OK I checked the site (Stockpromoters.com)and did a search on GRCU
There have been 4 promotions listed under GRCU and NOT ONCE were they company paid and NOT ONCE were any of the four promotions submitted by others to the newsletter compensated in any way.
Again none of the four unauthorized by the company promotions were paid promotions
The company being discussed here is GRCU and not TTDZ. TTDZ no longer exists and the buisness that TTDZ was in is NOT what GRCU is in
Keep in mind that Kush has a large vested interest in the product also as if this takes off
It will most likely increase their revenue 10 fold real quick
They will also be sought after by others to produce the same type of product so hopefully ANAS has them locked into an exclusive agreement
Where the real money comes in is by private labeling of the product to others
ANAS and Kush could be companies reeling in 100's of millions of dollars per year
ANAS by the licensing rights and Kush as the manufacture
There are plenty of bottling facilities around. The can easily ship the mixture in 55 gallon drums to a bottler who then can process it into the 2oz containers
Very easily done for probably for less than 25 cents a shot in bulk including the container and labeling.
Please provide the actual names of the companies that GRCU paid to promote the stock
I am only interested in real companies that I can verify that GRCU actually paid directly to promote the stcok
Please provide your list ASAP as I would like to verify your claim, if you are unable to provide the list please recind your claim as it is posting false information about a company
Please provide the list as we have asked
If they have been in 45+ paid ads as you have claimed then it should be at your fingertips the names and dates.
If you can't supply the information then the claim that you have posted in untrue
Please back up your claim that is all we are asking
If you can't then retract your claim. Others that do there DD post the facts and links and all we ask is that you do the same
Please provide the list of 45+ paid pumps by GRCU
There are ZERO paid pumps by GRCU
There may be a couple paid by others and that is true with ANY listed stock on any exchange
I am interested in those that were paid directly by GRCU under the current management
Please provide the details
Nice to see a second green day in a row. Has been a rare occurance the past few months.
Let's keep the momentum going!!!!
Me too...I found it odd that it was not mentioned that we sold out of XXX amount of bottles of product in their PR as this would have been huge information
As I stated in a prior post I think that it wasn't mentioned is due to inventory did not match sales thus the customer/inventory/distruction shakeup
Just my opinion and just reading between the lines of the last PR
Please keep in mind that the laws in every state are not the same and the classes always need to be adjusted to instruct the most up to date laws and guidelines of each state plus as federal law changes these need to be updated.
This will take full time efforts and a number of individuals to make sure they stay current.
This needs to be brought under the GRCU umbrella and what a coup would it be for GRCU as not only a leader in products, but in education, growing, distrubution, manufacturing. As a package it would make GRCU the experts in the industry. Plus as educators they would be the "go to" company in the industry for not only the individual states but also the federal goverment
Call me biased but I couldn't give too hoots about any revenue that CCI brings in if it isn't part of the revenue stream with GRCU
Call me selfish but every minute that Calkin spends on CCI is time away from GRCU and we can agree that although the seminars are mostly on the weekends Calkin is either traveling or preparing for those seminars during the week when he should be spending time of GRCU
I believe that the inventory issues as well as customer services issues would have been revealed before it got out of control and resulted in having to be made public in the last PR
We can agree that it wouldn't have happened over at CCI
The question that needs to be addressed after the first round of finacials is what is he going to do with CCI? If he going to sell it? And if so to whom? I would prefer that CCI be brought into the GRCU family however if he decides to keep it independent there are going to be issues with his ability to lead GRCU into the future as both will demand a great deal of his time.
There is not doubt that CCI will become 10x to 50x larger than it is today as more states allow MMJ etc and having education as part of GRCU and it's revenue stream is a no brainer
Wouldn't it be sweet that the first company that comes under the GRCU umbrella is CCI and that annoucement is made at the same time the first financials are out?
I don't know about you but I am ready for those bloated bankers to show up and drive the PPS to the moon.
I have a nice chunk of shares that will make me very happy selling to them at $5-10-15 a share
Bring them on I won't be offended!!!
All true but we do have serious inventory and customer service issues which must first be addressed and we know that Calkin outlined this last week and working on it
I hope that they did a clean sweep and are bringing in experienced individuals or hand it over to a professional fullfillment operation
If there is a positive it happened early and although this will hurt the numbers which will be reported at the end of the month (per Robert vs waiting till mid August) so that when the next set of numbers come out we don't get notification that sales were low due to Inventory/CS issues. Let's get this out of the way and move forward
Long and Strong with GRCU!!!
***** Stars
I was tempted but I told myself that the financials reporting if on time will be my trigger to restart my accumulation
No shares sold to date and todays green EOD brought back most of yesterday loss and uplifted my spirts from yesterday
We need to bring in a string of green days
ONWARD AND UPWARD GRCU!!!!
Yes they are yours was paid as a dividend and can;t be taken away if you sell your BMSN shares however time will tell if Regan shares gets to market
Sorry to say but if the bloodbath doesn't stop there will be no GRCU
I am not pleased right now after today's 10+% loss....staying long however but there are serious behind the scenes issues at home base and someone needs to address them right away
Again just my opinion but for the first time I am admitting that my entire investment could be worth
Zero by the end of August
Long term plans are great however the doors are staying open with what is going on now
Robert needs to plant his backside in the office until things turn around versus running around the country with his CCI and other interests
Sorry my friends but with today's results I am having doubts that the right man is at the helm maybe after a good nights sleep and some positive movement tomorrow I will change back to a more positive mood
I want to be long and $$$$$ with GRCU vs long with a huge tax write off that will last long after I am buried
Not a good day or week at GRCU
As I stated just speculating and if anyone is gone if my speculation is correct it would low level individuals in CR and/or inventory-shipping department
Just me putting 1 and 1 together from the PR-as I stated pure speculations not fact at all
Just like saying "The check is in the mail"
I beleive they are working all out to get the product back into stock and we will see how good Robert's contacts are
I beleive that they were blindsided by lack of inventory. They took the complaints seriously and thus today's PR about CR/Inventory revamping
To futher move my point forward they are going through double processing fees with the refund plus issuing a $40 coupon. They did the right thing for the customers.
Quick work by Bob and his team
Also good customer PR to bring them back. Break even on initial in order to bring them back due to a BIG BOO BOO.
SHows that they are serious in correcting the issues with the CR department. Quite obvious that Robert took the compalints seriously, went to the office and kicked some butt, found the issue(s), admitted that the CR and inventory process was flawed, working on fixing it and when we are back give us a second chance
Good move and 1000% supported by me as an investor to due the right thing to your customers
I see it a little different. Reading between the lines of the PR there could have been an issue with their supplier.
Could be that the manufacture couldn't produce? Couldn't produce the formula at the cost quoted and wanted to raise the cost to GRCU?
Under supplied the amount of product they claimed was shipped ie: boxes of XX amount of product actually has XX amount leading to inventory discrepencies.
I smell a rat thus today's announcement of refunds, $40 off coupons, inventory/customer service departments being reconfigured.
Just my opinion as they are looking for a different supplier and no estimates as to when product will be available.
My take on today's PR...
Super positive is that they are planning to release their financials by the end of the month vs August 15th. That indicates to me that they will show some strong sales numbers for the limited time product has been sold and the balance sheet will show money in the bank with minimal loses.
Now the other important take is the product sell out of CB Oil however here is the kicker and only speculation on my part. They are issuing refunds plus a $40 coupon for future purchase. They did not however announce how many bottles of product that were sold which I found odd as that would have indicated how fast the product flew out the door. I doubt they only put a few hundred in stock as that would have been foolish.
Here is where my speculation really takes place. Further down they admitted to customer service and inventory issues and that the departments were being revamped to assure a better shopping experience. No doubt the calls and complaints were taken seriously and I beleive that they are looking to put product now into the hands of a professional fulfillemnt operation as I mentioned several days ago
Putting all these piece together I am speculating that CB Oil product among other products were not properly put into inventory and the company experienced theft of product by one or more people thus the sudden change in the customer service and inventory system. Being a small company both systems should be easy for one or two people to operate. For me it gives an indication that some funny buisness occured under the nose of management.
I just have this feeling that this happened. Just speculation on my part, not accusing anyone working at the company or no longer working for the company. Reports of poor customer service contact, non contact, no tracking information etc. If this actually did happen it was good quick work uncovering theft
With the consistant rash of red days in the past few weeks I hate to say that I see this going under .01 by middle of next week
I am holding out adding more shares until it really bottoms out
If this loses another 6-10% this week I am afraid there is going to be a fire sale and a lot of longs are going to be dumping millions of shares on the street
Until GRCU stabilizes somewhere I am going to wait to average down as low as I can
As I stated I am holding for a year or longer and with CB Oil being shipped it all hinges on the first round of reporting. If Bob fails to file on time or fails to file at all that is huge for me. Don't care if they lost money (expecting it) as it is their first report as GRCU. Bob stated that they will report and I fully expect him to and holding him to his word.
Slow and steady builds a strong company and keeping your word instills confidence in your shareholders
GO GRCU
I am glad to hear today that many have received their product.
It is quite obvious by all the complaints over the past few days that the customer service department is in shambles and poorly run with customers not being able to speak to someone, confirmations never sent our etc
Company is only a few months old and hopefully they address this issue ASAP and put in a seasoned customer service manager and maybe let a head or two roll
It's exciting to hear product is being delivered and the opportunity is now to get the customer service department under control as orders will continue to roll in, new products coming down the pipeline and use this experience as one to get the CS department rocking and rolling
I would even go as far as put the department in the hands of a professional fullfillment company. There is a reason why companies use Amazon as their fullfillment company.
Now how about that announcement of a JV manufacture
GO GRCU
Couldn't care less if there is anything unique about the application
It is not my money plus it just shows a flow sketch
The devil is in the claims and if the patent office accepts the claims
No doubt the patent office will first do a search of what is currently been granted or pending then get back to the company
Fact is you claimed it was done on a napkin and I pointed the fact that it was not
If they file and pay the fees it's their money not mine
Not good in my opinion and if it was me I would immed contact the card company and file a complaint and have the charges reversed
I would also cancel the order immed via email and then via phone
The fact that they charged your account indicates to me that product was available to ship.
Just my personal opinion and I consider this a black mark towards the company as well as Bob as the CEO for not "taking care of buisness"
I trust you are telling the truth and for me if the company does not file financials on August 15th or sooner I am most likeing selling out my position
Poor customer service is no excuse, if there were shipping delays fine do not charge the customer. I can see if the funds have been put in hold however if your account was indeed debited I would not personally stand for it. Your bank will immed reverse the charges and GRCU will know that first thing when they return Monday morning
For those that say this is a scam I do not agree but as an investor who put a great deal of money and faith in the company and management this is poor.
Have you tried contacting anyone else in the company? Since they love using Facebook I would also post a polite request alerting them of course after having the charges reversed
This is not dissing the company just putting them on notice that this is not how to treat a customer nor an investor
Appears that no one is minding the store
Keep the faith and hopefully someone will hear you
Thanks for sharing
First off it is not a napkin but graph paper
Have you ever been in a brainstorming session and ideas are put down on paper?
If you look through the majority of patents applied for you would notice that plenty are submitted as a sketch on paper and not fancy computer generated
When you file for a patent one does not wish to provide finite details but as basic and generalistic photos and description
To much detail will limit the scope of the patent and patents mean nothing in general. The most important aspect of a patent filing is "patent pending" as this keeps your competitors at bay and your claims as vague as possible.
One wants the patent office to take as much time as possible, have them come back with questions as this extends the process which is good
Once the patent is formally approved the clock starts ticking, the entire patent exposed and your competitors having access to the patent and can start to reverse engineer the product so as not to violate the patent
Of course you already knew this....
You do have the option to cancel the order and stop any payment to your credit card
I agree that this is unacceptable and after you cancel your order I would write a polite email to Bob and let him know that the customer service department has not provided information on shipping.
As the CEO he should respond respectfully and if he does not then we do have an issue.
Since I am awaiting the expected reporting in August I would also consider this an an important aspect of my long term hold on my investment as poor customer service has no excuse especially if when a polite and well written email or letter goes without a repsonse.
Now if you recieve a respose from someone else in the company that would be fine as Bob would have chewed someone's butt on the issue.
I myself have not placed an order for CB Oil so I can not do my own DD on this. Threatening to cancel doesn't have the same effect as cancelling.
Has your credit card been charged already? If so you should first file a stop on your payment as GRCU would receive that info immed. as to a challenge to the charge.
As I stated before there is no excuse for putting a product in the system to be ordered and not have it to ship especially without any indication as "advance order with expected shipping date of XXX"
As a shareholder I am interested in the outcome and I am sure that other "longs" also
Good luck!!!
3.75 mil shares currently for me
sold 0 to date
We are all awaiting an update from the company
FIrst off as the CEO I am sure there is an employment agreement in place as are with 99.9% of all CEO's
What that agreement is I have no idea.
What is commonplace place is a non-compete clause in which he could not compete with the company in the same buisness for X years. Common most people in management positions sign these every day.
The fact that CCI is not (or not yet) part of Green Cures and Green Cures in not in the education field does not prevent Bob from leaving Green Cures and continue 100% of his time there
If he left Green Cures to go back to 100% focus on CCI will most likely hurt his reputation because who would trust an educator instructing on how to run and start a buisness when he failed? Bob wants and needs Green CUres to succeed as it also benefits CCI. With his acceptance as CEO of GRCU he has now joined both by the hip. Besides if GRCU is planning on opening CB Oil facilities what better way than to franchise them and sell them to students of CCI?
There is always a chance that he is shown the door if the BOD do not feel he is doing the job. Who knows what could happen however speculating after a couple months in buisness is reaching for fairy dust.
The above it just my personal opinion and should not be taken as fact. I have no knowledge any anyone's personal contract etc
News may be on a slow boat from China however the boat will dock delivering news of approvals (just my opinion not stating as fact)
When (and if that happens) there will be plenty here that will walk the gangplank into shark infested waters YUM YUM YUM!!!
Funny how some now are talking about their location and what it looks like.
Talk about being desperate to find anything negative to post about the company
If the office was on Park Ave in the most expensive building in NYC they would complain that they are wasting money on lush offices milking the shareholders...if it is just an office front in a strip mall they will complain that how can they be a legit company running a buisness in a strip mall
ANAS just can't win. Fact is that 5 Hr is being produced under license by a legit manufacture with real distribution. They do things on the up and up knowing they have to follow state guidelines to sell the product. The manufacture is still testing and finalizing the final flavor of the product. Those words are directly from the manufacture.
Won't be in Washington until the beginning of the year as the product per state law is not available for sale yet (edibles etc are not yet allowable in Washington) yet people are up in arms about Colorado. The article said plainly State of Washington.
Bottom line is the product is not yet ready by the manufcature and putting final touches plus I am sure needs to file with the State of Colorado for licensing to sell in the state. I am sure that the mnaufacture knows this, has filed the paperwork and as soon as the last testing is done and flavor has been finalized the product will be released. Granted later than planned yet how many products really are released on the exact date?
Patience is what long term investors have as we invest long term. The folks that are complaining the most are those that are looking for a quick buck and that quick buck has yet to materialize.
GRCU has been sitting around this level for weeks and I think will comtinue to do so until sales figures and financials are posted
We will see if Bob is a man of his word and GRCU is a full reporting company although they are not required to do so
So far Bob hasn't PR'd any BS or fluff in my opinion and he states that GRCU will be filing financials
That to me will indicate if he is serious or not in not only uplisting GRCU in the future but is also serious in running the company
I am holding long and strong, haven't sold a share and once in a while will pick up some additional shares. If GRCU drops into the .013's I will add some more
Little concerned that the GB Oil although ordered by some I hear that they have yet to recieve any shipping confirmations. I beleive as others that once it is put up for sale that stock should be on hand and shipping. I don't forgive Bob on this and would have preferred that orders have been shipped and sold out vs ordered and none shipped. Rookie mistake here but I will give him a "make sure it doesn't happen again" on this one
I am keeping the faith and the financials are at this point in time "the most important" item on their plate to report when the time comes and will provide me indication if I am staying on longer or not. I am interested on how they are funding their operations and is it by sales of product, loans, secret angel etc.
I am sure that they are NOT debt free unless sales are through the roof. When they began OK the books were cleaned however they have been in operation for several months now and money has to be being spent to keep the doors open, phones, employees, travel exepnses etc. They have to be funded somehow and is that by product sales or some other way. I hope he doesn't keep this a secret!!!
To me it seems that the interviewer did not write the questions. It appeared to me that he just read off a teleprompter and given the instructions to ask the questions as and when they appeared on the screen.
Basically cut the guest off and throw out the next question
It was obvious that the questions asked required more than 10 seconds to respond however that is all that was given
Was being interviewed for CCI however I give credit to Bob as he did bring up Green Cures when the question came up to products
There actually was a PR issued on June 11th
Bio-Matrix Scientific Group Inc. Subsidiary Regen BioPharma Inc. Collaborates on Research Paper Analyzing the Use of Gene Silencing in Heart Transplant
Granted it is not a complete company update, IPO update etc. however it was something issued by the company
If BMSN is a fraud instead of complaining on a message board why don't you file a complaint with the SEC?
BTW I use ETrade and had no problem adding shares to my account today
I would suggest that you sell your shares in the AM, take your loss, file your complaint and move on to another stock
No reason for you to lose sleep on a company that you consider to be a fraud.
Pennies are risky and a gamble. May I suggest a mutual fund to minimize your risk and never invest in pennies unless you can afford to lose it all
Best of luck on your future investments
And the OTC/SEC allows it to happen
Funny how they will call a company out if they see shady PR's etc. but MM's can run lawless and play these types of games
Honest question...why would Washington State opening up sales have any effect on GRCU?
Unless I am incorrect GRCU does not have any product in their portolio that they would be selling in any state that legalizes pot
I do not see any association and the same with NY, Colorado, Nevada or any other state at this time.
GRCU does not cultivate any raw materials either at this point.
All products in the portfolio can be sold throughout the U.S. and soon internationally.
Products may be in the pipeline in the future but unless I am incorrect there are no proucts at this time
I can't wait till GRCU starts to report revenue numbers and unleash the full potential of it's GB Oil product
Just a thought-not spreading any rumours!!!
Since Kush Creams is private and working on the 5 Hour High product with ANAS which could be a huge hit when released could ANAS and Kuch Creams merge together?
Would sure make ANAS a lot more attractive to investors and could also help uplisting
Nothing better than have your own manufacturing and ditribution operation
Again just a thought on my part for distussion purposes only
Mine are still showing on my ETrade account also
This is all the info that is listed on the product on the website. No info on the strength given
