did not divulge the biggest elephant in the room of toxic financing and his arrangement to eliminate it through sweetheart deals with the debtor.the fact this was really a start up would have moved the meter more quickly so the person was able to enrich by steps not only once.I believe he wanted the company to suceed and i think it will in 2 to 3 years with the talent he has available. the biggest obstilcle is ability to overcome his nich market. good for artistic effect but not commercial

I think he is protecting himself and his sources. think the poster he reacted to wants more than he can give. I agree with his decision to go private and hope the message I sent him he will answer too. falak and all the people involved are very private with many parts of information being sensitive in nature. we are not just a company but an international entity. years of work could be destroyed simply by an inadvetent slip of the tongue here.

only see george sharp picking up shell and being issued ps for debt to take it over. what his plan is is unknown to me. does anyone have an idea? seems to be headed towards a buisness decision as a shell but do not know where and when. as they have 2.4 billion shares outstanding they must clear up the size for a scope towards new operations.have seen no net worth attached as far as after the 2018 divesture of its only asset. sharp owns 240 mil shares and ps too. so is in full control and his plans are?
