I'd be really surprised if the % of customers that are investors is 25%. I'd be surprised if it was even 2.5%. But I agree, it's like they don't want it to grow.
I don't mind paying more when I feel more confident in the trade. In the mean time I'm investing that money elsewhere. And if I get back in under 1.40 I haven't lost anything by waiting it out. But I will be really surprised if they make the changes necessary to make this an investment as opposed to a gamble. I'm sure the price will run at least one more time before October and hopefully those that are still in it will make a profit.
I did some research on this a while back. The address listed for that company also shows up for hundreds of other companies. If you google street view it, it’s an old run down warehouse or office building. If I remember correctly it was in some relatively small town in the mid west, but not sure on that one.
I'm back to options and stocks I can trade on margin. I'm pretty much done with penny stocks. James Ballas has taught me a valuable lesson, which is that these guys are just trying to take advantage of investors.
There is no way an actual audited, publicly traded company would get away with the obvious funneling of money that has occurred here. In most situations, people like James Ballas go to prison. But there is something about penny stocks that allows these things to happen, and it is at the expense of innocent investors. He has so far moved AT LEAST 12 million dollars of investor money to "lenders". At an average of 50 million shares a month, that's 500k worth of shares a month for at least two years, he has moved your money into the bank accounts of companies like Common Sense Holdings. TWELVE MILLION DOLLARS.
If this were done in any other way, he would go to prison or be strung up in the streets. But for some reason, I assume because the POSSIBILITY is there for shareholders to cash in on this scam, he is allowed to get away with it.
Not only can I not be a part of it, I have a really hard time sitting back and watching it happen.
I just can't afford to risk it. If news drops that they have increased A/S, this thing drops to the .003s and .002s. I can't afford that kind of hit. I pissed away almost 2 years waiting for them to produce, only to be rewarded with unnecessary increased debt that cost me 20g. I was left with somewhere around my original 10 and that was sheer luck. If I were to lose more to these fools I may show up at their office in Florida and find myself in real trouble. I hope they turn it around, but I'm not holding my breath.
Thanks. I hope so too. All they have to do is follow through on commitments and stop making shady deals with lenders. Then I’ll be right back in.
Some did, yes. I was referring to the gummies, cryptobuy, and increased communication.
I’m not gonna say too much negative because it gives people an excuse when the price drops or stays the same. Just that we have been hearing the same line for years. Promises that don’t come to fruition. It boosts the share price, a little less each time. So far nothing on this announcement. Maybe tomorrow though. But I don’t expect to see any real movement until they actually produce something besides forward looking statements.
No bashing or complaining all day. Stock traded below open all day until someone painted it at the end. What happened?
What the heck happened this morning?
I do think they should fulfill their previous announcements (Gummies, cryptobuy etc.) before they keep making new announcements. Otherwise it just looks like they are doing what I predicted and pumping it as much as possible before the Oct. fins.
Well, they said cryptobuy news is coming. But at least they communicated something. Adding the new products certainly can't hurt.
It must have just looked at spelling, lol. If my 13 year old brought me that as a homework assignment to turn in, I might just put away the red pen and tell him to start over.
Soooooo close. I have to look away so it will do it, lol.
Yeah, I hope they didn't pay too much for that, lol.
Yeah, it really didn’t have any information. I just read it again and struggled to find even one properly worded sentence.
Bought some 255's last week. Wish I had waited a bit to get them but can't time them all perfectly!

This came in my email yesterday. I especially like where James Ballas was "addressing a number of news reporters..."
I do. There is no good news and any bad news is gonna crush this stock. They need it at least in the .008's because they are more concerned that the debtors make as much as possible from the convertibles than they are about the performance of the company over all. They are almost out of shares to give away and will have to get more to continue paying off the debt. Once they announce that they got more shares, which will be in the October fins, not July, this thing is done and the rest of the shares will only make them 3 or 4x instead of the current 8-10x their investment.
I did set some stops on that last run just to make sure I close green no matter what.
True. I should stick to the facts and just refer everyone to the last 2 financial statements. Btw, that's what's killing this stock, not the people pointing out the inept management.
Mostly it was just keep an eye on it to see if I made the right call to get out as soon as I saw the yearly fins. And now I watch it to see if my predictions come true or if they can turn it around and stop being their own worst enemy.
And it’s true I am negative. Those bastards cost me about 20 grand. I’m pissed.
So you still like the company/management decisions? Or you agree about the accusations and are just hoping for a run so you can get out green?
It's been a long time since the volume has been this low.
Rolled my calls to the 18th. Some 50.50's and some 52's. Sold some shares this morning at 52.23. Almost sold the calls to rebuy lower but just rolled them. That was a mistake because I wanted to go ahead and get all of my calls handled so I can focus on work for a while. Damn my impatience! lol. Still looking good over all, just hate to eat into my green with a silly mistake like that.
Chart looks like we should head up between between 55 and 60 within 2-3 weeks. Obviously I could be wrong (Once I start charting, sometimes I become a little too confident in the chart and forget all of the other influences, lol), but I wouldn't feel comfortable selling calls at all right now since we bounced off that middle keltner.
Bought back my calls and this morning bought some 50.50 calls. Hopefully we have a good rest of the week.
At this point, "conspirators" might be a better description than "mgmt group". lol
Well, so far today only 15k worth of shares have changed hands. Less than 2m shares.I think someone is supporting it at .0083, but if they really wanted the shares they could pay the extra .0003 and probably get all they want.
I hope I'm wrong, but I don't see things changing soon. Craig Fisher is an advocate for Ballas, not us.
It probably took them a while to convince the repair man to accept 50 million shares for his $500 worth of services.
Charts calling for higher numbers?
Anyone that read the last two fins and still stands behind this management either doesn’t understand financials or doesn’t care about their money.
Sold some 48.50s when it was in the upper 48's earlier today. 49 is putting up some resistance. I think we will break through it, but hoping for the opportunity to roll these out for a profit before it runs.
Rule 21, always follow the advice of someone spamming boards in all caps.
Yep, and converted at todays price of .01, the recipients cash in a sweet 3.72 million dollars for a 372k loan. On top of the approximate 10 million they already made from Ballas' creative funding.
The more important question is where are the hundreds of thousands of dollars borrowed for CryptoBuy? They accepted millions in debt to get that cash on hand. They have had it on hand for many, many months now and the share holders have nothing to show for it. And they are paying it back in MILLIONS...
He probably got hired on at Common Sense Holdings. Either way he will be working for Ballas.
Off to a good start this morning.
