I hope this has been of service to some of you out there in search of aerospace plays, or plays that have no toxic debt and will not R/S(unless to uplist). I have left out any technical analysis on this one but stockcharts is a great place to get the specs; most of you already know that. We have had very steady volume as of lately and momentum has been picking up in anticipation of both a technical run and a fundamental run based upon an upcoming fundamental catalyst. Good luck to all and, as usual, should you like the DD provided here, please be kind enough to spread this so other investors can take notice. It helps the company, current investors(such as myself and other TPAC message board posters), and potential investors looking for ground floor entries in solid companies.

$TPAC Hey; I can definitely respect that approach. It's always better to undershoot and over-deliver, rather than the other way around. at .05+, I'm on permanent vacation as well.
$TPAC .05+ may even be a tad conservative. He needs the PPS at .25 just to pay off one of the co-founders on the management team for the $260k factory start-up capitol; and for those that think $260k is a lot, we've already retired more than that in shares($260,000/.002pps = 130,000,000 shares(priced with pps on the high side) and $260,000/.0008pps = 325,000,000 shares(priced with pps on the low side). To date, we've retired 900M O/S. 900M more O/S to be retired as part of 1.8B O/S retirement program. Now, add in all of the other stuff, present and future.

$TPAC Company mission and vision statement(s):

I love this part:
The Company has established a manufacturing facility in the Luogang Scientific and Technology Center in Guangzhou, China through its subsidiary, Godfrey China, to manufacture aerospace quality self-lubricating and standard spherical bearings, rod ends and bushings (collectively, “Bearings”). Over 3,000 of these parts (approximately $500,000 worth) are used in every aircraft and must be replaced regularly.
After rigorous testing that demonstrated bearing performance beyond technical specifications, the Company recently passed all qualification requirements for SAE Aerospace Standard 81820 from NAVAIR (U.S. Naval Air Systems Command), the agency responsible for qualifying SAE aerospace parts, and has been placed on the QPL (Qualified Product Listing) as a supplier. As such, the Company is the FIRST and ONLY manufacturer of SAE-certified Bearings in China and one of only seven in the world.

$TPAC Merry Christmas, Stanner! Looking good here. So much in the works for 2016.
$TPAC I'm thinking that for now, we are going to get updates on the two acquisitions previously mentioned, the JV, more buyback news, details on the $100k purchase order(and the company that purchased from us), info on the international aerospace parts distributor(mentioned recently on Twitter), and after January, more on Boeing(though don't expect details on that overnight). I'm hoping that if there are thoughts of a buyout, Bill waits until the company shows its full potential value, with year of year gains, then showing the projected future gains to a potential suitor, can sell of for the following year's projected value. Who knows, though?
$TPAC Investor Base(actual and potential) is growing. We are up to 428 board marks. We had 425 yesterday and 399 at closing time on Friday. We have gained 29 (confirmed) followers since 12/18/15.
$TPAC They sure did. Here's the link for anyone looking to catch up on recent conversations:

$TPAC It sure does. This was being held yesterday to accumulate and to cool the RSI. All sides of the game see what's happening; shorts, long, and flippers. Bill has already retired 900M O/S as of recent weeks and is set to retire 900M more. How could one not want to accumulate on dips before that and before contract news?
$TPAC 4th most shorted ticker on the OTC; 52% short volume on 12/23/15 and 71M shares short that day alone.

$TPAC (Updated DD: 12/17/15)Here is a company with no convertible debt and that has stated repeatedly that it will not R/S unless to uplist while already in a position of strength; company will also not take on any new convertible notes. There is a wealth of information on TPAC to take heed of, some of which I will provide and other info which can be turned up doing your own independent research as I have. On top of being a stock free of toxic financing and that will not R/S, we have a CEO that communicates regularly with shareholders via email and Twitter.
Bill McKay, CEO, strikes me as a gentleman and a person of integrity, something rarely seen in the OTC. Bill was also CEO and founder of Harbin and of CEO Acromil Corporation: http://www.acromil.com/ He is a B.A., J.D., and M.B.A. His bio can be found on the 'Management Team' link pasted below.
Greg Archer, Director for TPAC, spent 24 years as an executive with Northrup Grumman. While this is impressive, both in terms of loyalty and position, it is the connection to the higher-ups in supply and procurement that matter, seeing as Northrup just won the Pentagon bid - for the first time in decades - to an $80B dollar bomber contract for the Navy and Air Force(see 'Bomber Contract' link below).
In order to sell to the govt., a company needs a CAGE code. TPAC has one. In order to sell aerospace parts, NAVAIR certification is needed. We are one of only six companies in the U.S. that is NAVAIR certified, and the only one company in China that has NAVAIR cert. China just announced COMAC's 174 passenger C919 as competitor to U.S. counterparts Boeing and Airbus. We are also the only producer of self-lubricating bearings in China and thus serve to provide them with deep discounts on importation and taxes. Our bearings are approved at 25k rotations and are soon to be tested at 100k rotations, with degradation rate at the aforementioned turns being less than the thickness of a human hair. We also have a few very coveted aerospace certs: SAE-AS 81820 and SAE-AS 81934. As a quick aside, NAVAIR takes, on average, 5yrs and several million dollars - not to mention patience and meticulous completion of paperwork - to acquire; we have.
In the works are two acquisitions and a joint venture. Upon completion of the acquisitions, Mr. McKay will be buying back $2M in TPAC common shares. We are also looking at purchase orders of varying sizes coming down the pipeline. Many parts have already been trialed and some have already received approval. Substantive PR to come. COMAC may be a strong possibility as a current and future partner. This is China's version of Boeing or Airbus. The C919 is COMAC's new 174 passenger jet. $100k purchase order is in my opinion a test run; and should it go well..... yes, exactly - money in the bank and a lot of other smaller companies ordering from us, COMAC's bearing supplier.

Thank you for reading.
The management team here consists of many aerospace veterans with ties to the major players in the field.
(See Twitter conversation below).

$TPAC Good morning and happy holidays to all. The red we're seeing today is needed. The RSI was cooking yesterday and becoming overbought. We are now in the low 70's but may see the RSI hit 50, the point on the daily from which it usually bounces. I'm thinking it's going to take one more red day to do that. We had two red days after the first leg, before rebounding to new highs here on the second one. While just a prediction, I'm guessing we tap our old resistance at .0014 for support before moving up. We may even see a manipulation that dips below that momentarily in order to trigger stop losses or cause panic by those seeing that as a critical level to hold. We went to .0006 after the first leg, only to get to .0025, essentially moving up approximately four times where the second leg began. Should we cool off to .0014 and then uptrend a similar and equivalent four times, that takes us to .0056.
All the aforementioned acknowledged, anything can transpire given the new information that has come to light, not to mention the SS shrinking and the company living up to previous promises, thus garnering greater investor confidence.
$TPAC And after maritime, Bill can explore alternative markets for bearings: https://www.yahoo.com/tech/google-owned-robotic-reindeer-freaking-internet-200354681.html
$TPAC Nice trade, Corrado. I think there are quite a few that exited at resistance as to buy more on the dip. I'm also with you on .01+. To me, it's more a matter of when than if at this point.
$TPAC Anytime!
$TPAC I was not expecting that kind of short volume. I figured there was some, but that today's action depicted mostly traders selling the resistance at .0025 and retail getting spooked by the sells. Looks like there was a bit more to the picture.
$TPAC Almost 71M shares shorted today! Shorts know where this is going.
$TPAC Closes Up 11.76% with +50% short volume:

We had almost as many shares short today as we had total volume yesterday!
