The company needs to get the sp up to secure long term funding. I don't think they would be diluting without a plan. And I also think it's a good sign that they don't seem to be worried about the sp, they appear to believe that the details of this deal will be enough to get the stock where it should be, which, according to them is well above .016.
484 bm's. If we close near 3 we have a whole new base with a 50% consolidated correction from lows and will be ready for news next week.
We don't and that's what the market is reflecting. If the rumors are true we will be surprised by how big this is and will hear about it soon. The source for that rumor on this board has been right about everything so far but we will see if the important stuff is true.
I'm cautiously optimistic and hope that other traders will wait to see what kind of value we have. It almost has to be worth more than where it's trading now. Especially if what the company itself said is true and
I like the business plan here a lot, It's about time someone found a (hopefully) financially viable way to enter the fast food market with healthy choices.
A couple questions, how many stores do we have right now before counting these new ones? ( How many stores produced the 3,044,199 in revenue for the 9 months ending Oct 2 2011). Also, what do you guys think about the operating loss. Even if you cut out administrative expense the restaurants still aren't quite breaking even, is it a lack of awareness that they plan on increasing with advertising once they build a base of locations?
Thanks for any response. Good luck here.
One of the guys on the board is currently president of these two companies.

This website no longer shows up on a google search so I think they are either changing it or that is an old one.
We also haven't heard about the joint venture with Aderra yet. I'm guessing they are a part of this and the applications they developed will be as well.

Good to see you still here ama, I'm a believer as well.

Reggie James ? @lordreginald99
Yeah I'm not saying he's not, it makes sense.
If we could verify Ed was in LA this would make sense, Linda and Neil are supposedly meeting with the companies involved in the vertical integration this week.
She has done it before, just not yet for rtgv, haha. Really impressive resume imo. The past here doesn't matter despite what the justifiably disgruntled investors here say. Linda used her own money to pay off a company debt last month and common sense would say she is doing everything she can to get this done.
I've heard meetings will very likely be done this week and maybe by the end of tomorrow. Really hoping/expecting to hear something by Monday morning at the latest.
Brand Entertain is updating/changing their website as well,

7$ into the bid. Hilarious.

Nice. For a company so involved in social media you think they would use it more. Hopefully updates by the end of the week and some of the panic induced sellers will settle down. No reason for all this selling.
Probably not but 90k into the bid at 19? 10k was the first amount into the bid at 002 yesterday, then the big bids showed up at 002 and panic sellers gave them shares.
It's not difficult to manipulate a stock with a lot of uncertainty like this one. Especially if you set up big bids after you sell to collect panic shares to sell when news hits.
I would be interested to hear why you guys that have been here for years originally invested. Maybe now getting this deal done they can get some financing and return to some of that original promise they showed.
98,800 shares away from closing at 25.
Yeah 397,000 of the 436,000 income from the quarter was attributed to other income and most of that as a result of the restructuring. They said going forward they expect other income to be only 250,000 per year or 63,000 per quarter. Minus the difference that's 334,000 of the profit from the quarter that won't be recurring.
But, they are still profitable as opposed to a loss of 468,000 last year this quarter. They state very clearly a number of times in the statements that they need to maintain revenues of 16 mil per year and sga at 6 mil or less to maintain profitability and to be able to pay off their loan. Off to a good start with 4.12 mil this quarter.
Aderra will probably be partners with us but they aren't merging with rtg. They are forming a new company though and thats probably what the pr is about.
Agree and the company appears confident, even updating their website in anticipation of new investors.
Good deal, looking forward to it.
mark, any word on when the pr drops?
