Yes..We don't know what or why the additional Authorized is for, but calculations were at 750mil outstanding shares. That takes care of Carnes 240mil shares for the calculaton of sp.

Just remember that cash preservation is of the utmost down here in the pinks. Risk is great, but the rewards can be great, also. I agree with some here that it will take a hit Monday & Tuesday due to the emotions of some investors. I will be accumulating as the price will go back up.

Agreed with that. It will change the computation that has been done for market cap, share value, etc. As time goes by, as long as they continue to do what they say they will, revenues will increase and the value will increase. I figured that the updating of the facility was to get contracts. The car manufactures would have wanted a guarantee that Revenge could put out so many vehicles a year. The increased authorized might be a stipulation of the contract if they fail to perform. Just a thought.

It more than likely will come. When, it depends on partnerships they have. I did not expect that big of an increase in the authorized either. I will have to watch the charts..

Quite possibly..The news will bring on the bashers quite readily with the increase of authorized shares. (and we all know the emotions of inexperienced traders). Though it will most probably go down with this observation, I might have sold to lock in my profit (and might have on thursday) and accumulated as I guessed the bottom. I have no problem with it going back down, the increase it has had since mid January makes it normal to consolidate. As it sits now, I will accumulate and wait for the next pr.

No problem with that..as it went down it appears that much profit taking was going on. I think you should do that to protect your cash. Myself, I had no opportunity during thursday or friday..(didn't have a limit sell) as I work and couldn't get to a computer to do anything. I saw it go to .017 on thursday and had to get off the computer. I was disappointed with the eod and the way it has traded today. I have not been to a computer except early today or just a little while ago. This is a real company, assets, and contracts. I firmly agree this will go up. Consolidation from the tremendous increase which has occurred is normal and expected..See a previous post of mine. Indicators are good and this is just an time for the stock to take a breather, with an opportunity to accumulate more for the next leg up. That one should take it above .02. The shares that Carnes has will be absorbed, but cannot be traded for 6 months from the time he acquired them..No matter what he says. If he sells them, they have to be according to the agreement which he does on a 144. I have no problem where we are here. Enough dd has been done, and enough information is in the ibox above for anyone to make their own decision on what they want to do and how they invest. You must do the same. Protect your cash, but then if you want, keep it on your watch for the next leg, accumulate if you want. There are lots of opportunities in the pinks if you don't want to stay in here, the risks are known. I just believe the opportunity for profit out-weighs the risks here.

I agree..Been pushing above the upper bolenger band, still sar is below showing trend, cmf still UP, a little consolidation is not bad at all. Don't worry, regrouping and will get ready for the next leg. I am waiting for my $$ to get more, probably gonna have to wire to my broker.
