"It won’t take long for this to move to the mid to upper .20s while people absorb what’s happened. Go IPIX"
Do you think the ascent (to the grand 20's) will be faster than the recent rapid descent below 20 cents?
Opinion and hunch ~ wing and a prayer
After years of reading Mr. Finra's posts, i believe his most current post earlier today indicates the route the sp will take, as it(todays post) is no different than that first post 4 years ago.
We'll see, hope I'm wrong.
Not to stir the pot, but there are soft bricks and hard bricks. Irregardless I would never build a house, or any structure, upon a brick foundation. Reinforced concrete, supported by piles if necessary, or even field stone or granite before baked brick.
He's clearly short on this stock. Check out his history.
Thank you Karin. I did search their website prior to my post this morning in a quest for their brain trust. Thanks for the other links, they were informative.
I have a second cousin who works for Esteve out of Spain(He now lives in Spain and works out of their main office) See him but once in a decade perhaps, but will try and contact him to see what he knows of Alphasigma.
Thanks again, and glad your back. Hope things went well for you.
"Have to say I would have thought a licensing deal would have netted a bigger increase in SP"
Why? Closing price the prior four Mondays vs. today's close of .18:
7/15 .1799
7/8 .175
7/1 .1779
6/24 .1857
Guessing they mfo lightened their load some today, dont know for sure. We'll see what happens the rest of the week/month, hopefully the long term trend ipix has been on changes.
Is there any investor on this board who resides in Italy? If yes, have you heard of this company? Who are the top executives(management) and directors(and what is their, execs and dirs, past work experience?).
9/12/1962: JFK moon speech, paraphrasing, "by the end of this decade we shall land a man on the moon...."
7/20/1969- Neil Armstrong- "the eagle has landed". Man set foot on the moon in 6 years, 10 months and 9 days.
How many times has this joke of a company used the phrase " in the coming weeks"(google it, tis common)?

" I would love the flexibility of a pill, but thought that there were gi absorption issues that precluded the use of a pill."
Me too, which, by my read of the poster's comment to whom I responded to, was not how it was presented.
"....but thought that there were gi absorption issues that precluded the use of a pill." How do they square those(yours, and ours) thoughts, and what are the costs?
"The phase 3 for ABSSSI which involved an IV (the most expensive delivery) was 30 million. The other two indications are mouth rinse/enema with much less systemic exposure or safety concerns."
Good to know ipix has been cleared by the fda to dive right into a ph3 with B pill form for ABSSSI, I wasn't sure of that.
Hopefully, the fda takes the same view with B-OM.
Supposedly the FINRA numbers posted bode well for longs. Look at the record of companies tracked by finra enthusiasts. The records benfit only those who short. Why would along tout them as good?
A typical day at HQ between top management.

""a shell company" Yet another falsehood."
Can't argue that. More like a broken shell company.
".....final background/ reference checks being made......"
Uh-ho. Thanks for the explanation.
Weren't you the person who posted that someone who was in the prurisol psoriasis trial, or a relative of a trial patient, noted to your inquiry that prurisol was exceptional?
Quite apropos. Investors would be better off with the likes of Ralph and Norton as the top executives of this "company".
I might as well ask cause I'm sure someone will imply that ipix has something to do with this amrn pr(and they may, infinitesimally).
Does a non-binding agreement fall within the definition, either or, of no agreement or commitment?
TY. I should have thought b4 I typed, I've left messages with him in the past via that route.
Could you please share his extension.
Perhaps they should not have strayed from the ph 2a dosages which resulted, in part, to these words included in a pr by management(management increased 2b dosages after results stated).
Investigator Comments
Cellceutix would also like to share some observations and comments from Principle Investigators (PIs) overseeing different participating clinical sites in the trial. Numerous PIs noted patients expressed a desire to have access to Prurisol following the study's conclusion. Moreover, the Company learned that some patients were previously unsuccessfully treated with other therapies, including biologics and apremilast (Otezla®).
Included below is a sampling of responses that were authorized to be published:
"Well designed study, patients were pleased, minimal to no side effects."
"Good tolerability was shown with very few AEs reported. Good compliance and good patient satisfaction."
"Overall impression of the study is very positive, as well as the patients' satisfaction."
When asked, "Why would you choose Prurisol (should it be approved) over another oral compound for psoriasis?" and "Why would you choose Prurisol over an injectable biologic?" responses included:
"Because [Prurisol] does not cause any severe side effects. Patients dislike needles and injections because they cause pain and discomfort."
"Patients overall prefer oral medications over injectable medication. Our experience with injectable studies for other indications has been that many subjects do not like taking them and those studies tend to be difficult compared to oral medications to recruit subjects."
"Because of [Prurisol's] low side effect profile."
"Patients prefer oral treatments
Switching from spectacular B IBD enema treatments to untested pill form mid stream. Pill in discovery/ next phase on hold.
Switching from spectacular preventative swish and spit B to pill (encapsulated B) form for severe oral mucositis midstream. Pill in discovery/ next on hold.
Paying for an office large enough to house 50-75 employees, maybe more, when they could relocate the 3 to 5 to 7 people still there, into a different office at the same location.
If at ain't broke, don't fix it. Waste not, want not. Time is money.
"So why are you complaining about not being able to reach him if you can just send an email?"
I was responding to your post. I stopped trying to contact them after my last discussion with LE last October. I voiced my dis-pleasures and concerns. He suggested I call back in the next few weeks. I didn't bother as nothing changed other the continuous poor performance of the share price.
The only people I've spoken with there over the years is the secretary(Anita) who I think is gone now, Dr Menon(gone now), Harry K(I got pick-up when entering random extensions a while back- never heard of him) who connected me to Nancy(temp accounts payable- two days a week per her), and LE.
I called today but left no message. Last I left a message on the general voice mail (last October 2018), LE did return my call a few days later. I've seldom had problems, if ever, with emails to him. Haven't sent an email to him in nearly a year.
I called this morning, got an answering machine which said, among other things, " if you know the persons extension please dial it" now" (something like that). Started with ext 101 and went to 109(had to call back a few times as it allow 3 attempts before tossing you back to secretary's voice mail. 101,103, 104, 106, 107, 108, 109 all were described as invalid extensions. 102 is Anita Menon Beechan's ext(got voicemail, no live voice), and ext 105 is Nancy C (almost sounded like Chandelier) which went straight to voicemail as well.
Lost patience and hung up.
That is an impressive deal. So isn't the Galapagos brain trust, both in terms of management and directors.
From the Galagopos website, "The Galapagos group, including fee-for-service subsidiairy Fidelta, has approximately 700 employees, operating from its Mechelen, Belgium headquarters and facilities in The Netherlands, France, Switzerland, the US and Croatia."
Also, from their website (a 4/25/19 pr):Bart Filius, COO & CFO, added: "While expanding our early stage clinical portfolio and executing clinical trials on the later stage assets, we incurred an operational cash burn[1] of €76.3 million in the first quarter. Given the expected growth in development activity this year, we retain our full year 2019 cash burn guidance of €320-340 million. Our current total cash and cash equivalents position is approximately €1.2 billion, maintaining an excellent financial position to deliver the trials and earlier R&D research planned."
Galapogas is clearly highly respected in their field.
"......and Leo has, quite literally, invested millions out of his own pocket........"
So we are told. The family must be quite generous, as one of his children(in the 20's at the time), former executive at a publicly traded company, was kind enough to loan a substantial amount of money to that company.
"As a result there is no longer a properly formed Audit Committee and the 10-K can be expected to say...."
Hopefully they filled that director position prior to 6/30/19, however, I suspect you are correct as I would have thought they would have been required to file an 8k.
Certified mail often proves at times to be the best, and cheapest, route to go in business.
What happened to kfc in N.C(sorry, this world is filled with abbreviations which all are expected to know the meaning, but few do.)?
Please, share your thought
TY
"And Dr B worked for them....."
Duly noted.
What has the resultant been?
"Maybe we will finally get some exceptional news next week."
A Yuuuuge maybe, imo.
There are other boards that cover this company(train wreck)? Ha-ha.
Hope you are out of harms way regarding approaching storm Barry down in that area. Be safe.
Thanks KarinCA,
They (the fda),I believe can argue, has served some very well.
I have not checked when was the fda established, and wonder?(I'll google it, but trust it was after those "dopes" accepted a dollar each for the insulin patent).
Maybe, they were made of something better?
idk
Frederick Banting vs LE. What's the difference?
Most reputable businesses return a call within 24 hours.
LR,
Tonto must have shared some tips regarding how best to use a bow. You, at least, pierce the target at every draw.
Regarding your response to an earlier post of mine, I agree with you.
"I am an insulin dependent diabetic,...."
That can be like holding a tiger by the tale at times, hope it's under good control.
T1 or T2?
Banting and the other two inventors sold the patent to the University of Toronto for $1 each.
Hard to believe that Frederick Banting led the successful discovery of insulin after returning home to Canada in 1919 the end of WW1 after serving in the Canadian Army Medical Corp. Discovered insulin in December 1921, their findings published in early 1922 in the Canadian Medical Association Journal, worked with Eli Lilly & Co in Indiana and received a U.S. patent in January 1923 and received the Nobel Peace Prize later in that year(1923).
What can be expected of ipix in the coming weeks?
"Since we’ve not had a PR in over a month which is very unusual, is it possiblethat they are in a quiet period?"
That's possible. More likely they haven't the funds to replace the ink cartridge.
