Ok, I'm the MOD now. Cool. Anyone got news?
Sweet ride. Definately worth taking some professional pictures of. You had all my friends guessing what kind of car it was and none of us could get it right.
So why is this trading so low? The preferreds just dropped also.
Nice car!!! I used to have a 280ZX which was silver and my friend had one that was a similar yellow color and we parked next to each other in highschool. For a moment just looking at your car brought back the smells and sounds those machines we had as teenagers made...What kind of car is that? It is one of the most beautiful cars I have ever seen. Classy, sexy, not overdone, just tastefully put together.
Ok, I want to be the Mod, and I need four recent posts.
I called this one going to $15.00 by Christmas back this summer when it was under $10.00. Anyone else have any guesses about a buy out price? I say $24.00 a share based on the land and equipment.
I think the mass transit industry is heading towards a boom. I got rid of one of my cars and take the shuttle to work. It's $1.15 to go 15 miles from the Governors Mansion to the Statehouse on the NJ Transit. It costs $3.00 for a gallon of gas to even go the 15 miles; so figure that out. If it's working out for the kid living in Princeotn commuting to Trenton, it's working in every city across America. Mass transit is about to take off. Mark my words. People are sick of driving and paying the insurance costs too. If gas goes to $5.00 a gallon watch these companies get bought up faster than they can print the tickets.
I didn't think it would be this good. Talk about picking a winer. Man am I glad I bought in this past summer in the single digits....we're heading to that $24.00 a share Buffet-Buy-Out....choo choo!!!! All aboard!!! Next stop; Vegas Baby!!! Well maybe just Boston, but at least we're having fun.
I didn't get the emails. Probably because I have a government e-mail addres and the company is avoiding sending anyone who posses a chance of asking "too many questions" from being in the information loop.
It's 2011, still no dividend.
What caused that run this past week?
Is this company going to release any news? It's pretty dormant.
Did, I miss something? We have a little bit action. Is there a catfish niblin?
Martin, since I and many others have been banned form the SAEI board and IHUB rules say that "ONE SYMBOL ONE BOARD", we technically are allowed to have an "SAEIE" board since there was a new symbol during the suspsension from the SEC. SO I created the SAEIE board to discuss the whole thing, as deep as we want, and espcially anything controversial about the unsuspended symbol's board. WOuld you like to be a moderator for the board as well? Just send the request. I think we'll get some really interesting camp fire stories to tell our grandkids about this one.

Make that 21 people you know who didn't get the e-mail. This whole thing is the craziest story I have ever heard. I asked people to send me a copy of the e-mail with the headers, no responce. I evern wrote the company's IR-email, which supposedly sent the Jan-5 update e-mail from IR@sup######.com, from my government e-mail account and still didn't get a responce. Maybe they are only sending the e-mail to people they have scouted out as better victims than those of us who will question everything and trust nothing until the money is in our hands and it's T+3.
In Orange COunty we are allowed to pretty much do the same thing. THere is going to be a major backlash against employers who did what your's did. Look at the whole Navy USS Enterprise incident. THat XO of the ship is getting fried now after five years ago he made an anti-gay video that 10 years ago would have gotten played at a WHitehouse gathering for movie night.
In a short time, the military is going to have to pay restoration and recovery damages to every person they kicked out for using an inert green vegtable in the same manner they have been using alcohol, tobacco, stimulants, adultery, and violent drunken bar fighting as a "status quo" for soldiers and Marines to live their life.
Has anyone ever seen a room full of people smoking get into a fight? I haven't. Why is it that at Moe-Down or a Blues Traveler concert they have a need for very little security? Maybe it's because marijuana users are docile and non violent while their alcohol counterparts almost always are in one of two modes; 1) Fighting, or 2) fukking
The pendulum is swinging and it's swinging as fast as these babyboomers enter the retirement village and cease to stick their beliefs on everyone elses business in the real working world.
There was no fat lady on stage, just a bunch of munchkins telling us to walk to the yellow brick road to OZ and see who was behind the SAEI Emerald City Curtain. I agree with you, we're still in the first act of this three act play. Things are about to get interesting since we're half way through the trading week, and all the predictions of being Sub-Penny $0.0001 are bogus now! The stock is trading at $0.02. I even bought at $0.015 and sold at $0.022 the other day with $150.00 making $70.00 as an experiement. No one knows what is going on, but I do know this; I didn't get that e-mail sent to me and I have requested it four times with four different e-mail addresses. Was it selectively sent? Can you please e-mail me a copy to joshkocses@yahoo.com with the original header please.
This is the wierdest stock story I have ever been a part of.
I wonder if there are job opportunities available at PCIO. I would love to work for them as a consultant. Shucks they could pay me in stock or produce, take their pick. I just got done having a meeting with a professor at a local community college who was one of Ronald Reagan's economic advisors in the Whitehouse. His take on this emerging market is that "the marijuana industry in America is going to be here long after all of us are dead". So if that's what Ronald's #1 financial advisor is saying, shucks, we're in a good boat here folks, whatever you do don't get out!!!
What state are you licenced in? It's not California, shucks we're up to speed in CA. Lord I hope it's not.
OK, once again you are not understanding what a "Veteran" is sir. A veteran is not a member of the Armed Forces, in fact we are disarmed. We are now civilians and the cross section of leadership representative of the entire American public. The body public whole as an entity you are talking about IS most effectively represented by the collective group of those of us from every walk of life who DID serve and EXITED the military.
To not understand that the veterans pool is A) not part of the Armed Forces, and B) is the most effective represenation cross-section of the American public is undermining the value of these men and women who did come from every walk of life into the most diverse and largest corporation in the world.
JMO, we are not talking about the military, we are talking about Veterans. Anyone who has served the in the military knows that the ranks of Active duty officers and their elected bosses is a much different forrest of timber than the oak trees you will find well cured and actively fighting for MMJ across the globe.
THat was my whole point, we veterans who are MMJ users are not nearly as represented by any lobbying body as Women's Rights and Gay Rights activists have been empowered with money and Lady-Ga Ga Presitge in the past decade.
Rick, you are being foolish to think that the entire debate about MMJ isn't fundementally fueled by those of us who were willing to serve this nation in the military and create and sustain the environment from which the very democracy CBIS operates in and is trying to make a market specifically for veterans by making a military panel. Did you read any of the recent press releases about the Veterans Administration endorcement, the Israeli military and other NATO countries comming on board with this treatment plan?
No news is good news here, because that means they are waiting for FINRA. If they were "puffing" and "fluffing", like putting a Press Release out about a possible unsolicited buy out offer for $1.50 a share by a Russian Billionaire with his last name spelled wrong and forged 43-101 reports then maybe, but in this case; the reason why I think they are silent, is because they are waiting for FINRA to set the date, and like Abraham Lincoln said "better to keep your mouth shut and have the world think your a fool, than speak out and prove it". They are running silent, and running deep, waiting for word from the high-command before surfacing and launching their missiles; our dividend.
We need to form a group of service men and women who have been unjustly excommunicated from our military ranks and posts. I am confident that as a united group of veterans who used marijuana and chose to leave, left and were not allowed back in, or were dishonorably discharged for smoking an inert-green-vegtable, we can accelerate this pendulum faster than anything NORML or civilians who lack our experience would yield to books or testimony to formulate ideas for how to overcome this atrocity. The best men and women we have are being replaced by some of the worst. Don't ask don't tell should have been about pot, and the relationships subordinate soldiers, Marines, airmen and seamen had established should have been intelligence every Commanding Officer of a unit should have gathered. Where people under the UCMJ actaully stick their "Slick-Willy" is their own business (why do Navy Officers bring a goat with them on long trips?) but who they're sticking it in and shacking up with is a matter of national security.
You are right, if the military was more concerned about establishing knowledge of relationships that their subordinates may or may not have been engaged in and less concerned about what inert-green-vegtables their troops who are liberally issued cigarettes & alcohol, and when at sea over 45 days under actual naval law, we wouldn't be in this mess.
For Clinton to have enacted a law that forbid commanders from asking or telling other members of thier staff about the relationships of the troops under their command while simultaneously scapegoating and creating an Macarthy environment to turn in your nighbor for smoking a green vegtable was ignorant.
Look at New Jersey's Governor and how quickly we found out that Jim McGreevey was dating an Israeli intelligence officer in complete secrecy from the public and his wife while commanding the New Jersey ARmy National Guard, A guard unit that later was callec to served in Iraq under Jon Corzine, a fellow Marine NCO of mine and example of a Democrat I say would fall into my category of having been an NCO for two years or more and eligible for military commisison.
The reason why I didn't lie is because I am an Eagle Scout, the son of a disabled Army officer, grandson of a D-Day vet, and great grandson of a WW1 vet who was taught at a young age that integrity and honesty are the safest things to bet on. The reason why four planes slammed into buildings and a PA corn field 9 years ago under a $4 TRILLION dollar NORAD DEFENCE GRID is because our nation's elected officials and commissioned officer corps couldn't achieve this integrity on a weekend leadership building retreat in the Catskill Mountains, let alone during the worst collapse in national security ever.
Solution: DO away with ROTC and make it so that the only way a person in our military can become an officer is to first have served for a period of no less than TWO YEARS as a REAL NON COMMISSIONED OFFICER, not an MS-1,2,3,4 Cadet, or glorified Midshipmen Class whatever, no two years of real NCO toilet scrubbing order following corporal or sergeant who can take orders from people ten time dumber and less educated than themselves.
I got a hunch about this one. I am buying in tommorow morning. Big hunch.
Yes, but in a world made up of people who would rather believe in a scam, mobs that would rather free Barabbas and crucify Jesus Christ, "Women of Orange County & Bergen County" who would rather live with a men who rent yachts, lease houses, lie, cheat and steels to look like a millionaire rather than a man who legitimately has $100,000.00 net worth and a two bedroom house in Princeton, New Jersey what do you want. MONA is a cash cow ready to be milked.
This market isn't made up of people who are investors, this is a casino made up of gamblers, and the better the reward, the more they are willing to risk. People would rather lose $2,000.00 in the hope and pursuit of becoming a millionaire overnight than make $40.00 with that $2,000.00 over the course of a year in a CD at 2%. Slow and steady wins the race, but my God, why chase and shoot a single bison when we can just heard them and lead the first one off a cliff to have the rest follow.
MONA is awesome, it's real enough to trick all types of people into thinking it's fake and real at the same time. Which gives the investor community the ability to create juxtaposed dialogs with posters, pumping the stock symbol to the top of I-HUBS TOP-15 MOST ACTIVE lists and then WHAMMOOO start banning people from the board, and stirring the pot, while fanning the flames hoping someone would call the SEC and halt the stock like a preplanned game of musical chairs.
MONA is ripe for the pickens and I predict that since FFGO, SAEI, and BIHC are spent cartridges in their London based scheme, watch for them to start working the MONA board. Someone or a group of people have been buying up lots of 1,000,000 shares over the course of the past week. The best part about MONA is the CEO and her completely innocent voice. She sounds so cute and nice that even the most diligent dueness wouldn't doubt her duties.
I'm sure MONA is about to get some help from Wall Street Bulls or some promoter. It's just sitting there like a prom queen waiting to be crowned as the next target for the "I-HUB Vigilante Posse"
Just a hunch, but we will see this stock rise soon. Not because they are doing any business, mining gold or educating students in the Hu Nang Province or Wang Chung Region, but because the people here in the USA are so excited about the possibility of becoming rich overnight, they will believe anything accept the truth.
Any chance these cats will get DOD contracts? I hear the military is looking at the Motorcycle and it's value in the desert and hills of Afghanistan. My grandfather rode a Harley in France 1944 as an MP with the Red Ball Express. The motorcycle was the tool that made the whole logistics supply chain work because often the case in war, the two wheeled bikes could traverse things tanks and other vehicles could not to scout and provide security, radio, and enough noise to scare the shit out of Panzer tank commanders who thought the roar of the Harley engines were actually armored vehicles encroaching on their positions. The motorcycle is the most effective tool for police work. It's been proven to deter crime at twice the effectiveness as a patrolman in a car behind the glass windows. An officer on a bike is already at the ready with his pistol at his side ready to fire down range. It's those split seconds in responce time that save's lives. I like what I've seen so far here.
UCMJ ARTCILE 134 "ADULTERY" is acceptable and unpunished in our military, however when I tried to re-enlist after 9/11 after I had served 8 years honorably in the Marines and National Guard during the "CLinton YEars" I was turned away for a commission because I (like PResident Obama) didn't lie like President Clinton, and admitted I had smoked pot more than "5 times" during the time period I was not under the UCMJ and an undergrad cvilian/student at The College of New Jersey. I would be a Lieutenant Colonel now in the Army National Guard if it wasn't for the prohibition of this medicine and absolutely insane policy that said it was ok to smoke four times, but not five.
Most of the officers in our military drink regularly, dip, and smoke cigarettes. Let's not forget about all the extramarital affairs that constitute a breach of ARTICLE 134 more than 50% of all commissioned officers have broken and is supposed to be enforced, but isn't because overnight it would bring the combat efficiency of our military down 40% and the credibility of our officer corps integrity to that of a Playboy Mansion Orgy. Take a look at the divorce rate in our military and the reason for why the post's JAG officers and county judges authorize the divorce and most of the time it was for infidelity; yet rarely is this prosecuted as Adultery and punished under Article 134.
Elements. ARTCLE 134 ADULTARY
(1) That the accused wrongfully had sexual intercourse with a certain person;
(2) That, at the time, the accused or the other person was married to someone else; and
(3) That, under the circumstances, the conduct of the accused was to the prejudice of good order and discipline in the armed forces or was of a nature to bring discredit upon the armed forces.
Explanation.
(1) Nature of offense. Adultery is clearly unacceptable conduct, and it reflects adversely on the service record of the military member.
(2) Conduct prejudicial to good order and discipline or of a nature to bring discredit upon the armed forces. To constitute an offense under the UCMJ, the adulterous conduct must either be directly prejudicial to good order and discipline or service discrediting. Adulterous conduct that is directly prejudicial includes conduct that has an obvious, and measurably divisive effect on unit or organization discipline, morale, or cohesion, or is clearly detrimental to the authority or stature of or respect toward a servicemember. Adultery may also be service discrediting, even though the conduct is only indirectly or remotely prejudicial to good order and discipline. Discredit means to injure the reputation of the armed forces and includes adulterous conduct that has a tendency, because of its open or notorious nature, to bring the service into disrepute, make it subject to public ridicule, or lower it in public esteem. While adulterous conduct that is private and discreet in nature may not be service discrediting by this standard, under the circumstances, it may be determined to be conduct prejudicial to good order and discipline. Commanders should consider all relevant circumstances, including but not limited to the following factors, when determining whether adulterous acts are prejudicial to good order and discipline or are of a nature to bring discredit upon the armed forces:
(a) The accused's marital status, military rank, grade, or position;
(b) The co-actor's marital status, military rank, grade, and position, or relationship to the armed forces;
(c) The military status of the accused's spouse or the spouse of co-actor, or their relationship to the armed forces;
(d) The impact, if any, of the adulterous relationship on the ability of the accused, the co-actor, or the spouse of either to perform their duties in support of the armed forces;
(e) The misuse, if any, of government time and resources to facilitate the commission of the conduct;
(f) Whether the conduct persisted despite counseling or orders to desist; the flagrancy of the conduct, such as whether any notoriety ensued; and whether the adulterous act was accompanied by other violations of the UCMJ;
(g) The negative impact of the conduct on the units or organizations of the accused, the co-actor or the spouse of either of them, such as a detrimental effect on unit or organization morale, teamwork, and efficiency;
(h) Whether the accused or co-actor was legally separated; and
(i) Whether the adulterous misconduct involves an ongoing or recent relationship or is remote in time.
(3) Marriage. A marriage exists until it is dissolved in accordance with the laws of a competent state or foreign jurisdiction.
(4) Mistake of fact. A defense of mistake of fact exists if the accused had an honest and reasonable belief either that the accused and the co-actor were both unmarried, or that they were lawfully married to each other. If this defense is raised by the evidence, then the burden of proof is upon the United States to establish that the accused's belief was unreasonable or not honest.".
Lesser included offense.
Article 80—attempts
Maximum punishment.
Dishonorable discharge, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and confinement for 1 year.
I agree, don't sell any shares if you want to get the divi. Everyone I have consulted on the matter has said that they would even hold the shares for the entire 90 days and through the preferred warrant's expiration and wait to sell any shares until the deposit of new shares is secured and verified by your individual broker. Once this PR comes out, expect a huge jump. What's amazing is that people in New Jersey and other prohibition states think it is "illegal" to own this stock. Talk about suppressing the truth and how far ignorant racists will go to demonize this inert-non-lethal-vegetable-medicine. There are people, members of the New Jersey Bar Association even, that I work with in the New Jersey government who are actually that dumb, that as of 15 minutes ago at the water cooler; to have claimed that it was "illegal" and "conduct unbecoming a state worker" to own a publicly traded stock and tax paying/reporting company called "Cannabis Science Inc." or "Marijuana Inc."....So indirectly these New Jersey lawmakers in their infinite myopic New Jersey bred wisdom have somehow claimed that FINRA, the SEC, and all the regulatory bodies that authorized CBIS, PCIO, MJNA, and GRNH to be publicly traded are also involved in "conduct unbecoming" and "clandestine illegal operations". The only people involved in conduct unbecoming a civil servant are the lawmakers who are extorting the general public and making billions of dollars a year prohibiting the taxation of the largest cash crop in America for their own fiscal gain because the police departments and courts keep the houses, cars, and money they confiscate from the inert-green-vegetable-farmers and the patients whose medicine they have used as a mechanism of oppression and control for their own private gain and political agendas.
$240,000.00 worth of "action" so far today on your 'dead horse'. The website is back up and running, you don't have to be the first mate on a yacht pulling up to The Canery to know that the DAGs in Newport Beach love Grilled Swordfish with extra butter.
I bought 10,000 shares at $0.015 on a stock that still may be bought out at $1.50 or $2.50 a share. The risk $150.00, the reward, $15,000.00. Atlantic City and Las Vegas don't even offer those odds. FYI it just traded at $0.029. Granted this is a bounce, but it's no dead cat bounce, this is a gang of cougars pouncing! NO GREY SHEET STOCK has ever seen $200,000.00 worth of action in a day like that one has.
SA?I isn't a Pinky. According to USAA and the military brokers it was a "NASDAQ" listed stock and was valid for "free trades" with USAA. USAA wouldn't have allowed my fiance and I to use free commission trades on an OTCBB or Pink, however they let the trades on SAI? fly like a fully listed NYSE traded stock over $5.00. That's a fact.
I don't think the fat lady has sung yet with SA?I. I've never seen a suspended grey-sheet do what she's done today. Take a look at EIGH, or BIHC or any other stock that made it to the TOP 15 MOST TALKED ABOUT STOCKS on I-HUB that got SEC suspended for 10 days only to return to the market and drop sub-penny on low volume....that is the complete opposite today. In fact we have huge volume, with the original WEBSITE up and running from the company. This is so freaking wierd, no one I know in this industry has any true clue about what is going on in this particular stock's case.
In any other pump&dump, the stock get's suspended, it's drops sub penny and the website's get taken down. This puppy is barking up a completely different tree. And, it would appear that someone is buying up the float, and dirt cheap.
Watch James Bond "Casino Royal", someone just successfully blew up the prototype plane and brought this stock's PPS down to the buying price THEY orchestrated the whole song to play out at.
Indeed, PRMO's available and on the radar, but nothing officially has been released. Earlier today somewhere, you asked if there were any examples of stocks that traded for less than %5 of their buy out offer, and while it was not as low as %5, the Monday morning after the announcement BSC only traded at %20 of the $10.00 buy out offer. I got shares at $2.00 and flipped em that Friday for $10.00.
What's amazing is that the companies we are talking about are even trading at all above $0.0001. Let alone 10,000,000+ averaging $0.3 a share.
An example of a stock who traded for less than 20% of it's bid was Bear Stearn Group the week it got low-balled into driving the PPS to $2.00 and then eventually got bought out at $10.00.
God Bless Texas!!! I just saw your picture. Anyone who doesn't believe in intelligent design is crazy...there is all the proof I need.
Any News? Did they post a pay-date yet for our divies?
IF that's the case, then we're in good shape then. It's just how many years will it take EIGH to pay our dividends? I have comapnies that owe us divies from 2007 still. THis is a joke.
Having an SEC suspension for a penny stock that has already dumped their shares is like a snow day for kids with a book report due in their 5th grade grammer class on a long weekend. The only people that benefit from the SEC suspension are the crooks who got away with the money and the investigators GS-12's making BANK with badges and guns taking their sweet time getting nothing but judgements against people who won't ever pay a dime.
