1)Where is it published this is not the case? Where is it published what is in the RockTenn landfills or if they even have monofills? And you said in your post it wouldn't surprise you if the cells had ragger.
2)LDPE does have a value. http://www.ides.com/resinpricing/Secondary.aspx. But if the picture of the bale you posted is what JBI is getting it is NOT the pure plastic you and Brig have been saying it is. Thus ALL of your fantasy numbers of gallons & dollars are FALSE and MISLEADING.
(1) I never said NYSE: RKT monofills were built in cells and contained both. That is completely false. I said MONOFILLS IN GENERAL sometimes have cells and it wouldn't surprise me IF that's the case with NYSE: RKT. We have all since learned that is NOT the case. So, no, I didn't "forget" that I posted what you falsely claimed -- the reality is I never said that ridiculous nonsense. It is merely part of the ever growing fairy ragger tale.
Quote:You said RKT monofills were built in cells and some contained plastic and some ragger. Did you forget? Want me to find your post?
(2) Obviously they can't sell the LDPE plastic, as usual, most plastics have no resale value and are landfilled. Take a look at the bail of LDPE plastic in this video that probably came from NYSE: RKT
[Suppressed Image]
Good luck selling that for recycling! ROFL!!!
Why would RKT monofill perfectly good bales of LDPE film that they could sell?
You said RKT monofills were built in cells and some contained plastic and some ragger. Did you forget? Want me to find your post?
I can't find ANYTHING that says RockTenn has monofills.
Can you find a link on their website or in the agreement regarding this? Or more conjecture?
How does this agreement differ from another agreement they had in 2009?
From the December 22 PR:
"Area Development Agreement (ADA) for 45 P2O sites in the State of Florida with a newly formed entity controlled by Al Sousa of Largo, Florida..
Can you show me where it says monofill in the agreement?
It's all conjecture. Wishful thinking. Daydreams. Until there are specifics issued by either JBI or RockTenn, it's all conjecture.
What is not conjecture?
Ragger was in the agreement. Specifically mentioned 3 times.
Monofill was not in the agreement.
Land filled plastic quantities have not been quantified in any document.
We do not know what is in the RockTenn landfills.
JBI DID get a Wells Notice
We may never know if they filed a Wells Submission
There IS a Class Action lawsuit in Nevada.
There IS a lead plantiff and attorneys are trolling for others.
etc
etc.
If JBI is going to 8K or PR information with timelines included, shareholders should demand additional information when those dates are reached. If no PR/8K is issued today, all shareholders should start a calling campaign on Monday.
JBI isn't green.
The video is May 2010. Where are the revenues if that's your "retail rain". LOL. Get real.
We don't know what RKT thinks about it. All we have is PR's from JBI.
How does the "low-cost off gas handling rack" operate as compared to the "off gas compression system" the processor was using during the permitting stage? Will JBI have to go through another permitting process with the DEC now?
During the modularization of the processor, the CEO was able to eliminate the off gas compression system in favor of a simplified low-cost off gas handling rack (4’ x 4’ x 4’) for better control and at 1/5 of the cost. The cost savings through modularization has been used to offset the cost of the premelt loader."
The P2O process produces a minor by-product of off-gas, which is much like natural gas. After testing the P2O process at high processing rates, it was found that the P2O processor’s furnace did not have the capacity to sufficiently burn all of the off-gases. Flaring (i.e., burning) excess off-gas is common in the oil and gas industry, but this practice is not environmentally friendly, is a waste of valuable gas, and would require a separate permit. To avoid flaring the excess gas, the Company purchased a gas compression system that buffers and regulates the off-gas. The gas is then stored in mobile tanks and can be resold, used to cold start the P2O furnace, or as the Company has recently determined, could be used in a small on-site co-generation plant to create electricity to be sold back to the grid. The gas compression system and mobile storage tanks were installed on the Company’s 20MT P2O processor in June, 2010.
There have been many other additions to the P2O machine and facility, all of which have been designed to increase efficiencies and improve operations. A second condenser was added to the P2O system so that there is one condenser to condense the lighter naphtha and another to condense the heavier fuel oil. Additionally, we have made investments in securing the premises of our P2O site. We installed a multi-camera security system, a video archival security system, a perimeter fence, and built a small guardhouse to control access to the facility. The Company has contracted with off-duty East Buffalo law enforcement to protect and secure the property around the clock. The Company has also made other improvements, including an expansion of the furnace, installation of a small cooling tower and the purchase of a small diesel generator for times when our machinery is disconnected from the electrical grid.
In conjunction with development of the P2O processor, the Company has continued the development of the Fuel-Blending Facility. Significant upgrades were undertaken by JBI to ensure the site’s operational integrity. Some improvements include seals on the tanks, new lines, valves, loading and unloading racks, maintenance on all pumps, replacing of the check valves and the replacement and calibration of the anti-corrosion systems. The lines and tanks were pressure tested and the tank wall thickness and pipelines were certified. All of the tanks were cleaned out and the levels replaced. The entire site was repainted to conform to the latest fuel blending site safety standards. Maintenance was performed on the butane injection systems and lab equipment was purchased for testing multiple ranges of fuels. Also, the heating and cooling systems on the site were replaced, gate and security instalments were made, and additional maintenance was performed.

What if we double the catalyst? Will that also double the output? Faster cracking? Can we sprinkle some on during the premelt system to speed that up even more?
This is not a magistrate in that sense. This is a Magistrate Judge. Two different jobs.

Thanks Steve.
Not a lot of popping with this volume. Yawn.
Lawsuits filed by the SEC................................................. would be found in the litigation section of the SEC website. Since JBI 8k'd the Wells Notice, perhaps they will also 8K the further proceedings.

I believe when the SEC files the lawsuits they should be posted on the SEC site, correct? This should clear up these "minor" details. I think it's a pretty good guess that there has been no Wells Submission filed at this point, so the "parking ticket fantasy" is probably moot at this point too.
JBI included the equity issuances in their 8K. JBI said there was a concern with the equity issuances. You don't know what the Wells Notice says. JBI issued the 8K - not the SEC.
Tell that to the folks that bought in at $7+ or even $5+ before the restatements occurred. Accounting issues were not what they were looking at.
8K issued for OTCQX JBII !!!
Based on communications with the Enforcement staff, the Company believes that the proposed lawsuit relates to the Company’s subsequently restated financial statements for the third quarter of 2009, which were included in its Form 10-Q filed on November 16, 2009 and its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2009, which were included in its 2009 Form 10-K filed on March 31, 2010. The restatement concerned the Company’s valuation of media credits, accounting for certain acquisitions, and equity issuances. Based on information obtained from the Enforcement staff, the Company believes that the staff may also recommend naming one or more current and former officers of the Company as defendants in the proposed lawsuit.

Way down from $4.15 on June 15th and a long way down from $7.25 from December 09.
Additional Processors. From the 10Q.
Processor Production
The Company retained two fabrication vendors to produce racked modules for Plastic2Oil processors. All modules will be manufactured in the United States. The Company’s management and new hires are working with the fabrication vendors to expedite manufacturing. During the first and second quarter of 2011 the processor was modularized for simplified expedient production and assembly of processors offsite. Processors #2 and #3 are being installed at the Plastic2Oil factory at this time, in modular form.
No mention of 5 in the 10Q. We've been hearing about #2 for a year. NYDEC gave them permission to build it last year. Wonder why the delay?
JBI is paying $600 a scoop to get rid of the waste water? How big of a scoop? Or did you mean the chemicals to kill the spores? Or the workers get paid $600.00 per scoopful due to the hazards? Can you please clarify.
It's worth $600 a forklift scoopful.
I'm sure they'll figure out something.
So now they will treat the monofil mine prior to digging in? Add some chemicals and stir? Shoot it with microwave beams? It still has to be handled coming out of the ground PRIOR to any processing. Hazard pay? Insurance rates? And where do they put the waste water?
Well, that's nice. What about before it gets to the heat? Are they going to conveyer belt it from the bottom of the monofil mine directly into the processor? What about the waste water?
No - but it does take one mean cutter. Check this out - the jaws of jbi....

Some of the not so nice spores found in ragger tail include:
Penicillium species; cause damage to machinery and the combustible materials and lubricants used to run and maintain them. Peniciilium can affect fuels; cause damage to oils and lubricants; and cause damages to optical and protective glass.
Funny. And what about the rope, rags, water, bacteria, etc? Is that going to float? How does that get separated?
Dead wrong. Someone needs to do some homework. Twice as much wire per ton as there is plastic.
Again - how much of the ragger tail is plastic?
What kind of pre-processing will have to occur?
It's definitely worth something to RKT since JBI has to take it no matter what.
How much plastic is in ragger tail?
A lot of plastic that can be reused is land filled.
HDPE, LDPE & PP. Isn't that what JBI is processing?

Ragger tail?
Current plastic prices
http://plasticsnews.com/resin-pricing/recycled-plastics.html
Is your waste plastic flake or pellet? What are the resins. Might be a good deal.
Amazing the kind of money you can make on cardboard.
For the three and six month period ending June 30, 2011, revenues of P20 include fuel sales from the Niagara Falls, New York facility of $47,480 revenue from sale of processed waste product (primarily paper fibre) of $33,621 and incidental revenue from sale of products of $4,914.
Cost of Sales consist primarily of raw materials related to delivery of fuel, dying and blending, scenting of the fuel (to smell green at the request of customers), and processed recycled waste products $57,534
That makes sense as long as they are selling everything they make. So that implies the processor is sitting idle most of the time.
Payroll expense has to be shown when it happens. What if they don't sell the fuel for 6 months? How is that accounted for?
Finished goods pricing is different than the raw materials cost.
Plastic was free = $0.00
Processing, labor, storage, etc cost money. THUS finished goods.
That is your inventory cost that should be on the 10Q if there WAS ANY INVENTORY. THERE IS NO INVENTORY.
BP
inventory held for trading be recorded at its fair value using period end spot prices whereas any related
derivative commodity instruments are required to be recorded at values based on forward prices consistent with the contract
maturity. Depending on market conditions, these forward prices can be either higher or lower than spot prices resulting in
measurement differences.

Just sayin'
Then WHERE does JBI account for these inventory costs? If they filled the tanks at the refinery, where is the transport cost? Where is the labor cost to feed the machines?
Exxon:
"Inventory costs include expenditures and other charges (including depreciation) directly and indirectly incurred in bringing the inventory to its existing condition and location."
