Understand my choices Cuin2....just expressing major disappointment in losing so much money.
Some are here, but have remained silent. I don't post much on this board, but I'm going to take a moment and express deep disappointment in this ticker. I'm approaching 3 years with FUSZ/VERB and am down 'a lot' of money. Yes, I sold 'a little' along the way but elected to hold majority of shares because of Rory's 'seat belt' comments. After all...he 'should know' and has the responsibility of keeping shareholders in the loop. Suffice to say, what has been promised and what has prevailed are very far apart.
Now, I'm reading more and more about extending time to gain success. That's very disappointing. I guess I'm just blowing in wind here, but wanted to express that I don't have another three years to wait for 'maybe' and for Rory's 'little company' to be the force he said it would be.

Anyone who is concerned about a 15 day extension, and we don't even know if that's going to take place, obviously has a pretty myopic view of of what VRUS management has been accomplishing and planning for 2020.
Retail, if they have been around OTC for any length of time, knows they don't control the pps. MMs do.

Had our second pre-production test run on Friday. We’ve decided to upgrade the type of packaging film to give it a more premium feel in the hands of our customers. Still on track for full-scale final production next month. Will be in stores shortly thereafter!

We all have our needs. Your need is clear to me.
We know where the bottom is, that's clear to see. To every ticker there are pros and CONS...it's up to investors to figure out which is which. Pretty easy with this ticker.

Thank you for having me, and being able to talk about InnerScope Hearing Technologies. 2020 has started off very well for InnerScope. A lot of Business Development opportunities for our Direct-to-Consumer Hearing Aids and other Direct-to-Consumer products are starting to get into its final stages, in which we will be seeing our products with hundreds if not thousands of locations within retailers, pharmacies, and other locations. A lot of these Business Developments have been in process since Late 2018. The bigger the retailer/pharmacy the more hurdles there is jump. DUE to NDAs, we can’t specifically mention which retailers/pharmacies that we are talking to or which stage they are in the Product Launch stages.
I can say that InnerScope Management has been to the corporate offices of one of Largest Health & Wellness retailers in the world the world numerous times in the past 12 months regarding launching our products and kiosks. I can also report, that NO Retailers have FLAT Said “NO” to InnerScope. It is all about timing.
Primarily it is due to the “Over-the-Counter Hearing Aid” Regulations that is due out any day from TODAY to Aug 2020. We are literally going to wake up one day and find that the OTC Hearing Aid Regulations have been enacted, which will DOUBLE or TRIPLE the business opportunity for InnerScope. InnerScope already has premium affordable Self-Fitting and Self-Adjusting Hearing Aids, that we believe will EASILY Qualify for the new OTC Regulations. Once the OTC Regulations are put into place ALL retailers in the United States will want to FILL their shelves with these products. In the meantime, InnerScope has Premium Self Fitting Personal Sound Amplifiers (PSAPs), Hearing and Tinnitus Vitamins, Hearing Aid accessories, and other Hearing/Ear Health Products. All retailers have expressed interest in InnerScope well developed product portfolio.
With that said, 2020 has start VERY well for InnerScope, and we look to see 2020 as a Explosive GROWTH for InnerScope for the Industry as a whole.
The company seemed to of had a rocky road for the last quarter of 2019. Do you think the company is now over that hump?
We believe InnerScope’s roadmap which we have been working on for over 3 years is finally starting to unfold and InnerScope’s path will start to be clear and over the hump. We believe in the coming weeks, InnerScope will be announcing a few GREAT developments that will show that InnerScope is finally over the hump.
Recently, you released news that your vitamin product is being sold on Walmart. Do you believe this will add some healthy revenues to the company?
?InnerScope’s Complete Hearing and Tinnitus Vitamin line has been worked on by the founders for over 15 years, and we believe that InnerScope has the interest and desire from many retailers and distribution companies to have a successful launch year for the vitamin line. We are looking to model InnerScope’s Vitamin Line after Bausch & Lomb Preservision that had over $194 Million Annual Sales in 2019. We are looking for our Vitamin line to provide a healthy Top Line and Bottom Line for InnerScope, but the Vitamins will also have a compounding effect of growing InnerScope brand with it’s other hearing related products and our Kiosk Program.
Matt, can you give us some idea of how these new products with impact revenue numbers?
?InnerScope has revenue models that even with the MOST conservative assumptions has EACH Kiosk generating over $10,000 per month in revenue with a HEALTHY Margin for InnerScope. Aggressive revenue models has the Kiosks generating OVER $40,000 per month per kiosk. InnerScope has already built the strategic plan for a national roll-out of our kiosks that would feed revenue to ALL of InnerScope’s products like the Direct-to-Consumer Hearing Aids, the NEW OTC Hearing Aids, Vitamins, and the InnerScope Retail Stores. InnerScope is looking to deploy 2,500+ kiosks over the next few years and over 10,000 in the next 5 years.
Does the company have a plan in place to deal with eliminating the company debt?
?The Company is looking to deal with the debt a few different ways from the profits from the roll out of our products / kiosks with retailers, and with our own channels including InnerScope retail stores. InnerScope management has been talking with MANY Equity investors to invest into the company as well as retiring partial or all the debt. This is part of the Road Map for InnerScope for the First Half of 2020.
It appears 2019 was spent setting up the foundation, with the new stores opening, kiosks getting set up, and so on. Do you expect 2020 to be the year shareholders start to see the revenue increases associated with the work that was done in 2019?
?InnerScope has created proprietary system of products, services that includes InnerScope’s Retail Stores, Kiosk System, and many others that create a compounding growth factor for InnerScope. Great story manpara...I learned long ago that if you give up today you'll never know if the break through was going to be tomorrow. This ticker is a winner...hang in!
Why? Would you prefer to stay in the daily manipulation of the OTC where trading happens on a whim or a rumor or quickly slapped together PR? VRUS doesn't roll that way. From the start management has run the company like a big board stock...it's time it was trading on one.
Lastly, sometimes in life you've got to wait for the next big thing to happen...and that's what we've been doing. We won't be undervalued for much longer.
I'm still frustrated about their announcement to uplist this quarter.

Hey Dusty...I was referring to those who own today. Some complain others showing patience in what they have done DD on and own. IMO, if you bought at .003 or .035 you'll be a winner. If you're holding and don't think it's the right thing for your needs, sell.
I've had good OTC tickers (3 that have run to over a buck) but I've had true junk as well, and lost money. But what I've never had is an OTC ticker that is so well run, cautiously aggressive, an ready to explode.

I sense the only true 'holders' of VRUS are the only ones who are relaxed. Others are worried about hourly, daily, weekly charts and trading myths.
It's really a simple process, but one that takes time and discipline. Find the DD, read the DD, and buy or sell based on the DD. In this case, if someone reads the DD, VRUS is a serious 'hold'.

All good points. That's why it's so interesting to watch and be a part of. Trust 100% their strategy, but don't understand how we'll get to uplift by Mar. 31st. But...what do I know? Only what they tell us.
Four...based on other OTC tickers I owned that went big board I suggested that management must keep in mind the 'big boys' will need shares and that should help keep the 'R' at a reasonable number. Others may also have expressed the same, I'm not sure.

I haven't dropped a penny on BVTK in a long time....well over a year. Not sure of time when I realized he's a total scam. I hammer him on twitter with each and every lie he tweet...same handle there if you'd like to follow and watch. I was still naive with TC back then as I banked on his rep and back round, but once I got it...I GOT IT!
Also, in case you aren't aware...also on twitter is a successful microcap trader named Ian Cassel...I strongly suggest you follow him...I've learned a lot. Good luck!
