What is A Funding...
Series A Funding
Once a business has developed a track record (an established user base, consistent revenue figures, or some other key performance indicator), that company may opt for Series A funding in order to further optimize its user base and product offerings. Opportunities may be taken to scale the product across different markets. In this round, it’s important to have a plan for developing a business model that will generate long-term profit. Often times, seed startups have great ideas that generate a substantial amount of enthusiastic users, but the company doesn’t know how it will monetize the business. Typically, Series A rounds raise approximately $2 million to $15 million, but this number has increased on average due to high tech industry valuations, or unicorns. The average Series A funding as of 2020 is $15.6 million.1?
In Series A funding, investors are not just looking for great ideas. Rather, they are looking for companies with great ideas as well as a strong strategy for turning that idea into a successful, money-making business. For this reason, it's common for firms going through Series A funding rounds to be valued at up to $23 million.1?
The investors involved in the Series A round come from more traditional venture capital firms. Well-known venture capital firms that participate in Series A funding include Sequoia Capital, Benchmark Capital, Greylock and Accel Partners.2
?
By this stage, it's also common for investors to take part in a somewhat more political process. It's common for a few venture capital firms to lead the pack. In fact, a single investor may serve as an "anchor." Once a company has secured a first investor, it may find that it's easier to attract additional investors as well. Angel investors also invest at this stage, but they tend to have much less influence in this funding round than they did in the seed funding stage.
It is increasingly common for companies to use equity crowdfunding in order to generate capital as part of a Series A funding round. Part of the reason for this is the reality that many companies, even those which have successfully generated seed funding, tend to fail to develop interest among investors as part of a Series A funding effort. Indeed, fewer than half of seed-funded companies will go on to raise Series A funds as well.
Correction: Company Update (08/26/2021)
Press Release | 08/26/2021
As the company is quietly making moves, the company would like to announce the start of working towards filing a 20 Million Dollar 1-A. The 1-A is intended to fund acquisitions, share buy backs, film productions, continued grocery expansion, and radio network expansion.
Gregory Martin, Chairman & President of InCapta, Inc., said, We feel the timing is right to facilitate this 1-A to get things moving forward. We believe we are at the point where we can begin to grow, rather than fix mistakes of past management.

Once again this proves...all the bashing and bitching over the non-current, not pink status flies right out the window once pink. I've seen it a hundred times...folks complaining about "not pink, it's a scam" and nothing changes once current. Gotta' dive deeper folks.
Ole Jack is a slick one. Anyone still believe in this thief?
He's worst than cattle rustlers...and we know what the Texans used to do to them.
It's about DAMN time. With retail traders now in mass numbers, we don't need MMs either. Retail traders ARE making the market.
H'burg isn't the most honest source, in fact that document is filled with untruths and holes that attempt to lead a reader to sell shares cheap. It's an old game, that H'burg plays it all the time. I suggest you, and other readers of this article, do their own DD. With that said, I'm not at all a fan of GS and I'm more than willing to lose any money invested in RETC with current management rather than sit back and watch him destroy it.
(05/13/2021) The Company is currently evaluating the share structure and working daily to provide a positive adjustment to its outstanding shares.

It's rather like a marriage that didn't end well...every now and again I check in to see how they're doing...and after realizing the needle is still in their arm...I walk away.
"why else would they pay for IR"
That's my feeling about the situation, but I'm not a Rhodes Scholar. LOL
Nice slow and steady rise for NOW, and THEN news will hit and BOOM!
(baby small float will help this explode)
I keep posting on various trading boards that NXEN is getting closer to a major run. Clock is ticking!
I've been holding since before NXEN was trading and I can't wait to see their plans. Very excited for our future!
Exactly what I wondered. Why? It costs money...why now? Guess, hopefully, we'll learn soon.
Nice daily upward trend. News and we fly!
OK....who wants to go into next week without shares?
Raise you hands!
.0285 pre!!!!
Now .0175 BOOM!
.16 just printed in pre.....going to be an interesting day!
.015 printing in pre.
Anyone know if Cellucci still has his hands in this? I recall at one time Dennis and TC were connected at the hip, smoking cigars and laughing at the fool investors who they were stealing money from. 'MAYBE' if TC isn't involved AT ALL I'd take a swing at this, but until I know it's just BVTK part II.
My calculation says Fisher has $800 'invested' in this ticker...bet he carries more than that around in his pocket. Meaningless. Nothing happening here.
This morning ASK over .12.......news coming!
Interesting PR/update this morning. Acknowledged they did NOT have a booth, but did biz...products being well received (we'll wait to see the real numbers)...expansion without further financing...and plans for growth into 2021. R/S is still on the way. After R/S, let's see if better money can be found...future of VRUS depends on it.

Do you know how long that site has been up/active? Thanks.
I see on 'whois' that the domain was created 11/19.

Why Anshu? Did you report Rory to the SEC?
Dvice...where have you seen it said that they were NOT at the show?
These tweets are from 10/23 and it 'appears' they are saying they are in Orlando.

Trade shows are important venues to sign new business, so we couldn't be more excited that this type of event is up and running for the first time in many months.

If you are in the Orlando, Florida area this weekend, the Pachyderm team will be at the CHAMPS Expo, October 23-25 at The Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center.
Hi StockF...I wasn't referring to any particular person (keeping with TOS) I was only pointing out what is my opinion. Thanks
Some say/think 'EVERYTHING' is a scam because the company isn't run exactly the way they think it should be run. Just because they say it, doesn't make it true. IMO they need more time spent in the OTC to learn what a real scam is.
Hint: VRUS isn't one of the scams they will find.
TOS clearly states that everyone is entitled to their opinion. Deal with it!
Another case of bad information. Where does this crap come from???
I posted at the end of the 3rd qtr. it was a turning point...and I still feel that way. We've still got a long road to go, but little by little we're looking more solid. I'm 100% CORRECT!
Absolutely there's no doubt that 'FRAUDULENT POSTING' is going on....but VRUS will be just fine!
I certainly hope so. I've held the bulk, sold a small portion over .01, and even though I'm down it's not drastic. It has been a long road and those with trust should be the winners!
Two tweets just out...

A guy walks into a bar and tells this joke...
Go ahead with the BS...it's expected.
Of course not! AD wasn't mentioned in my post and he's had no dealing with them. If you're able to follow...he ONLY had dealings with MHM.
What a total BS nonsense, respond.
What? That's silly. I have a close business associate who sued MHM for mistakes they made that led to a complete IRS audit. He had to use another firm to fight the audit, but won...then turned around and sued MHM. MHM is NOT God...and they are not always 100% correct.
