Well there sure could be... lots of... $$$$$... got to get the results of those... destroyed reports... to know exactly what may... may not be...
Actually... chiledog is the correct one... and has been all along...
chiledog:
Early tax loss selling... IMHO... tis the season coming up... guess for some... it's arrived early...
And that is the factual truth... why the fuss by some over those 43-101's... having been on the website... I haven't a clue... and why others... would try and claim they never existed... is even more puzzling...
I'm not sure your on the same wave length...??? The point is... as long as the appropriate disclosures... are present... the company is in no violation of SEC regulations... so a United States Publicly traded mining company... may post a NI 43-101... on the company's website... without being in violation of SEC regulations... not that hard to understand... that is the only question trying to be answered...
So I'm still right... they can use it... as you just stated (They can use use it per SEC without the disclosure which MDMN had)
.... so it is not an SEC violation... as long as used in the correct manner... and you also agree then that MDMN did have the NI 43-101 posted on their website per your comment (which MDMN had)... and that was what we were really trying to verify is if MDMN had it on their website or not... thanks again...
So I was right... good... and thanks for updating us all on that point...
All the SEC says is use cautionary language when the website refers to indicated and inferred resources...
Comment 1. We note that your website refers to or uses the terms “measured,” “indicated,” and “inferred,” resources. If you continue to make references on your web site or press releases to reserve measures other than those recognized by the SEC, please accompany such disclosure with cautionary language comparable to the following:
And in this example the company actually used the NI 43-101... and the only comment by the SEC was to say that there is no economically reasonable means of determining a mineral reserve of the entire deposit prior to mining... the SEC says nothing about the use of the NI 43-101 as being in violation of any SEC regulation...
As stated in the National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”) 2008 Lyntek Preliminary Assessment for the Lost Creek Project (“Lyntek Report”): “Since the practice of ISR mining is to drill out individual mine units just prior to mining each unit, this Preliminary Assessment report can only use indicated mineral resources which are considered too speculative geologically to have economic considerations applied to them to be categorized as Mineral Reserves.” Item 4.B at page 19. This circumstance is also relevant to the Corporation’s Response to Comment 5, below.
As a result of the mining method and development of the mine (mine unit by mine unit just prior to mining; the Lyntek Report anticipates six mine units), there is no economically reasonable means of determining a mineral reserve of the entire deposit prior to mining.
Then it shouldn't be hard... to copy and paste... where it says... in SEC regulations that... "It is against SEC regulatory laws for any american public mining company to produce a NI 43-101 and post it to their company website." So if it's the facts and is true... just post the link to the SEC site where it reads as stated... or language close enough...
LOL... not true... if a mining company wants to pay for a NI 43-101 and put it on their website... they are in zero violation... of any SEC regulation... it's idiotic to think they would be in violation... now if they put the report in their filings...??? well maybe then they would be in some violation... but I doubt that too...
Well there ya go... No sales yet... why not say so in the first place...??? I'd say everyone is for sales... but there not in the cards yet I guess... but all is working towards that... just have to be patient...
It definitely had substance... just not the substance some wanted I guess... very good PR for many... I guess not for some... any ways... in time we'll all see how this plays out...
So you wanted more in the VLDI PR... can't blame you... we all would like more... but it is where the company is... so the PR can only state the facts... but nothing wrong with that... VLDI progressing well... and all is good as they move forward... and nothing wrong with that either...
I doubt very much... if publishing more then required... by regulators...is any violation... that just doesn't make any sense... obviously the minimum requirement of the regulation needs to be met... but adding more information... who cares... I'm sure the SEC doesn't...
No substance says who...??? everyone's entitled to their own opinion... but their opinion doesn't make it reality... it was a good PR... and things are definitely progressing well... that's all that really matters...
Just not true... There are no smoke and mirrors... just progress... and sooooooo close... to licensing agreements/contracts/etc... they will all be coming... just be patient...
Prove it... lots of talk... but no walk... Kevin Tupper pulled many fasts ones it seems... destroying the NI 43-101's... would just be one more devious/deceitful deed for him...
Sooooooo not true... VLDI is progressing... quite nicely... and for those who have patience... well... they will reap a good reward... just takes time...
It's a long sad saga... and it's criminal... but... it is what it is...
Time will tell now... won't it... and it's all good... as VLDI moves forward... with continued testing... with prospects... from the sales pipeline... nothing wrong with that...
Ain't it great...!!! Just when peeps were thinking no progress... and WHAM...!!! Been moving forward all along... Believe me... It's All Good...!!!
Kevin Tupper... Gooding and Maurizio... it sure appears... must have all conspired... to moth ball MDMN... and leave the share holders with the bag... criminals in my mind...
Validian Engages in Testing with the Objective of Licensing & Deployment

Provides Update on Development and Commercial Roll Out
October 29, 2019 – Validian Corporation (OTC: VLDI; “Validian” or the “Company”), a leading innovator in cyber-security technology, today is pleased to announce that it is engaged in comprehensive testing with several different prospects with the objective to license, install and deploy our technology upon successful testing.
Validian has persevered through the past 2 years to break through barriers to market entry by undertaking the following:
We built a remote test and development platform, which facilitates multiple parties testing at the same time. Anyone qualified by us can be issued credentials and begin comprehensive testing in minutes. This platform has removed several barriers for prospects, including reducing the allocation of their internal resources, eliminating the need to use their own testing labs and enabling testing by remotely located cyber security experts.
We built a comprehensive app for testing all of the ValidianProtect features and capabilities. The testing app can be modified quickly to adapt to forms and areas of testing that vary among different prospects. Now there are two state-of-the-art apps that can be used to test Validian’s features and capabilities as well as undergo a myriad of different forms of penetration testing via various types of cyber attacks.
We extended our core technology by building out certain capabilities that some of our prospects required.
We launched a new website that supports promoting and licensing our technology.
As well, the Confidential Computing Consortium, comprised of major technology companies, has recently identified the next priority area for cyber security – securing data in use and data in memory. Validian already does both, as well as provides controls, tracking and alerts on the permitted and prohibited uses of data, and all on a software only basis. No appliances or other hardware are required.
Also, a recently issued independent global study, which found the Runtime Application Self-Protection (RASP) Market as one of the fastest growing areas of cyber security to 2026, identified Validian Corporation as a provider of RASP technology.
These have acted as a catalyst to renewed interest from our prospects, which helped to engage them in comprehensive testing for the purpose of licensing and deployment.

Did Kevin Tupper... really remove 3 Ni 43-101 reports... from the MDMN website...??? I don't remember any 43-101's being reported... now I could be wrong... but I don't remember seeing them...
Like I said... at .03... up from .005/.006... certainly a bit of a retrace... is expected... just breathing... before the possible next leg up...
Five days... quite the trend pointed out there... VLDI from .005/.006... up to present .03's... isn't bad... I like it... and all is good going forward... as will be seen...
That was a fat finger mistake... LOL... the stock averaged about .0231 that day... except for one weird out of place... fat fingered or market order mistake... no logical... reasonable... intelligent trader... would ever consider factoring that in at all... they would be totally misguided to do so...
The facts are... .005/.006... was a good buy on VLDI... no matter how one cuts it... VLDI up 500+% from there... the stock has been trending up...
LOL... it's retraced from a recent high... nothing goes straight up... it's just breathing... look at the longer trend... .005/.006... to .029/.03's... definitely higher highs... and higher lows...
Patience... patience... patience... I like the silence... the longer the quiet period... the more explosive... the behind the scenes happenings... when it's time to announce... Bruce'll blow the top off this thing... IMHO of course...
Yeah... and I said it closes above .03... LOL... been moving... in the right direction... it's all good...
VLDI closes... above .03... at .0354... not bad... new website... higher highs... higher lows... it's all good...
Oh yeah... and VLDI... goes from .005/.006... to .0284/.03... means the website is working...
Or a Rocketman driven... ballistic missile... headed to... The Moon...!!!
Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaa... Hoooooooooooooooo... What a Website...!!!
Higher highs... and higher lows... all is looking good...
Where's the Beef...???
Yep... we'll see... as VLDI keeps moving up... higher highs... and... higher lows...
I doubt any... long term holder... will be selling... as VLDI continues... to climb up in price... holding... to see it through...
Nothings changing... VLDI at .03... higher highs... and higher lows... It's All Good...!!!
Really... speaking for who...??? Certain VLDI investors know... and it's that knowledge... that counts...
