Totally agree with you
aaahhh...I missed that, thanks
I would love to see a breakdown of audited revenues by quarter for 2016. Many people think there were negative/no revenues for Q4 but I believe there were revenues throughout the year that weren't received causing revenues for every quarter go be lower than reported originally.
There are games going on. No denying that one. This is a great stock to play games with. I actually didn't sell a single share and I'm kinda kicking myself for it...could have pocketed $7k had I unloaded when the RSI was getting hot and bought back in down here. I expected a sell off for financials, but didn't expect shareholders to go full-retard on the selling.
Regardless...this will go back up. Technically speaking, we also have gaps to fill. Eventually those playing games will get caught without shares when something big happens. They'll still make money, but they may end up making far less than they could have had they bought and held. Until then, I'm stuck looking at my account and crying at my [unrealized] lost gains. I'm still way up...but it sure looked a lot prettier a week or two ago.
Throw your money in HCT* and then we'll talk about the worst team in the OTC running a company...LOL
Kay isn't terrible...things are not progressing as quickly as I'd like them to, but everything Kay has said he's working on has actually panned out. I think he needs to be more open in communication as far as press releases go to help prop up the share price in between catalysts, but the guy at least isn't lying through his teeth while hiding behind safe harbor/forward looking statement clauses.
Revenues are also increasing...not as substantially as we hoped, but 41.5% isn't exactly a tiny increase.
I really hope to see these lawsuits start to settle. The huge influx of cash will be a plus, but those will really help in getting Strikeforce's name out there in addition to opening up new licensing revenues.
I was going to eat the commissions and sell today but Travis makes an interesting point that HCTI may be involved in a hostile takeover so I think I may hang on and see just what's happening here.
This is a very interesting take...it would be interesting to see how this pans out.

Even with HSN...it wasn't the "BIG PR" everyone was hoping for, but how many OTC stocks have patented products sold on national television?
How many OTC stocks have more than just a product IDEA?
I have a very high degree of confidence in my investment here. Hate seeing panic sell offs when people lose their patience...seeing all the money I lose makes me want to cry a little...lol. But I know it'll come back up soon enough.
Right? With all the convertible notes, these guys should be rolling in the money even after paying big bucks for a good accountant.
This is pathetic.
Some big business that did that just lost/settled a lawsuit for that recently
8:17pm and still no 10-k... what the hell, management?!
I'm sure this looks good with their Fortune 500 partners. Makes them look like their new groundbreaking products are tied up with a company selling snake oil.
I spoke with Steffan not long ago...he was friendly to me, but didn't know much yet and invited me to call back in a few weeks once he had the opportunity to get filled in by management. He didn't sound too impressed with management's current handling of everything and hoped they would follow some of his initial suggestions. He also hoped they would not consider another reverse split as he agreed it would not go over well with current shareholders.
I'm not thrilled either...but in their defense, it's only 2pm in California. Odds are they're waiting until the end of their day?
Not the case here...TA is ungagged, just gotta cc Mark in the email to the TA
Large companies pay at their own convenience...and the convenient time may be 3, 6, 9 months out...
Net 30 payment terms?...yeah, right...they just laugh.
Because most investors are idiots?
There's a reason they call it amateur hour lol
I think I saw they were at around 490 units sold at the end of their 10 minute segment. Mind you, people were still able to buy after the segment ended. Somebody else posted the guy on the phone at HSN stated a couple thousand had sold but that's unconfirmed.
They'll file. They always file on the last day of the extension.
I'm not real good with reading balance sheets or making calculations relating to the balance sheets, but from what I'm seeing...
EPS = (Net Income - Preferred Dividends)/Outstanding Shares
I'm not seeing any preferred dividends so I'm coming up with:
EPS = 2,938,565 / 2,319,691,386
EPS = $.0013
IMO, either there was a serious error made in the accounting or the new accountants nullified a lot of what was recorded as revenues from the past 3 Q reports and there were revs for Q4 but due to all the nullifications from the first 3 Q's, it just appeared like there were none.
I wish the K report broke down revs per quarter rather than for the current and previous year so we could compare the audited vs unaudited numbers.
I was disappointed in this report...not because it was BAD per se. There were still big improvements compared to 2015, but with the numbers coming out like they did, it leaves a lot of mystery.
Still...revs are increasing, there is still cash on hand, there is still no dilution, lawsuits are still in progress, it's being sold in more and more places, etc. I'm confident it will do well, just curious like everyone else why the numbers are so different.
I kinda hope there IS a big sell off Monday AM...we're already seeing how tight the float is beginning to get. Let's put millions more shares in the hands of long-term believers. That should really help tighten things up.
Good point...I don't think ACS was involved in it either
They do get a cut of any sales they earn through their (ACS') sales so there's still that incentive...but not sure if they get a cut of sales earned by SFOR directly. But then again, we also don't know if ACS was behind the HSN deal either.
If ACS hasn't paid in full yet, do we still pay royalties to them?
Our down day today still didn't cost us all our gains from yesterday...we good!
lol, definitely...I've noticed that options trading can be very successful but it takes a completely different form of discipline compared to stock trading. I keep my amounts low while playing around...invest $25 here, $50 there, etc. I've found that playing it like I do stocks, I lose every time. My buddy is beginning to develop successful strategies and it seems like it's because he's got more of a daytrader attitude than a swing trader/buy and hold trader. He's been most successful being in and out within hours at most.
There are safe ways to trade options too...I play around with options, but don't mess with anything that requires enabling a margin account. I can definitely see how those could get one in big trouble. Same reason I won't short stocks. One bad trade and goodbye life. lol
I believe this was our mid-April PR...a PR with guidance would be great.
We may get a flurry of PR's in the near future too.
OTCQB can be qualified for I think by Monday. They would likely PR that.
Also based on the timeline someone posted, the international patent application is nearing the time where an approval is typically issued. I believe they would PR that too.
This week or Monday at the absolute latest
2nd Q at the earliest... 1st Q ended March 31st. If they pre-paid HSN for this, it may show up in the 1st Q though.
Like you, I'm hoping for massively increasing revenues, revelation of more F500 partners and a massive run, but I'm also a realist and I know based on their past actions, I'm probably going to lose a little more money in the end. But if they have actually changed, I'm going to make money on it.
I play with numbers...
Lose another $200 on top of the $5k I already lost or make up the $5k and maybe make even more?
$200 is peanuts...it's worth trying once more here.
If revenues don't start coming in...with a pps this close to no bid and the OS extremely bloated and not much further til it's maxxed out, an RS is very plausible.
The crooks running this company have shown time and time again that they cannot be trusted so I would not at all be surprised to see them RS again soon.
We shall see though.
Isn't it possible the current notes are all paid but there are some notes still due to hit that they raised the A/S to cover?
This could be the old bait and switch to build a bid before taking a huge dump, but it does appear they're going to let it breathe.
I watched it a few weeks ago and caught that too lol
IMO, it's relevant to a few inquiries earlier from some posters about what happens during a reverse split and why is it bad...he's pointing it out so they can look it up and see what happens and where the SP ends up.
That will allow them to understand why we don't want it to happen to HCTI anytime soon.
My etrade, if I schedule a transfer from my bank account and my current account value is high enough to cover it, I can invest that money right away. It just considers it unsettled funds until the money comes out of my account so I can't sell.
Reverse splits themselves aren't bad as they are just reducing the total of shares while proportionally increasing the share price...problem is in penny stocks, 99.99% of the time, they reverse split either to bring back a bid after the stock price nears $0 or their outstanding shares is nearing the maximum limit and they have more dilution on the way.
Most penny stocks that reverse split are on a strong downtrend and will continue that trend.
I definitely can see big things happening soon... cancelled my sell order for my first round of profit taking so I don't goof and sell myself short.
The problem is the common ownership who, via their preferred shares, has majority control and can easily arbitrarily change or void the licensing agreements with a simple vote.
If PPG came along and said, "We'll write you a check for $50 billion for your patents right now," you can bet your butts they would be holding an HCTI shareholder vote to dissolve all licensing agreements right now. They would then split that money amongst their few employees and retire.
Normally, with a great management team, there would be enough trust that they were acting in the best interest of their shareholders, but historically, to date their shareholders have incurred massive losses unless they've averaged down...which, when the value of your investment is crashing, is no longer "investing" but rather gambling. At this point, it's not even a smart gamble...it's throwing your money on the table and praying for a winning hand with a mediocre hand at best.
We may win. Or we may lose. But the past actions haven't treated us well and the reason for that is still in play today so while possible they will change their tune, the odds are not in our favor.
Happy gambling regardless...crazier things have happened and while I have set my expectations low, I'd love to be surprised with a major win.
Great post!
Mine isn't so good...I'm 1099'd at my work and I got into a lot of debt with the IRS due to being young and not listening when they warned me that I needed to set money aside for taxes. It eventually came to bite me in the arse and my entrepreneurship ideas always flopped.
I used to spend literally every moment of my free time on the computer...Facebooking and reading news articles, especially research articles, statistics, debates over hot issues like heroin/painkiller addiction, gun control, etc. All stuff where numbers play a huge role in the arguments.
Then I saw AMD's stock was tanking, felt it was going to reverse itself hard eventually and thought, "Ok, why do I waste all this time reading, researching science and playing with numbers when all I gain is knowledge? Why don't I find companies to invest in that have solid fundamentals and learn to gamble in the stock market? If I invest as much time into researching companies as I do researching random sh!t, I'll totally have the upper hand!"
So I invested $1000 in AMD...got up to 500 shares near bottom.
But then it kept slipping. And I realized that big board stocks don't typically grow very fast and I still owed the IRS a fortune. I needed money FAST. My grandpa mentioned penny stocks to me and I started reading and found EVTI. So I sold AMD for a small loss (had I held onto it, I would have gained 600-700% a couple years later...) and I went all in on EVTI. It was a sure thing and I was planning to retire by 30!
...and EVTI was a scam and a diluted pig and I lost everything. I learned sure things are very rare in the OTC. So I found another one. This one really was a sure thing...started bringing in revs...and they decided to reverse split. But it was so we could bring in bigger investors and uplist so I doubled down before the R/S. Lost everything on that one too. Now I'm trying to flip it from $.0001 to make up my losses. We'll see how THAT goes....but I learned another lesson. Reverse splits SUCK. lol
So one day I'd been chatting with another member here who seemed to know what he was doing pretty well and we started trading our list of potentials and he said, "You need to check out SFOR...it's been through some tough times but it's about to fly, IMO." It was at $.001 at the time so I bought a million shares. It sat stagnant for a while so I got bored and my other "sure thing" was about to fly so I sold SFOR to double down there. SFOR started running the next day. Literally THE NEXT DAY. I managed to catch a dip and got some shares back at $.0014. Then I did a couple flips...got my investment back and some profits, lost a little on some failed flips, etc.
But I'm comfortable now and am quite possibly one good PR away from having all my IRS debt wiped clean so I can start over, work on buying a house, starting a family, etc.
I have learned that even sure things in the OTC aren't so sure, but in talking with Mark Kay myself and all the DD here, plus the current PPS and all the confirmed catalysts in the pipeline, I do believe I have found that diamond. I may not be able to hold it long enough to retire off of it, but I am very close to having it become a true life changer for me.
