Well then help me out here please. What do I need to do to protect my money with this connecting the dot's thing. I am skeptical probably more than most. I would appreciate any "constructive feedback" as to what tangible downside I should be looking for with this situation at this point with BBDA?
richard, not that you're asking me, but I was open to hearing what he had...and nothing - N O T H I N G - was forthcoming - and I'm now of the opinion that the downside being promoted here is for the purpose of scaring investors off then loading up on a ton of bbda shares before this thing takes off.
That's about as plain and simple as it gets, imo, unless & until we get supported info. to the contrary.
Methinks this next week, and these upcoming weeks/months, are going to be a lot of fun for those who acquire & hang on (or trade)!
Shehzada, God bless ya! Agreed x3.
This thing is ready to explode!
well, OK Soup, good for us to know that you weren't insinuating anything positive or negative!!! lol... thought for a second there you were actually going to answer the question!
you wrote "all you have to do is connect the dots" insinuating something. What I'm asking you is instead of insinuating, why not just come out with your point, and provide evidence? Again, I mean this respectfully & sincerely, not as an in-your-face challenge.
Soup, I know you don't know me, but I've followed a # of your posts & plays, and you seem like a good guy. I hope I'm not coming across as a jerk. I was sincerly asking you that question, and still am...
Wow, got some conjecture coming from some interesting folks here. Be curious if peeps can come up with evidence? (and I'm not putting down the idea of it, we are in the pk's afterall...).
I'm just connecting the dots of a bev'g co. -Potencia - that has verifiable distribution into retail, verifiable & impressive branding & marketing for the product, a CEO who is talking directly to shareholders...that acquired the fun-to-play pink shell/scam bbda...resulting in, what appears to many, as a great buying oppty.
If you have something that says otherwise, why not lay the evidence on the table? Again, this is not a boastful challenge; I'm interested in the truth.
These fuzzy questions & allegations seem to cast more shade than light.
I asked Chris Hoffman/IR about both the Potencia site and the BBDA site and his response was they are in the process of updating both of them.
Also, I believe Brian Weber, in his recent video, said one of his action items is to get both web sites updated..and he alluded to making it an interactive forum for investors to ask questions, share information, etc. - which I think speaks directly to your question about the events section.
well that would be a loss, shorty, but I understand where you're coming from.
all investors are welcome here legend, small or whatever, I think jundtman was making a point about flippers as opposed to those who only buy a small amt of shares (though I could be wrong) - a profit's a profit, right? That's my philosophy anyway...
at these levels those are VERY good things, imo.
I agree on both counts my friend...finding these oppty's in the trip zero & low double zero range - with mgmt that is much more transparent & accessible than most, product that is real/not scam, existent channels to drive actual revenues (what a concept) - are the ones to identify & load up on, imho.
thx for getting Weber's youtube video up on the ibox so quickly Wayne, looks great!
my gut says they'd be separate entities financially (as far as we're concerned) but obviously share infrastructure and co-branding & distribution opportunities. But I don't know.
Hey there PW - that's a good question...one that I have not heard addressed/answered either. Has anyone on this board submitted that question to IR & received a response?
I am still unclear if he will be incorporating Potencia and the revenues of sales there of into Bebida or leaving Potencia as it's own LLC. Any thoughts or anyone asked him directly?
Regardless, it would seem that bbda has undergone a paradigm shift in terms of business infrastructure to make a go of KOMA with Weber/Potencia at the helm. This is what I call a ground floor oppty.
Thanks jundtman!
And, look at that...BBDA now has a CEO we can see, who is talking directly to the shareholders, who helped build & expand a bev'g business, who is now focused on building & expanding BBDA into both existing Potencia and new retail markets. A trip zero shell co. this is not...for much longer!
Good for you Shehzada....hope you have a nice weekend.
don't know, haven't heard anything about a pr on monday...
Don't know exactly, but got this response from Chris Hoffman, bbda's IR, earlier today:
"Yes we are working with pinksheets to update company info."
you're right - and I almost added that as well, but someone deleted an earlier reference to it (I guess cuz it's unverified) so I didn't. But glad you did...be curious what we see tomorrow, assuming that's on.
sweet!
There is a poster who has established some communication with Weber, and Weber sent that mock-up to him. Since the poster's information cannot be verified as yet, I guess we don't know 100%. With that said, I take him at his word for now as he seems legit (jundtman, the poster).
pieces of the puzzle...thx for your input/insight CHA$E.
so is EESO no longer affiliated with Potencia Cha$e? That PR was from mid '08 & it announced that EESO was the mid-west distributor for Potencia...if that's still the case, it's just a dotted line (if that) from Potencia to BBDA, if I understand it right...
I heard about that partnership, EESO being Potencia's mid-west distributor, but I had not seen that press release shorty, thx for passing it along. It's interesting. Specifically, this comment from the EESO CEO:
Hochstedler further stated, "I understand that there is some misunderstanding why I am pursuing the C-Store Beverage business. For those that do not understand, obtaining shelf space in the retail market is the key to success. Once you have an in to the shelf space it becomes a matter of placing items that will sell the best. The C-Store industry, with the help of Bill and Owen, is becoming a huge opening for EESO product placement and in my view it does not matter whether it is enzyme based or otherwise. I said from the beginning I
am focused on sales."
Lord knows I'm no "pumper" (ha - that just sounds wrong, how I put that, lol) but this relationship with EESO just seems...possibly synergistic...esp. in light of how Hochstedler was tripping over himself in praising Weber & their friendship in that audio-interview the other day. Who knows? It just seems like there could be nice stuff right around the corner....
well put, texasholdem..
ya, and maybe the change the shape of the can a bit, sell it in adult shops - hey now!
hey - you too shorty, take 'er easy.
koma extend...lol
I agree Wayne...I'm thinking things will start getting more and more interesting around here pretty soon.
hey good point pnkllr - was wondering how they'd tie in the line of KOMA drinks - you're probably right.
the other way to look at this is...look at the strength bbda had this week in the face of all the intentional efforts to completely crater the pps. The old bbda would have folded, this bbaby showed some strength imo, and you're right, our time will come...and soon!
I know where you're coming from 450x - I liked the clean look of the old BBDA Koma can too. But a couple things:
1. IT WAS A FAKE!!!!!!!! THAT KOMA CAN WAS NEVER GOING TO SEE THE LIGHT OF DAY! lol... the point being of course: this one is NOT a fake. I'd much prefer 100% of the real Koma product than 0% of the carnesian delusional one.
2. The product is designed to appeal to a mainstream demographic, maybe a young demographic, maybe a working-class?...I don't know, haven't heard yet from our man Weber on that - but if they think that's the design that sells, all the power to 'em.
You're right Farmboynate! I forgot about that!
it does happen, you're right...no indication of it happening here though, but any position on a triple zero stock is gamble, no? I just appreciate that a company with a real product in real retail distribution acquired bbda to make this, imho, much less of trip zero gamble than most. Time will tell.
I hear ya pchouston, can't argue with your approach, except to say even before the Potencia acquisition and the existant distribution and retail channels it opened up, very few people were getting 0002's...so you might have to uptick your entry point to the 4's or 5's...unless they're gone next week too, but good luck to ya, I've got a bunch of 2's from way back so can't say I blame you.
hey, that's a great question for the class, thankyou drockh! lol...
I think taurine is in a lot of energy drinks, but it's not a stimulant...other ingrediants in the energy drink provide the stimulant effect. Taurine is more of a "health" ingrediant - helps reduce blood pressure so in that sense I can see how it would fit in with the "relaxation" part.
not even invested in this stock you say? hmmmm...then were you aware that BBDA got acquired a few days back by a company with real product, real distribution contracts, retail shelf space, NASCAR promotions, etc.?
If this is still just a flippers stock then peeps can get in and out in the trip zero's, no big whup. However, if BBDA product is channeled through Potencia's channels then when it goes, it's gone. As in North. As in no more trip flips. As in significant shareholders who hold will make significant dollars. We'll see...
nice! just seeing this now..."Relaxation Beverage", ya, I like the sound of that..."chill without a pill" - OK, now we're moving the ball fwd here!
there he is...the Man himself...and ya, lol, got some peeps smelling some late Fri afternoon blood, thought they'd go in for the kill I guess...half hour ago I started with some 200K nibbles when it was at 0005 - put a buy order in for 0006 just to see where it would fill...filled me at 0004 - so you might just get some of those today.
