Exactly, Gruber!
You have, but, to each their own, right?
When you're holding the Golden and there's more to come, one can sell off some now and still get in tomorrow for another ride up!
One may not have profited as much from the initial buy-in, but, profit is profit, nonetheless. "Cheap" shares are relative to those buying them, for the most part. When institutional investors start buying in nobody will believe those of us who got in under a $1. We'll know it's true, though!
GLTA! Holding the Golden!!!
Like financing followed by Mass Production?
It's coming! Sooner than later.
GLTA! Holding the Golden!
Calling the KBLB CEO an idiot defies realism, IMHO.
Thanks for that, Yankee!
You are so right about the similarities on the level of potentialities for both companies. I must admit, though, I cannot speak to Xyleco's potential success as I can to KBLB's.
OUCH! Theranos??? :-o You used the bad word!!! Say your investment Holy Maries and you'll be forgiven.
Mr. T's BOD selection will say A LOT about the future viability of KBLB. Duh, right? He knows that for sure. His DD should rival all our Message Board DD'ers in that vetting process. It's hard to temper enthusiasm waiting for "Announcement Day." It'll be fun to read/watch/hear whether naysayers will be silent or LOUD. I'll just be happy with knowing a little more about Mr. T's strategic vision for KBLB.
Thanks again, Yankee! Good luck to you and ALL! Holding the Golden!!!
Timing is everything, TRUTH!
Happy to contribute, Z06!
Thanks for ALL your contributions.
GLTA! Holding the Golden!!!
So when do we celebrate?
I think you're asking the wrong person, there, W2R. Lol
To me, celebrate at every point along the way! Why not?
The ultimate celebration will obviously be after Mass Production has been achieved. KBLB SH's will be running in the streets, flipping cars, setting fires to stuff, and....wait, check that, let's keep it civil.
Some will just be happy banking their child's tuition money. TO ANY SCHOOL DECIDED UPON!!!
Others will be paying off mortgages. Buying new cars. Globe-trotting. Etc. Etc. Etc.
The awesome thing is that EVERYONE who has bought in already...is GOLDEN! And those buying in after will be golden, too! Of course, up to a certain point. We have a ways to go to reach the max potential in the stock price, though. So...HEAR YE, HEAR YE, COME GET THE GOLDEN!
So, to answer your question succinctly, "When do we celebrate?" Now and every day forward until you get tired of celebrating.
GLTA! Holding the Golden!!!
Will do, Silk! IMO, Prayers have already been answered. The rest is Divine Guidance.
GLTA! Holding the Golden!!!
Exactly what we want from our CEO, Banana, huh?
To take a product of this magnitude and get it right in the lab to then be on the precipice of bringing it to Mass Production took a lot of trial and error. To think he, or anyone, would have brought it to this point without mistake, is downright lazy thinking. Thankfully our CEO is eyeing scalability as opposed to just a flash-in-the-pan business. The ride has been long and slow, but now it's about to get really exciting! The last 2-3 months are an indication of things to come. I'm not a coaster fan, but, definitely not getting off this one!
GLTA! Holding the Golden!!!
"He became president...he didn’t hire someone to do it for him."
Kim Thompson is Founder and CEO. He didn't hire anyone for either of those positions as far as I know.
"Wonderful...kim has 9000 more chances...isn’t that a comforting thought?..."
And would still be the first. Hmm? Just like Edison.
"That’s funny...so is failure...lol"
Can you point me to the PR of you coming out of the womb walking? Apparently I missed that one. It would be on the same level as Spider Silk Mass Production so I'm sure it garnered international coverage.
"Sure he can...all he has to do is find someone who can actually get it done, then hire him...that seems to be his forte...unfortunately he has to be dragged kicking and screaming to success... "
So now you're giving our CEO credit for actually doing his job?...He's not being dragged. He's leading. And he's not dragging anyone towards success, except for, maybe you. You seem to be the one resisting the most.
"Oh sure...cause whenever you see Einstein, you will always find kim Thompson’s name right next to him...lol"
Maybe, but, I think Mr. T would give credit to the scientists who made his dream a reality.
"Brought to you yesterday...lol...no wonder"
Little longer than yesterday. Let's go with last week. Gives me cred! Lol
So if not Kim Thompson, then who?
Who is doing it? Who is or has Mass Produced Spider Silk?
Nobody, right?
So the next company that does will be groundbreaking, right? And the CEO of said company would, by default, be the one credited with that groundbreaking achievement. When the world finds out the CEO is actually the Founder of said company, I guess they will have to turn to Mojo to get the Real Story, huh? And the world will definitely listen to that version of the story over the actual version.
Guarantee it's not as easy as sitting behind a screen and clacking away on a keyboard. If it was, then you would finally be right
GLTA! Holding the Golden!!!
Thanks, King! Just glad to be holding the Golden!
"Some just try way to hard."
Yeah, they do!
You must have meant something other than what I directly quoted you as stating in that post. Seemed to be straight-forward, though. My bad for possibly misinterpreting.
I wasn't trying "to hard" (it's actually, "too" btw) at all, though. Surely not as hard as you do to discredit Mr. Thompson.
Exactly, Chomp!
Not just the fact they're trying to accomplish it in Vietnam, either.
Stateside, 100M businesses launch every year and 90M of them fail.
That means since KBLB's inception (2006) until now, 1.3B businesses have started, with 1.17B failing.
Looking at just the failures, though, overlooks the fact 130M companies succeed.
But, with that 130M companies, only:
2,800 are listed on the NYSE.
2,784 stocks on the NASDAQ.
10,000 or so on the OTC.
So, of the 130M "successful" companies, only around 16,000 of them go on to become publicly listed companies. That's .01% over the last 13 years that reach this rarefied status.
And KBLB is one of the .01%-ers!
With an uplist we become one of the .001%-ers!
The point is, every one of us who has been here with KBLB has received a lesson in tenacity to become something better. To succeed. We know the KBLB story is different than other companies who are here one day and gone the next. KBLB toiled in the lab for years. Dabbled in coming out of the lab to try their hand at production. With this kind of product, those fits and start/stops had to happen to move us forward. Trial and error-type stuff which Mr. T observed to recalibrate his compass towards mass production. Anyone who thinks he's a fool, doesn't know the first thing about becoming a success. But I can tell you, Mr. T, like many successful individuals before him, has his eye on HIS GOAL and isn't bothered by those who think his actions are,or were, foolish. Because he knows, in the end, triumph will be his. Those who believe in his singular vision of bringing Spider Silk to the World, will be duly rewarded. IMO, he knows what he's doing. EVERY STEP OF THE WAY!
GLTA! Holding the Golden!!!
Perfectly stated, W2R!!!
GLTA! Holding the Golden!!!
A hitter may have a hitting coach, manager, trainer and whatever else...but the only one who gets into the hall of fame is the one who hit the home runs..
Kim wasted years trying to do it himself before finally hiring jet le to do it for him...and now we want to believe he's brilliant for having wasted those years and finally getting someone to do it for him...lol
"ten years later it looks like he may have finally succeeded"
And it seems he still did it in time before anyone else did.
Applause is welcome on these occasions.
Exactly! Nice it is!
I'm seeing things that way, too, trainer. To me, it's obvious to see. I've been around many a bumbling fool and those who truly are, very seldom figure it out. When all is said and done, I believe many will be singing Mr. Thompson's praises! Unorthodox or not, the way towards KBLB success goes through him. Glad to be holding the Golden!!!
The funniest thing I've read from you yet...
all he had to do was start a worm farm somewhere so he could make silk.
I know, right?
How many idiots do you know who can take an idea (ANY IDEA) and turn it into a sustainable company? Let alone a product of this magnitude!
Mr. T pities the fool who doubts his abilities. I'm with him!
GLTA! Holding the Golden!!!
It is possible he doesn't. But most likely he does know and has been sworn to secrecy.
You gotta think this driving the shareholders crazy is a good thing. Before you know it, this little stock floundering away on the OTCB will be a Giant amongst its peers. I, for one, applaud each and every move. Oh, believe me, I want dollars (<<<yes, plural!) NOW! But, I know they're coming and am at peace with that. There will be more time to accumulate going up, but, those already in should be happier than a pig in slop they have were able to accumulate on the cheap!
GLTA! Holding the Golden!
And we don't tell what gifts we're giving those we're giving them to.
I know I wish I knew what gifts I was getting when I was a kid. Even now sometimes. But, I trusted the gift-giver to come through. We should trust the gift-giver. Even though some gifts may have fallen short of the mark in the past, it doesn't mean one can't redeem their self. Each and every year I look forward to Christmas. Whether I got a bad gift in the past or not. Sometimes you have a great Christmas and other times it's a "meh." But, in the end, IT'S CHRISTMAS! Enough of the Bah-humbug! We are Golden!
GLTA! Holding the Golden!!!
"When announced then it's solid."-Kim Thompson
Must appreciate our CEO's mindset there. As much as we, as shareholders, would like our information "on demand," let's try to remember all the pieces to the puzzle here must fit together precisely for the sustainability of the company NOW AND IN THE FUTURE.
GLTA! Holding the Golden!!!
All KBLB-inspired, Banana!
GLTA! Holding the Golden!!!
News or not news this week? That is the question.
Either way, realize the reason why. Directly from our CEO's mouth:
Plan is to wait until announced. At the end of the day you track a month later how come that deal never closed ? Never want to be put into that position. When announced then its solid. The deals can be damaged by announcing before i's dotted and t's crossed. Just being quiet. In the past when Kraig Labs is quiet it is always because something was going on, we had to stay quiet about it, I anticipate we will use the same moving forward when needed we will be. Sometimes what we do a new discovery and we don’t want a competitor to know about, or a corporate deal and not let competitor to know about until rock solid. So far we have had a great track record, information not released, its kept quiet until ready to release information to full public. So far fortunate that details from the lab haven’t been leaked.
When announced then its solid.
I see it, too, Banana!
Thank you for your perpetual optimism on all things KBLB.
I know I don't have to wish you Good luck but it's the decent thing to do...Good luck to you and to all!!!
Looking forward to this week and beyond with KBLB!
Holding the Golden!!!
Exactly, Fastlane!
Another great example: NETFLIX!
They may be producing a lot of great content but it comes at a cost! They have yet to show a PROFIT! They burned through nearly half a billion $$$ in Q1 2019! Last I checked their PE Ratio was something like 127 or 137.
IMO, KBLB is being guided to be fiscally sound. Premium product with the ability to charge a premium price with cheap labor (compared to if producing in the States) producing that product will lead to massive profit margins once we get rolling here in a bit. Mr. T won't let it spin out of control like the many other Tech Company examples out there.
We are truly Golden!
GLTA!!! Holding the Golden!!!
So, then what? So, KBLB is all hopes and dreams until mass production is proven? How stupid do you think the Vietnamese are? You think Vietnam would be signing all of these deals IF the company could not mass produce. Utterly amazing to say the least.
LAST WEEK BEFORE Q3!!!
All the talk about how long it has taken KBLB to get to the point of Mass Production, one fails to point how QUICKLY things have ramped up over the last year.
July 17th of last year our COO, Jon Rice, mentioned where we were then:
The market for the company's material is much broader than the military, and could include medical uses, including skin grafts. He says the company already has the technology, the production capability, and the market for its materials. The question, until now, has been how to scale up production.
Spider Silk=The New World Wide Web!
That's what caught my eye the most, too, King.
The point was sarcasm. Nothing else
Are we clear?
Yes, Sir!
Are we clear?
CRYSTAL!
You are quoting a guy who didn’t invest in aapl and amzn because he didn’t think they were good enough...
Warren Buffet says:
"Successful Investing takes time, discipline and patience. No matter how great the talent or effort, some things just take time: You can't produce a baby in one month by getting nine women pregnant."
To "all-time highs falling and the pattern continuing!"
I will gladly live by those rules!
GLTA! Holding the Golden!!!
"Its the execution of plans where the failure has been...and taking way too damn long to make them happen.."
What other Spider Silk Company CEO is a success?
And what other Spider Silk Company is providing shareholders with the results they desire?
I will go on record as acknowledging already.
Not enough credit is being given to Mr. T.
Certain individuals may think we've got to this point despite our CEO. I say we couldn't have got here without him.
Others may have made more moves. Gathered more capital. Done things quicker. But, it's all conjecture whether those Ghost CEO's would bring KBLB to the steps of success. What is not conjecture is, and you can quote me as saying it,...
MR. THOMPSON HAS BROUGHT US THERE!
