When the company made that filing, it could of been well within their means due to the communications from their auditing firm they felt this was an achievable time line.

Things change in the business world and subject matter comes up to derail the best laid plans.

I will continue to give them a reasonable doubt to the timeline and wait for the financials as I am a shareholder.

Non shareholders should not even be concerned with the timeline.
