Not really sure why this is trading. You have the former CEO Ben Ward being investigated by the OSC (Canadian SEC)

Maricann also revealed that the OSC began investigating CEO Ben Ward on Feb. 8 for his "activities" while he was the head of another marijuana firm — Canadian Cannabis Corp.




And then you have new CEO Scott Keevil who was terminated for cause with his old company Sarissa Resources and is being sued by them...
