I look at it this way.
Like a ball rolling down a hill, it will gain velocity, so that the retrace it will make when the 10K/Q comes out will have enough momo to reach a new high. We're on a long-period roller coaster, so I'm on for the whole ride. (No selfies allowed.)
That's Mark's buyback program.
Only monthly revenues in excess of overhead will drive this any higher. Then we will know that things are growing, or at least stable for the long run. I don't expect much movement after the Q unless it's a retreat from the pre-Q speculation, maybe to .002.
Thanks for the advice and enthusiasm. Is there a way I can PM you.
The last one was filed on the 19th. Mark can't be bothered by this trivial stuff. I doubt he know what "NT" means.
Mark never said that. In fact , another 10NT is coming.
Before the 10Q, there is going to be a NT-10Q!! I am curious as to what the reaction will be. Good thing, already assumed and discounted, or bad thing, followed by a panic sell-off?
Better decide now!
Thanks for your sage advice. I hope everybody reads it. If it all just disappeared, it wouldn't be Armageddon but very painful, especially since I have advised some friends and relatives to "pony" up. Most don't know what DD means. I suffered thru the past 3RSs losing everything, and in fact, sold my last 4 shares from that debacle knowing that I need additional write-offs this year. I truly am an optimist, and it has cost me. That is life. I don't believe that pessimists even invest, and if they do, are probably unhappy most of the time. Anyway, I'm in at .0006 ACPS and still accumulating. If it all goes south, I'll feel worse for my friends than myself.
Wut?
Aaah, palm trees, warm clear water, maid service, $7 dinners w/wine....all because of SFOR. Please let me go this year.
A nickel gets me to Belize....
Hey John. I took my $3K mortgage payment and bought SFOR. They charged me a $200 penalty but its worth $3600 now. If I delay long enough I can pay the whole house off.
There are NO lawsuits, just speculation.
I know, me too. Waiting for the SS check.
Au contraire.....it still has value, and a write-off. And I'll be using it this year...GO SFOR.
Etrade...they let you invest your money BEFORE it's deposited.
Is that why Tonaquint filed the 13? Did they have to do that?
This was in Jan. 2015. By what mechanism have we gone from 1,999,756 share outstanding to 2.2 billion today? Please explain somebody...
13G
On the date of the event which requires filing of this Statement, reporting person Tonaquint, Inc. (“Tonaquint”) has rights, under a Convertible Promissory Note and Warrant, to own an aggregate number of shares of the Issuer’s common stock which, except for a contractual cap on the amount of outstanding shares that Tonaquint may own, would exceed such a cap. Tonaquint’s ownership cap is 9.99%. Thus, the number of shares of the Issuer’s common stock beneficially owned by Tonaquint as of the date of this filing was 199775 shares, which is 9.99% of the 1,999,756 shares that were outstanding on that date (as reported in the Issuer’s Definitive Schedule 14C filed on January 8, 2015).
MSFT 10Q
We also are subject to a variety of other claims and suits that arise from time to time in the ordinary course of our business. Although management currently believes that resolving claims against us, individually or in aggregate, will not have a material adverse impact on our consolidated financial statements, these matters are subject to inherent uncertainties and management’s view of these matters may change in the future.
As of December 31, 2015, we accrued aggregate legal liabilities of $550 million in other current liabilities and $10 million in other long-term liabilities. While we intend to defend these matters vigorously, adverse outcomes that we estimate could reach approximately $1.5 billion in aggregate beyond recorded amounts are reasonably possible. Were unfavorable final outcomes to occur, there exists the possibility of a material adverse impact on our consolidated financial statements for the period in which the effects become reasonably estimable.
Basically its a divestment statement. I don't see why it's relevant.
What filing are you referring to?
I expect this year I will eat up all of my Stock-loss-carry forward on the 2016 return. However, I still have worthless stock in my IRA account that I paid over $50000 for (GTGP). The IRA is worth nothing now, but I think I should still be able to claim a loss. Anyone know what form to file, if any?
I hope this doesn't get kicked out of the SFOR forum, since there may be others like me. I lost much on this stock during the 3 RSs. Had 4 shares left out of 2.2M.
I MSFT 10Q.....
"Azure revenue grew 120% in constant currency with usage of Azure compute and Azure SQL database more than doubling year-over-year "
isn't this is where SFOR is used?
Profit taking....some of us have done it.
Without a PR we will drift back to 6 or 7, so hold on to your pennies. Any panic selling or PTing now would be disastrous if a PR pops up.
This is great. Just keep hanging around here until next Wednesday. That's when my SS check arrives....another M.
I am surprised that there are not any forum comments re: Schedule 13G investors listed on Edgar. Do these guys do any DD or are they speculating like many of us?
There are no lawsuits/settlements on tap.
Did you realize it was a subscription BEFORE you hit the "BUY" button?
What does this actually mean?
"Effective January 28, 2016, Cyber Safety, finalized the purchase of the option to buy the keystroke encryption patents and Intellectual Property related to the GuardedIDÒ and MobileTrustÒ software pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Asset Purchase Agreement for a purchase price of Nine Million Dollars ($9,000,000), which may be paid in the form of a promissory note due by and no later than September 30, 2020."
How much did it cost CS to "finalize purchase of the option"?
I see no monetary arrangement!
No, the $9 Mil is due in 2020. Not amortized.
I haven't seen proof of any lawsuits, and it took 3 years to settle MSFT. Any talk of future big payoffs is pure speculation and hype. Let's discuss facts, not "might-be's".
Is the debt payoff included in the legal fees? If so, $4.9M looks a lot better.
How many minutes behind is the Ihub ticker?
If you make some cash this week it's not too late to fund your 2015 IRA.
Does the ask price get filled quickly?
I've already printed the prior 10K so I can do a quick line by line compare.
Does TD Amer trade SFOR? Do the trades go thru quickly at asK?
What happens generally to a stock price if the mgmt. decides to take the company private, and do they have to announce their intentions?
