It's all conjecture. Wishful thinking. Daydreams. Until there are specifics issued by either JBI or RockTenn, it's all conjecture.

What is not conjecture?

Ragger was in the agreement. Specifically mentioned 3 times.
Monofill was not in the agreement.
Land filled plastic quantities have not been quantified in any document.
We do not know what is in the RockTenn landfills.
JBI DID get a Wells Notice
We may never know if they filed a Wells Submission
There IS a Class Action lawsuit in Nevada.
There IS a lead plantiff and attorneys are trolling for others.
