When the company made that filing, it could of been well within their means due to the communications from their auditing firm they felt this was an achievable time line.

Things change in the business world and subject matter comes up to derail the best laid plans.

I will continue to give them a reasonable doubt to the timeline and wait for the financials as I am a shareholder.

Non shareholders should not even be concerned with the timeline.

I don't believe that for a minute. If they wanted a larger company to buy them, they would of filed the 2020 financials also. Who is going to buy a company with just 2019 audited financials?

They will file the financials, get current and do the symbol change all one right after the other. Remember, they received a NO FURTHER ACTION NEEDED letter from the SEC.
