Or the CEO’s for that matter
Right. I totally agree. I can’t do your job better than you can. Because you know what you are doing and I don’t.
Why then does everyone think that they can do the auditors job better than they themselves?
That’s cool.
As a follow up question. I don’t know anything about your job. At all. I only associate that name with the people who make the scientific calculators.
Do you think that I can do your job better that you can do your own?
What do you work at Aggie? Just curious.
Actually it’s neither. Amfil Technologies (AMFE) owns S&L

Excellent post
Jrf isn’t an insider. This has already been discussed.
It really does seem that the Morning guys are ecstatic about these news. And if they were near bankruptcy, we probably also got them for a cheap price
Roger has already stated that he ALSO wants expansion. Nobody is disagreeing with you here. Everyone wants Snakes to continue to expand, but how long do you think that takes? 1 Snakes per month??
An investor who actually is getting his own franchise of S&L gave us some really good insight on how the process works. It’s not like you fork the money over and then suddenly a great spot appears and the renovations can get underway. Looking for a great spot is difficult, because not every spot is a great spot. Then when you find a spot, you also find that you are not the only one looking for the spot, and you have to fight someone else to get it.
You could argue that for the sake of expansion, we need to start making the franchises even if they aren’t great spots....That my friend, is a sure way to get us to bankruptcy. Invest millions in a building only to find out that customers aren’t going in? Goodbye millions of dollars. How do you think that would look in our financial statements? How long do you think the company would last if they followed this idea? How much dilution do you think would be needed to cover those loses?
By looking for the best spot, the first time, Roger is protecting both his company and his shareholders. Yes it will take longer, but it’s the safer route.
And again, what makes you think that moves aren’t being made backstage? This deal with Morning came out of the blue, and look how optimistic we all are over it’s implications! Patience brother. Patience.
You are assuming that no moves are being made backstage. For all we know there could be 100+ interested in getting their own franchise.
The upcoming acquisition of Morning gives AMFIL the opportunity to accelerate the reach of the European board game market that is $2.4 Billion EUR (Approx. $3 Billion USD). Morning is distributed in France, Germany, UK and 20 other markets worldwide. The company also directly serves a network of 400 shops in Europe.

What tweet?? The one that is 7 hours old?
Eh, it was bought by S&L, and S&L redirects to AMFE
Well, ANY game could be the 50 mill power game. It just depends on how successful it is.
That’s why us buying Morning is so important. We have just increased our odds of creating that $50 mill game.
This is a VERY BIG deal.
Folks, just to be clear, this means:
1. We now own a company that publishes games. This saves us a whole lot of trouble because they already have an infrastructure in place, which in turn means that games will come out at a quicker pace.
2. EVERY game produced by this company from now on will be handled EXCLUSIVELY by us.
3. S&L will help them make better games. By helping them participate in the designer nights, they can make sure that they are making a marketable game; they can see if it will have a good welcome in the market; they can also fix any problems they see in development.
4. By helping them make better, more marketable games, they raise the odds of creating successful games, and you know what this means right???
5. CHA-CHING!!!
No you can’t! Because of ambiguous reasons!
So you are saying the company is a turd? Well this turd is making millions of dollars lol
OMG what should I do with all my shares now?
You are being too generous. We are a century away at this point
I completely agree with this. It would be crazy to even think about firing either the auditors or the cfo squad when the process isn’t even done yet.
First we should wait until the audits are done... THEN we judge what we see
I agree with you that communications regarding the audits have been HORRIBLE. No one can defend them. At the same time there are some instances where we can give the benefit of the doubt.
In order for something to be a lie, there must be an intention of stating incorrect information in order to mislead the other person.
The question that has been raised throughout the entire process, and the defense that Roger has consistently stated is that he has been relaying the information from the auditors back to us.
If you believe “statement A” to be the truth and you relay that statement forward, you are not lying. If “statement A” is proven to be false that does not make your previous communications to be lies, it just proves them to be false.
If, you know that “statement A” is false and you continue to repeat “statement A” as truth KNOWING that it is false, THEN you are lying.
The problem with this is , of course, that for the person who is hearing the message will have a great deal of trouble to make this analysis. This is not something that is obviously seen, as it is far easier to discover the falsehood of a statement before one discovers the INTENT behind the statement.
2+2=4
That is not debatable.
I tell you that something is done:
1. What is done? This is not defined nor concluded by both parties. We KNOW it is not submitted, therefore we ASSUME it is not done.
2. What is “something” (in this case the audits)? Are they the numbers? The footnotes? The complete package? These questions are also not defined. EVERY poster might (and does) have a different answer.
THAT is why there is still debate over the subject. And that is ALSO why so many people are JUSTIFIABLY upset.
What we think of done and what he thinks of done may be 2 different things. We don’t know.
Have the communications regarding the audits been HORRIBLE? No one can deny that.
Incapable of truths?
Roger said Midtown would open = TRUTH
Roger stated that S&L would expand= TRUTH
Roger said that Midtown would get its liquor license= TRUTH
—————————-
These are just 3 instances just off of my head, and these are a counter example for your own claim.
You said that Roger is INCAPABLE of saying the truth.
Your claim has been demonstrated to be a LIE.
Lol more ambiguity it seems. I hope the other posters can see this as clearly as I do.
Actually, it’s just the opposite. You are stating that Roger is not only full of BS, but also lies.
I am asking for specific instances where he lied.
You are telling me to find out for myself. Lol
Yea, this is a perfect example of ambiguity. If you are accusing someone of something, you should also explain why, instead of suggesting the idea.
Again, what are the precise instances that where you believe Roger lied?
I am not asking for much am I?
There is a difference between saying:
“X is a liar. These are the lies, and this is why they are lies.”
And
“X is a liar. Read what he says.”
The first statement is a very strong and compelling argument.
The second statement uses ambiguity to make itself feel like a compelling argument.
Most of the statements you say are using ambiguity to strengthen the argument, which when analyzed, make it seem like BS. Perhaps this is your hope? That no one analyzes what you say and simply feed off the fear?
It actually helps for you to state the “lies and BS” in your post. Otherwise it’s just as easy for anyone to claim that your own posts are “lies and BS” as well.

AMFE is on a very successful path. AMFE has been truthful to its shareholders, and is focusing on growing its business IMO.
We have discovered a diamond in the rough.
Up up and away!
Fatal? I think we have different definitions for the word.
By “fatal” I understand something which causes harm, and not just any harm, but a damage that may be impossible to recover from.
A headache is a harm, but it is not fatal. A gun wound may be a worse wound but not necessarily a fatal wound. A head wound by a bullet almost certainly is a fatal wound, as it causes death in the vast majority of the victims.
This quarter was not strong. But the year was. Was the quarter bad? Even though he company generated less revenue than previous quarters it still came out net positive didn’t it? That is positive. That means a step forward, even if it’s a small step forward.
A bad quarter would have been coming from being net positive to net loss. That has not happened. So while the quarter was not strong, it was also not bad and most definitely not fatal.
May 23, 2018. The sun game out again. Some places are cold and some places are hot. It is raining in some places and it is snowing in others. The sun is out here in PR.
S&L will open their doors soon and customers will pour in, just as they have every day since 2010.
That was a great post. I believe I can hold a conversation with you, an honest conversation, unlike other posters.
I’d rather we see FIRST the audit submitted and THEN the Tweet announcing it lol
I would assume that those people who want to get out as quickly as they can would be the biggest pumpers of the stock, not its biggest detractors.
LMAO
Are you serious??? So you are saying that you want this to go UP a little before you exit??
And yet you are doing your very best to get people to sell??
I am officially lost. I thought that the price went up when people BOUGHT the stock, and down when people SOLD it.
If a person can’t believe in the company, they should never invest in the company. If they are invested in the company and they stop believing in the company, they should sell their shares and leave.
So why are “unbelievers” here? Logic suggests 2 reasons:
1) they still believe in something
2) they believe in everything, but they want to get as many shares as possible as cheaply as possible.
So which is it?
