Hey there PW - that's a good question...one that I have not heard addressed/answered either. Has anyone on this board submitted that question to IR & received a response?

I am still unclear if he will be incorporating Potencia and the revenues of sales there of into Bebida or leaving Potencia as it's own LLC. Any thoughts or anyone asked him directly?


Regardless, it would seem that bbda has undergone a paradigm shift in terms of business infrastructure to make a go of KOMA with Weber/Potencia at the helm. This is what I call a ground floor oppty.
