ideas. And I’m asking these questions because I am thinking of doubling my position so I am not a basher, just cautious.
My point is they got the two multimillionaires by giving them huge equity upside I am sure (ever see Shark Tank). So why would the millionaires buy up stock? I am fairly sure Owen put up no cash his skills and reputation is his contribution. Also who pays Cycloides. It will be with stock.
Friends and family funding will never pay for this or come close unless their friend is Bill Gates. And those friends are going to want equity.
Finally why would a business partner contract advance funds to a paper company. They will have no recourse if it fails. Why take that risk. It is a phone, there are many options.
I am just wanting to understand. So that I don’t get bashed Know that I have 375,000 shares and will be buying more on Monday. I think this will be big but think we need to understand this. At least I do.
Total shares is 2.6 billion, do we know the Float count? Or their cash on hand?
How do they fund their start up phase without issuing more stock or diluting shareholders, I don’t get that part.
When they took over ANDI shell there was no stock issuance to infuse capital so where is the money coming from. When Green made an investment what stock does he get in return? Won’t that dilute?
This will be great I just don’t get how they are paying for everything now without it diluting is shareholders. Please help me understand.
Sorry I know that I wasn’t clear. My question is what does more of them imply just more interest in the stock? More manipulation?
What does 10 MMS indicate? 10x the manipulation or just a lot of interest or buyers? I am somewhat new to this.
Hey La Trader, thanks for the tip, I’m a fellow “POTN from .06” guy...
I guess I’m missing the ultimate message here...is this a “freak out and buy as fast as you can at open because I know something specific is coming” deal or a “this will be a super winner in time so take an orderly position soon but be disciplined and buy dips, it was .022 as of 10am Friday” stock?
I’m assuming a decent amount of the jump in price Friday was you getting in?
I just don’t want to cram in a .031 buy order at 6:30a Monday and then watch it drift down...
Is this a “hair on fire, gotta buy now” deal or “get in in orderly fashion soon” deal...?
I don’t see anything on this board or in its stock price that would indicate I can’t get in on dips (its been drifting down for a bit).
Thanks!!
THIS INMG VS TSMI WAR MAKES NO SENSE!!
Doesn’t anyone here bickering understand the interrelatedness of the two entities...Pre-Press Release, the price of .004 x 40 million shares = market cap of $160,000. TSMI owns 10 million INMG shares...INMG shares trade at .01...that means $100,000 (2/3rds) of the enterprise value of TSMI is attributable to INMG investment. Now the market cap of TSMI is around $800k, so the INMG investment is still $100k.
If the INMG stock goes up to .10, that would increase the investment value to $1 million and DOUBLE THE VALUE OF TSMI...
TSMI investors should be the worlds biggest INMG pumpers as a major asset of theirs is INMG stock...
Now with the new venture, INMG needs TSMI because TSMI is administering the Kush Processing program (I confirmed this with INMG’s Investor Relations department).
TSMI needs INMG because the product is being marketed on INMG’s website and to the vendors using the Cannibis Directory website that INMG now owns.
The two are jointly running Kush...if one fails, the other suffers.
Please explain what you stand to gain from bashing INMG (and vice versa)...if INMG went bankrupt today, TSMI would lose 1/8th of its enterprise value from the stock and probably 50% from disruption to the Kush product.
Mutually assured destruction folks...please end the childishness and understand what you’ve invested in and what drives its value. INMG should be rooting hard for TSMI and TSMI should be rooting hard for INMG...investors in one should probably own the other.
Its not an afternoon hour trade...OTC’s don’t trade pre-market or aftermarket...its a “T-trade” which can be an individual trade or series of trade that the market maker only REPORTS after hours...all those trades happened during the trading day and are shown in aggregate at end of day. Price is still .0312.
I won’t dream of selling this until they open and begin operating the facility...if it got into 4 cents on just an update, what will it do on actual proof of operations?!?
I’m at a .010 cost basis, I am happy to be patient, I’ll have a profitable position.
Has no DD been done here? There is a ton on OTC Markets and in News...they just bought a $600k machine to produce CBD (and they will produce hemp byproducts with zero waste)...they believe they can generate revenue of $400k per WEEK from this machine and have contracts for both raw supplies and to distribute their product...
This is just top of mind recollection, but its all out there...there is an article where they give a nice summary of what they have going on...
I ask this as a super bullish holder of 375,000 shares...do you think we could see a pullback as we enter the months of waiting for the product to come to market and proof of revenue...penny stock investors are very impatient...
I want to load up (would love to get to 1 million shares), but don’t know if now is the time or maybe some sort of pullback...I can’t see this continuing a steady climb over the next 8 months as the launch is awaited (may be wrong)...
Trying to figure out my buying strategy....
It’s not just normal price fluctuations. Now is not time to sell...this ran just on an update of construction, imagine what it will do when operations are up and running. Big things coming!!!
