How is the Permian Express 2 coming along?
http://www.reuters.com/article/2014/02/27/us-oil-permian-vitol-idUSL1N0LW2RM20140227
Feb 27 (Reuters) - Swiss oil trader Vitol is working with Sunoco Logistics Partners to expand pipeline capacity for shipping booming Permian Basin crude output to the Gulf Coast, growing its foothold in the West Texas supply chain.
The two companies formed a 50-50 venture called SunVit Pipelines in the third quarter last year to build a new crude oil pipeline from the Permian oil storage hub in Midland to Garden City, Texas, about 40 miles east, where it will connect into Sunoco's Permian Express 2 line, it said in an SEC filing. The venture had not previously been widely reported.
Sunoco also confirmed that it had successfully completed an open season in the fourth quarter for the Permian Express 2, which will carry some 200,000 barrels per day (bpd) from multiple areas in the Permian some 300 miles to the coast.
Permian Express 2 is due to begin operating in the second quarter of next year, Sunoco said. It said the SunVit line should begin running next year, without providing a date.
No further details were available on the SunVit line. Spokespeople for Sunoco and Vitol did not immediately reply to requests for comment.
They are part of a flush of investment in new oil pipelines and other infrastructure necessary to carry the unexpected boom in shale and unconventional oil production from places like North Dakota's Bakken and the Permian Basin.
The Permian may be a particularly attractive place to invest for traders, since Midland is already an established storage hub, though smaller than Cushing, Oklahoma, and pipelines offer the flexibility of shipping northeast to Cushing or south to the Gulf Coast refinery row.
For a list of other pipeline projects see:
Vitol's direct involvement also shows how privately owned foreign trading companies like Trafigura and Mercuria are racing to secure strategic assets in the U.S. oil supply chain, hoping they can take advantage of the dramatic volatility that has seized U.S. crude markets.
Through its co-owned master limited partnership firm Blueknight Energy Partners, Vitol already has access to substantial infrastructure in west Texas and Oklahoma.
Blueknight, which has 15 million barrels of crude and oil product storage and 1,264 miles of pipeline, also operates and maintains a Vitol crude oil terminal in Midland under a five-year deal running until 2017, according to its SEC filings. The filing provided no further details on the terminal.
In September, BlueKnight began running the 150,000 barrels per day Pecos River crude oil pipeline that carries Permian Basin crude to Magellan Midstream Partners' reversed Longhorn pipeline moving oil Gulf Coast refineries. It is considering extending the line, which it operates with a 30 percent ownership stake, into New Mexico.

The time of a live band before breaking... it's been a while since the early 90's but it seems that time was closer to an hour... so on average more than fifty percent of a live band time on stage they stick to gander.tv? Imagine scrolling ads every 3 minutes during that time that only pops up a flash small screen about the product or tab window without cutting off gander.tv... lots of moolah in ad revenue.

Yes, thanks for correction 31 grams per troy ounce... I knew that... I need and needed more ooffeee.... old fart brain can't oompute memory spurts...
Read Charles Schwab's book and you'll see sectors and markets selloff and rise... meaning when a sector sells off your stock gets hit too even when it is producing... So FYI copper industry recently soldoff it looks like the time time this dropped by chart ... I'm not sure as I wasn't watching this stock until last night....
Why else would they file a form to not have to file except to dilute for funding of drilling and leasing and keeping discoveries and new leases silent while they snatch up the lands around them as they announced May 800+ ounces of GOLD (has to be troy ounces as the only form of trade in p.metals) that a million dollars at 1250/oz (the wizard)....
When I spoke to him years ago, he was very offended at they way people post about him here. I couldn't get him to return calls complained to Guest about no returns for weeks and the day I called Mr. Ali and spoke with him was also the same day the CEO checked up on him, calling me and said he was Ali but it was Guest but no problem... I got to talk to both of them... They believe in themselves, they have lots of shares owned by themselves and they want it to go up in price (okay?).
Better idea, leave Chris alone.
That way he can get some work done.
Better see him eating dinner somewhere and chatting then after he eats or pickup his tab have him eat with you.... Time flies....
Giant news... will be when they win the bigger boys will poop in their pants... the need to looking into startups like HIVE too, Five Networks... ALU... bigger in networks and alternatives when $$SPEX wins...
Anthony Hayes, Chief Executive Officer of Spherix, stated, "Spherix, through its Texas subsidiary NNPT, continues to aggressively work to monetize the valuable intellectual property developed by world famous Nortel Networks, with this complaint filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. In our view, the Eastern District of Texas is one of the more rapidly moving federal district courts in the country and a court with a reputation for being extremely knowledgeable about patent law. To date, we have filed infringement lawsuits against Cisco, AT&T, Uniden, VTech, T-Mobile, and Juniper Networks, and now Huawei."
Yes, PGIE went to German exchange but they rejected them when they looked deep into contracts, and CEO acted like I was just going by what the... deal made... I had no idea the State Dept. would reject or guy on other end was on house arrest for securities fraud... lol
Back then, it was said Germans like taking risks in American stocks....
So, also, in other words, it can be a good thing, as stock haters contacted German exchanged and warned them about if'y contracts so the exchanged looked deeper into before allowing any trading. Which should mean they'll look into Mondial Ventures and CEO when these people that posted scam yesterday and before contact the exchange and warn them which then means when exchange allows trading we are clean and green....
Germans are tough on rules for looking after their citizens... i.e., one cannot access and/or track the unique CPU ID on oomputers, big time crime in Germany. If they think that its a scam because they point out the other companies using the same lease blah blah, they boot toss Boomerang out (but it'll oome back, won't it?)

I feel company pension plans have Twitter shares as its contact us by Twitter or mainly news on TV doing zero journalism and slapping up joe tweeted 'blah'... nancy tweedted 'haha'... the good witch tweeted 'oh my'.
Good grief, Charlie Brown! You blockhead! (nothing to do with replying to you, just the use of Tweets or likes on Facebook are way out of line with journalism).
So obviously its about the ease of not having to make us have an online account with them and still go to advertisers for their web pages as 'hey man, groovy numbers here dudes... you'll reach 100K tweeters a day and 2 million likes from Facebook... we're worth this much to you to put ads on our web site'...
"OH, MY!...."
Great income stock, for over a month now, buy at .0001 sell at .0002 do it again the next week.... does anyone believe in Dennis vision for him to do that not y'all? lol Okay, pure joke...
Is there any hope here because also back when it was .0003 posters said this was a dead stock yet someone keeps buying it up to .0002.... hmmm? (It isn't me either).
Nice... I don't Tweet though... http://northsidefestival.com/innovation/tradeshowexhibitors/gander-tv/

Does that make it MM buying at open hoping flippers would sell to get shorts covered?
(I keep hearing all kinds of can't short penny stuff and have seen reports on them doing oo.... but I don't keep up with the law on it as I can't control it so why bother....)
That could be very big! Yahoo!!!!!!

Are you talking to yourself again?
What were you thinking... you didn't even know she was on the WalMart board until shown today on CNBC... loser...
Wow, you don't think she's asking them to be prepared to be a White Knight, do you?
Hmmm... Opinions Unlimited, LTD. whatever happened to them asking questions in the Mall?
I don't know, you seem smart...
Oh thank you, like a Kardash. butt?
Alright! I get it, already!
But maybe someone else has the contacts to start putting a takeover bid for the 40 billion cash from Alibaba to pay for it? Oh I guess its possible as it was after you posted that...
Too deep for most...
Nonsense... big money jumping from WalMart board and The Street's hype today.... or any other many things... That could actually send people to competition on Flickr too... its a pain to setup an account especially when Yahoo locks you out when someone else trys hacking in and the reset is/was Hotmail that no longer exists for example so then they want another e-mail account still when ISP e-mails are BS in todays world of free WiFi everywhere in cities big enough.... okay maybe its a bit of everything, I'm more into private conversations with WalMart board members last night at a get together... I can sit here and hook all kinds of things to it too (like that press release) only the ones buying it could tell you but the inside info ain't going to admit it for memory of MW (Martha White, who still says she did no wrong, Bush was mean to her... )
Medical care/diagnostics/monitor/cure.... some dude related to Priceline's 400+ patents? was on SquawkAlley (CNBC, June 6, 2014, should show on web site soon under Shows) kept saying Google and Apple will be snatching up med startups and it will be like the recent app craze ... WHY did he NOT mention YAHOO (as a buyer of med startups)?
He did toss-in TEDMED real quick so there I found The Hive so maybe that's some of the med startups? http://www.tedmed.com/event/the-hive
You're welcome.
My add:
Could this be the beginning of the end for Doctors (MD) in the US except the small online medicine dispatchers? With Obamacare causing overcrowding un-needed care... people will flock to web cures)....

Maybe, but this is like when big cash sitting in oil companies with low trading prices... its easy money sitting there and Chris would make an excellent CEO of Yahoo which he could just grab (unless some anti-takeover death trap is setup already in Yahoo)... Really it'll be a bigger bid from Chinese and Japanese to trump Chris' offer and if not tons of cash coming in to payoff the leverage....
Chris should have enough contacts in NY/NJ to take a leveraged stake in Yahoo at its current super low price and make leveraged buyout offer (ah-lah, T. Boone Pickens raider) and make a fortune (Fortune 500 instead of Forbes... lol)... Seriously...
I was thinking LVY needs live targets for the next year and money upfront for hooking into Gander.tv for some of them funds app i.e.

IBM has spent 10 yrs on Linux and seems to be training people worldwide to to know their Linux in I guess their IBM Cloud... (as I went there looking for news just now on IBM cloud after seeing the commercial 3 times today I guess third time I saw enough to see that it was an IBM Cloud commercial I was only see woman before)... is just what I thought could be done... So I guess its happening now, not could... June 2, 2014 news was
...Linux server demand is rising due to demand from cloud infrastructure deployments, according to IDC, and is expected to continue to grow in the future. In the first quarter of 2014, Linux server revenue accounted for 30 percent of overall server revenue, an increase of 15.4 percent, IDC said.[1] IBM has supported development of Linux on System z for more than a decade, and today there are over 3,000 certified applications for Linux on System z. In addition, IBM is supporting the development of skills to take advantage of these applications through the IBM Academic Initiative.
The IBM Academic Initiative helps to provide schools with the education resources they need to introduce and develop enterprise-computing skills to students to help them gain exposure to job opportunities and careers. The program helps to facilitate student learning in high demand IT skills and links employers to available students and professional talent. For more than seven years, IBM has worked with students, professors, businesses and universities to provide mainframe training and curriculum resources to more than 180,000 students at over 1,000 schools in 70 countries – including eleven universities in China.
Market adoption of Linux on System z has been tremendous with 80 of the top 100 System customers running Linux on the mainframe and more than 50 percent of all new mainframe accounts since 2010 running Linux.[2]

So it was on an upgrade of MSFT to 50-something, (coming into current processing)... Ah and then came... What the industry seems to be calling cloud networking (reminds me of DEC [Digital Equipment Corp.] Clustering in the VAX/VMS environment) so I'm thinking companies could go with HIVE, Nuage (ALU) or maybe something Cisco maybe offering (again too lazy to look) along with Red Hat's Linux to save money on Windows...
And even more strange... while MS Office for smart phones keeps users hooked on Microsoft Office it also free them from Windows.
okay so blah, blah from here on... lol
I have no idea why they couldn't understand that keeping phone/tablet O/S separate from PC use was not the problem it was the functionality of its phone O/S versus the other choices.
Nobody can type fast on a touch screen and without having to look as one can on a typewriter keyboard (another poo from MS for almost forever until 8.1 as now I actually have to use that Windows key for returning to desktop mode... I did learn to hit Windows key and M to minimize all before that.... I've had every, and I mean every version of Windows except Vista (for home and some Professional versions, I'd buy Professional every time if I could but preconfigured computers don't come with restore CD/DVD's [and now good luck just finding one with DVD as they want thin so no room] so if I got Pro I'd have to add it from a download without a way to reinstall it... Not one version of every version that I've had have I've not had to reinstall from system backup ... except 8.1 as its about 2 months old the previous lasted 2 days so I took back to Best Buy (delayed protection plan for touch screen, but hard disk went - so they need to be sold with solid state drives as every one, even desktops have had the drive go bad except this one and 95, on 95 I replaced as original was too small).
If it wasn't for patents they'd would've lost everything by now, but they got away with being lazy too... lol
And of course, the 90's Clinton/Reno attack on them was not absolutely without reason, back then Lotus Notes and Quatro Pro (spreadsheet) ruled until Microsoft bundled... I've had only the free temp versions bundled since on Office (except work where full version obviously).
Morning talk on CNBC hosts was just chatting back-and-forth pretty fast.... one of them thought Microsoft could go to 80 (double) ... this was like the time if the Hedge fund summit in Las Vegas is was at least a few weeks ago... kind'a a blur really as to when but not too long ago...
Oh, yeah... it was way back to just after Windows XP was took off the update status... so their thinking was upgrades of course,... and it was after Microsoft Office for iOS and Android...
Very logical conclusion.... but I don't know much about smart phones and tablets... but I would assume they're surely have tried to license any patents blocking them from running Android on PC's and who knows what Oracles new announced O/S runs on... (I'm still too lazy to look into it).
I get to visit a Sprouts in Lubbock when I go to the regional consolation Fed city... It's in a busy location 82 & Quaker, SE of intersection...
A new United Supermarkets, Market Street at 19 and Quaker is its biggest competition (lots of healthy choices) but here where I'm at the Market Street has less than the newer version in Lubbock and an example would be the Natural Groc. here beats Market Street on Kefir (1.79 organic Nat. Groc. vs. 1.99, used to be same price, but regular not organic)... Haven't been to Sprouts in a few months since Nat. Gr. have brought in Kosher cheeses here and good prices on Kefir by Lifeway...
I'll try and look next time in Lubbock (but I've thought about that last 6 times there and didn't go, but went to Market Street)...
Mainly from experience Sprouts should do good investment wise as long as they are expanding like they are now.... It happens all the time it drives gains in reports that sharks feed on...
That's nice info, thanks... Google results

I was thinking about that last night... Ma and Son either bidding against each other or joining forces on a hostile takeover bid (hostile for sure, unless MM is a dumb person selling her monthly shares with a buyout in the very near future... so no plans to accept)...
Then plowing through different things... I realized... Duh! It's already setup for an acceptance Ma/Son setup her up and had her bring back Yahoo founder to board (the one that made the deal with Alibaba?... that means MM has no say)...

RealPlayer Cloud delivers a seamless experience for watching and sharing videos on smartphones, tablets, computers, and TV.
Upload your videos to RealPlayer Cloud and watch them on your computer, iPhone, iPad, Android, Roku, and on popular web browsers.
RealPlayer Cloud enables you to move, watch and share your videos with confidence. When you share videos with friends and family they'll be able to play it on any device or operating system, without downloading the RealPlayer Cloud app. No more worrying about formatting or converting videos, or carrying HDMI and USB cables to connect devices to each other to watch videos. It just works.
Upload videos of any format and any length to the cloud and it is automatically adjusted for your device screen-size, bandwidth, and device type prior to playback. RealPlayer Cloud supports all popular formats like FLV, WMV, MKV, DIVX, XVID, MOV, AVI, and MP4. Once videos are in the RealPlayer Cloud you can share them privately with friends and family. If you're devices are using the same Wi-Fi network you can use RealPlayer Cloud to easily download videos to one device from the other.
RealPlayer Cloud is powered by SurePlayTM, a new technology developed by RealNetworks that ensures videos will play correctly on the device used for viewing. Typically iPads, iPhones, Roku's, Android phones and tablets only have the ability to play limited video formats. For example, if you move a mkv file to an iPad and expect it to just play, well, it won't. Additionally, SurePlayTM ensures that videos are right-sized for the device's screen and the network bandwidth available enabling instant and smooth playback on all your devices at any given time regardless of video format.
