I don't think anyone has a clue.
Yesterday A-Trade showed 11/9 confirmed on my front page, but 11/11 unconfirmed on the earnings tab of the research page.
I guess we'll see them when we see them.
Never know, maybe they happen to have the same name as one of the peeps associated with the scam. Wouldn't an e-mail from someone with the same name as the missing CEO raise some eyebrows in the court?
A-Trade shows confirmed for today, probably be after hours.
What would be refreshing to see is a letter/e-mail from a shareholder, telling the court about the misinformation being disseminated on several stock boards. Including the push for a letter campaign to the court, thinking they can claim their rights have been violated by the case.
It would also be nice to see a shareholder accept the responsibility for buying CRGP stock without proper DD. And ask the court to not only appoint a receiver, but appoint the receiver from he** to go after every name associated with the 'company' and hang 'em by their.....
I guess ironic is probably the word I should have used, instead of funny.
I realize that, but they would not have been trying to send him notice if he had not written to the court about not getting notices.
The funny thing is (if anything in this fiasco can be considered funny, as far as the shareholders are concerned) is that COR is trying to contact him because he wrote to the court complaining that they had not contacted him....
HELLO!!
Maybe the POG is dropping because Namoya is running full-bore. They are pulling so much gold out of the ground that the law of 'supply and demand' is causing the market to be glutted. They should slow those big bad cats down!!
If that works, then any transaction that resulted in a fee should. If they had given a different answer, the client might have left the money available and no fee would have been collected....
Not so far with a RS, and I've been through more than my fair share, but I imagine they will be changing their fee structures as they pertain to crap stocks.
I think the reason they hit me on the buyout was it was basically a share sale that didn't qualify for their commission fees.
I have never received a fraudulent divy, so it is possible.
But I have been with TDA approx 10 years, and the only time I was hit with a reorg fee, was an all-cash buyout of a restaurant stock.
Oh, I know. He has been calling that 985 POG since I first bought here six months ago. Kind of curious what he considers LT versus ST targets. Perhaps he tracks time in years instead of days.
When did you post this .1750? I went back over a month and couldn't find it. I did find a .15 two weeks ago and I guess I'll admit that three weeks ago you called .1740, still no .1750. Four weeks ago you called .1485 and offered someone .1225, still no .1750.
However, even if you did call .1750, it didn't hit today anyways LOD was .1763. Did the bid hit, if so that doesn't mean squat unless someone decides to sell at that price.
So the long and the short of it is, you still missed.
I am not saying it won't hit there or even lower, that is why I have several buy orders in. I just get irritated when peeps incorrectly claim their SP calls where hit, whether up or down.
Sorry, but you missed again. You have been calling .14 not .1750.
Your last 2 calls:

Let me get this straight...
While the value of their investment has dropped, the whole sector has. In fact, Blackrock's investments in the sector (not just Banro) have dropped 61% while the sector has fallen 54% over the last several years. This looks pretty darned close to me, especially when you look at how many juniors are going through BK or just gone altogether.
And Blackrock still gets their 'special dividend', and Banro hasn't missed a payment.
Reporter does one story a month covering European oil companies, and his big report a couple of months ago was about British beavers.

Sorry, it is a locked article, and I won't pay either. Don't bother using the join for free link at the bottom of the WSJ page. It just signs you up for their e-mail alerts, I tried it and you still have to pay to read the articles.
I really wanted to ask him if he was joking, but the notice popped up about that board being under a warning. Being a bad boy on another board, I didn't want to take a chance.
I wonder if my company can get a rebate from our accountant, since he is charging us for work that isn't required. HAHAHA
HAHAHA!!!
I like the:
'Other Expense - Ask My Accountant'
What we should ask the accountant is:
Where is the other $809,663.09 on the Balance Sheet???
TOTAL ASSETS - $1,260,984.57
TOTAL LIABILITIES & EQUITY - $451,321.48
How can that be? I just saw an interview with someone from the SEC claiming that the reason they are going ahead with crowdfunding is because there have been absolutely ZERO cases of fraud.
hmmm... Maybe the different departments should talk to each other before giving interviews.
Then sell already!!
NO, it was BAA!!
Well unless that 'Plan B' involves getting the DTCC chill released, it is useless to many shareholders. Mark keeps acting like he wants to get rid of several naysayers, well I can't leave with the chill in force. The ball is in his court, always has been.
CNBC interview with T-Mobile CEO today, and he actually had good things to say about Sprint.
Well, we know it wasn't anybody @ A-Trade....
HINT!! HINT!! Mark!!
No we are not, we are only a client, nothing more.
He had to order one for the Form 10, he already knows the truth that there are no shorts. Has he been telling people otherwise?
As it stands right now, the ONLY way MIKP shareholders can benefit is if the company issues a dividend. And there is no way that can happen until it shows profit substantial enough to afford it. Speaking of which, the company supposedly just made money from Cinemax, why isn't he using that to file with OTC???
That charge was taken due to the drop in POG against estimated lifetime value of the mines/assets. So, yes it can drop again if POG drops substantially, but it can also go the other way as POG increases. IF POG had increased back over $1,200, we could see that $50 million come back in the Q3 financials as profit. It is all just on paper of course, as true profit comes from the actual sale of the gold not just leaving it in the ground.
Actually:
MIKP (the stock) isn’t even doing good enough to say that it is floundering.
But Mike The Pike (the company) seems to be gaining a little traction. They have a deal with Cinemax, that could jumpstart the business. It all hinges on whether they like the script that still has to be submitted.
Yep, we are still in limbo here.
Some think it is great that a few brokerages will let them buy and sell, but not all brokers will allow trading due to the DTCC chill. It has been mentioned that people can open new accounts at one of the houses that are allowing it, but none of those brokers will take your shares from other brokerages so those shares are dead unless Mark gets DTCC to release the block.
Why should anyone have to change brokerages to buy a specific stock? If that stock isn't available to all potential shareholders then there must be a problem with the stock.
In this case, the company got into bed with Fairhills Capital/E-Lionheart and the DTCC put a chill on the stock. According to them (and the SEC complaint against Fairhills Capital/E-Lionheart) they cannot trust the share structure of MIKP. Of course Mark could have the lawyer go to the DTCC and straighten things out, but that would require him actually caring about shareholders. If the SEC didn't have issues with the share structure in the Form 10, then it shouldn't take much more effort to convince the DTCC.
Wow!! This board is starting to sound like a stinky pinky.
We need more PRs!
Management needs to listen to shareholders, cause we know better!
They need to sell one of their extra mines, cause we haven't quadrupled our money yet!
People need to relax. I have only been here just over 5 months and things have improved considerably in that time frame. And as far as PRs are concerned, they have released an average of 2 per month.

Because, being stuck on the greys, it wouldn't do any good for him to try dumping any stock.
And it has only taken Mark four tries. Will this version be 'THE ONE'???
I was going to say rotting garbage, but yours works just as well. hahaha
