Plan is to wait until announced. At the end of the day you track a month later how come that deal never closed ? Never want to be put into that position. When announced then its solid. The deals can be damaged by announcing before i's dotted and t's crossed. Just being quiet. In the past when Kraig Labs is quiet it is always because something was going on, we had to stay quiet about it, I anticipate we will use the same moving forward when needed we will be. Sometimes what we do a new discovery and we don’t want a competitor to know about, or a corporate deal and not let competitor to know about until rock solid. So far we have had a great track record, information not released, its kept quiet until ready to release information to full public. So far fortunate that details from the lab haven’t been leaked.

The above is from January, 2011. Our CEO is all business. Shareholders may not like his lack of information, but, those who understand the business side of things comes first, understand.
