Here is a list of leading causes of death in the US. Do you not see the value now, he does. This is just the number of deaths, imagine how many more had cancer and were cured?
Heart disease. Number of deaths per year: 633,842. ...
Cancer. Number of deaths per year: 595,930. ...
Chronic lower respiratory diseases. Number of deaths per year: 155,041. ...
Accidents (unintentional injuries) ...
Stroke. ...
Alzheimer's disease. ...
Diabetes. ...
Influenza and pneumonia
Yes they brought it to the point to attract world class talent. There is no downside here. We limped along, proving our technology is great, and now we need to put it in capable hands and bring it to the next level. Adding a cancer specialist will only add value to the company, and whatever we end up paying will be peanuts in comparison to what this drug is worth.
I see nothing but positives. Bringing on a world class cancer expert, will only open the door to new venues. Right now, Colon, Breast, and Prostate cancer. Which IMO is bigger than anything we have now. (once validated)
I think it is a very smart move by CytoDyn. If funding doesn't come soon after we sign off, I would be very surprised, and I'm talking good funding, no more Paulsen warrants.
My my,
Bid keeps dropping, new lows. Billy what happened with this "winning company"?
Perhaps I was right, and it is a scam? Market seems to think so, low volume, even when there is news, it doesn't affect the price.
Again,
Based on the CC, it seems as they now have other options for financing, to the point where they are turning it down. I would agree with your sentiment and say it is not true.
Money will come one way or the other. People are waiting to find out which way. IMO I think we are stronger than ever, based on what Dr. P said on the CC the company has turned down financing options, so money is out there, who it will be is the big question.
Another low volume day walk down! Just over 91k traded.
I don't think so. The volume is very small, I think it's people trying to walk it down so they can buy cheap shares. I believe people are holding awaiting financing news. If the news is favorable I think this will run.
IMO
This low volume take down is painful to watch! I hope we receive news soon!
Yep,
Scott Keevil yet again knocked it out of the park, and when I say that I mean he failed to bring value to a company as CEO.
Getting close! Saw $1.077 hit this morning.
They will need some pretty significant news for financing to get the share price underway. As Nader mentioned on the CC, they aren't looking to do an RS. They will have to grow the SP organically in order to uplist. As many have mentioned we have the science, we just need the funding. Once we are able to uplist, institutional investment firms will be able to purchase, and IMO the price will soar from there.
A pump and dump?
I highly doubt the FDA would move the treatment forward if it wasn't real. Many companies don't get the Phase 3 go ahead, we have 2.
Quite a bit of buying being done in the .64's
I wonder what happened to all the LOI's and acquisitions? What's the great CEO Scott Keevil done for this company since coming aboard?
May see sub $1 by EoM
IMO No news can save this sinking ship! SS SCAM is going down!
I'm hoping we will cross the $.65 mark at some point today
And what would have happened if Dan didn't defend the lawsuit?
The defendants win a summary judgement and the entire property is gone?
Would that have been a better strategy?
Ok now we're living in the land of make believe. No pump and dump, prs ever y couple of days. Only people who make out were the low life currah family and fuchino and friends.
I recall a lot of questions of why we had a CTO, why we had 2 failed letters of intent...etc
As far as a PUMP AND DUMP CEO, absolutely. I will honestly tip my hat to him there. As far as bringing value, nope. Look what he's done for CCAN so far since coming aboard...NOTHING.
Here come the 50's!
LOL
This company is such a SCAM, there is a reason the OSC is sniffing around. Candian company doing business everywhere but Canada.
Just hit the $.50 mark
Billy!,
Just wanted to check in on you and this winning stock how's it going?
TIMBER!
Talk about when a SCAM goes bad!
100% agree. Once I saw that a member of the Currah family was involved, I knew it was a SCAM! Lucas Currah is being sued over at Sarissa Resources, and was your geologist here. A pathetic excuse for a human, the whole family really.
...And you're basing this on what? Have you called and spoke with Dan, or are you just making things up? I'm thinking the latter...
Well that may not be entirely true. Lucas Currah was a geologist here, and not a good one, as I think he's a "free lance" (Unemplyeed) web designer now? So quite possible that he missed something.
Also I think he's being sued by Sarissa Resources? Where again he was a geologist?
IMO
Again,
Not sure what you're talking about. But good try? Lol, I'll just throw a tally mark on the sheet for good measure. If ever you feel like proving what you say is true, you be sure and reach out.
Good Day!
Oh and hey, I only go after criminal scumbags. People who are cowards as you say, stealing the money of hardworking people. Penny Currah is NO lady, and whether Lucas Currah chose to be involved or not, his low life father Drew Currah brought him in. You should be just as upset as I am with them. Family of losers and low lives.
I would also delete the posts and hide from having to answer them. Winner Winner! I'm running out of room on my tally sheet LOL
Some day you'll know the feeling of a win, and it's not by investing in this SCAM! Boom! AVOID CCAN Scott Keevil is a known scam artist that was terminated with Cause.
IMO
I personally would not. The science is too good. You don't keep moving forward with the FDA if there is nothing there. Once it is approved you will see 5x that minimum. I would assume a buyout shortly after which would double triple that.
If there is a BO prior to the FDA approval you could see $10-$15/share.
Big question is when not if. They're in the home stretch now, it wouldn't be worth it to be to cash out at $2/share.
IMO.
I don't think we'll see near that number unless we have FDA approval first. Then there would have to be a bidding war with big pharma. IMO. If I'm proven wrong, I would not be hurt in the least
Ya I would look into Scott Keevil, and Midnight capital as they are being sued by Sarissa Resources. Ben Ward former CEO is also being looked into for his actions here.
Scott Keevil is an inept CEO, and was terminated with cause from Sarissa Resources. He has no back ground for Marijuana. This stock is going nowhere.
No,
Just trying to get the word out. These guys are scammers, and move from stock to stock.
Joshua Gold - delisted
Sarissa resources - stagnant
Canadian Cannabis- no real news
Maricann- being looked into by OSC.
Not really sure why this is trading. You have the former CEO Ben Ward being investigated by the OSC (Canadian SEC)
...And that news didn't move this stock. Ben Ward is involved, OSC already poked their head in, stock is going nowhere.
Your interpretation is incorrect.
There is nothing to fear about the lawsuits at all. If Currah, Keevil and friends can prove that they are owed money beyond any damages (if any) that are granted in the counter suit, then they get paid or if not they either get nothing or owe the company for damages.
If the company can prove the property has potential the damages would be trivial in comparison, if the property fails there are no assets so game over regardless.
The issue and why they have started a lawsuit in the first place is to harm the company’s ability to secure the necessary financing to move the project forward.
Keevil and friends don’t want to end up in court as they have a lot to worry about, pump and dump, taxes on share issuances, Shining Tree private placement and many more. This is why they filed the suit but have not pursued it in court.
Their goal is to harm the company so that the only alternative is to settle with them so that progress can occur.
RP Capital is supposed to be solving this by securing additional funding. Whether they can be successful or not will be determined. So far they obviously have not been successful but it is my understanding that is exactly what is being worked on as a write this.
The lawsuit can be dismissed eventually but it would take another 4 years according to the company’s lawyers.
So we are essentially in waiting game to see if RP Capital can do what they have indicated they could or not.
