Besides the possibility of buyout of SHMP by a supply company to cut out the middleman BY USING their tech in warehouses strewn across the US, I wonder if the overseas companies would "bite" on this tech?
They still have huge companies trying to perfect bioloc in Europe using different feeds, salinity, etc.
And the use of mangrove fishing continues to decimate the Far East.
And China tends to try and simply appropriate technology.
Seems way easier and less expensive to simply license the technology for foreign investors.
With the pressure to get in on this before the close, I really think bouncing the shrimp for ten cent gains is done and we'll be moving north.
Ain't seen nothing yet.
Anyone with even an inkling will rush this stock by the end of the day.
To rent a warehouse and grow shrimp using this technology is even something I would venture to do knowing about it. And if that's how I feel, how would a large supplier feel already in the business? Investing in SHMP and sticking with its successes ain't hard.
Tapped out. Very sad I couldn't add this morning during the retrace.
Thank you for adding such wonderful information.
A retrace after 3 days gapping up is nothing.
A stock doesn't just go north so quickly without consequence.
It tested levels and is moving back up in a very confident way.
By the time this report is out it will be impossible to buy back in at these 4, 5s and 6s.
Another reason a buyout is likely is because not only are you cutting out the middleman for a large fish supplier, this system needs less manpower to run than a biofloc system.
I believe they even have the feed automated.
This RAS system doubles to quadruples output in the same amount of tank space.
You can get a warehouse cheap with this tech in the Bronx, in Queens, in NJ, PA, CT that would be able to truck in produce within anywhere from minutes to a couple of hours.
I live in NYC
You certainly don't need to open a warehouse in Manhattan to solve the problem.
When shipping from India, Thailand, Vietnam plays into this with their issues with contaminated shrimp becoming a widening issue on top of that, look at those air freight costs comparatively.
Besides quality.
You're completely cutting out the middleman. You set up regional growing warehouses and you can cover the country that way.
shmp is a win win...as I said, I'm sure we are looking at a huge buyout with a pps dependent on the percentage of viability when announced.
This has been the hour we've surged up every day. Post lunch.
NS also stated there was no further need in the forseeable future.
Already occurred with convertibles weeks ago and not a factor at this stage. In fact it was mentioned on the board above where the info is posted by NS and they showed the change in the OS before and after.
I'm really expecting there's already a buyout in the works, I would find it hard to believe there haven't been people already on the sidelines for months waiting for the final tweaking of the technology.
And I think that's part of the reason they've been holding back to the last second to announce anything.
These large chains would want to own the wholesale source if they could, and I'm not talking just WF.
The fact that this tech can be set up with no hassle anywhere, in any city in warehouses, would also remove shipping issues.
This inevitably is about the explosive use of a new technology that is going to vastly increase wholesale stock in the US without importing at pennies.
In fact I feel quite sure that's what's going on here.
imo to NOT be in it isn't worth the risk at this stage of business momentum of this company.
It would still be valuable at 65 percent because in the best biofloc systems that at times will put out 65 percent, the density is much less first off, and it still costs way more to operate.
This system costs pennies a day to operate.
It's way more efficient and cost effective.
It would become a preferable method moving forward for people investing in fish farming.
The equity analysis took that into consideration when they mentioned 2.16 a share as a 40 percent discounted projection, because they couldn't know, if successful, how successful, so they low balled it as they said in the harbinger report.
I it surpasses that 95 percent or even 90 percent it would be completely unprecedented and make the value of the technology in the 10 plus pps range with companies that would want to do a buyout, like some of the large chains like Tysons.
Actually, we've been jumping up daily around 1:15 to 1:30, I think because it's after lunch breaks.
Buying opportunity before a big move up.
Retrace of 3 days of gapping up. No biggie.
We know what's coming. And what's coming after that.
Harvest Report.
The big Aquaculture convention in NOLA!
And SHMP has the only RAS system successfully working with electrocoagulation.
It blows all current RAS systems out of the water, costs way less, and produces double to quadruple the fish.
It's a win win.
Informational reads is so very important during a dip when new investors come in.
Could you please list that link? Thanks.
It' necessary to list links because there are new investors checking out what this company is about.
It's all informational.
What's not helpful is discussion of the rise and fall of the stock at the moment and conjectures as to why.
Lunch break dip then it's moving higher.

When the information is understood what this company is about, people will buy and hold shmp. There may have been essentially blind buying going on where the popularity of the stock lured people in without them actually knowing what the company is about.
