BUT, the point is: there is no justified reason for the lack of filings. Thus RED FLAG.
Showing $1107.60 as of 8:07 NY time.

NAH... They will just claim that they are in Canada where the markets are open. Newbs won't question the fact that OTC doesn't care where the trader is, closed means closed.
Sounds like my kind of luck...
Has been since May......
Maybe one of the questions is 'where the %$@# are we going to get the extra $1,000 without having available shares?'
I like that the DTCC's fee must be paid in advance.
Really? Their flips are the only things creating creating patterns here.
You have been around Mark long enough to realize that he never said what holidays....
MLK day
Ash Wednesday
Lincoln's birthday
Valentine's day
President's day
Washington's birthday
Etc
Etc
Etc
You may think I am just being a smart*$$, but this wouldn't be the first time that he made a 'holiday' deadline statement that ended up being several holidays.
Copy & paste with your guesses. I added desie0713's and mine.
So far, production predictions:
Fazlice - 55,250.
_19 - 56,666.

Go-Gold - 63,291.
desie0713 - 52,000
N4longterm - 55,792
Y'all step up. Numbers likely out this week or next.
Do you mean speculation like:
I wonder if they have been holding back on announcing Namoya as commercial, to protect it from this deal. Now that this deal is finalized, maybe they will announce.
There is also a buyout clause, where Banro can pay extra after two years.
Not to mention *GSVF. There is going to be a lot of dilution on that one before they pull the first ounce from the ground! HAHAHA!!
And still higher than yesterday's open....
TomCat Films has nothing to do with MIKP. We are Saint James Films. Both involve Ted Chalmers, but they are two different companies.
It has been cussed & discussed for so long, in so many venues, that I believe when they do it all you will hear is crickets....
There will be a modest blip and then back to normal.
The camp saying it will signal sunshine & roses, will play it as such.
The camp saying it will signal the apocalypse, will play it as such.
The camp saying ho-hum, will play it as such.
And the world will keep spinning.
Then he may want to change his 'LinkedIn' account.

RSII's CEO is MIK*'s CFO, any conversations, with him, regarding the deal is also 'On Topic'.
Even when that scam ticker owns 11.903% of the common shares and 75.862% of the Preferred Class A shares?
From NWAV's own filings:
Well, let us see....
The PRs in question were for the 'ServeNation School Fund Raiser Card Program'. Which that company of Mark's had just repossessed from ADCS, NWAV's former ticker but same CEO, for non-payment (kind of funny that Mark couldn't pay himself).
SchoolFuel is an exact copy of the ServeNation business model, which MIK* holds the patent on according to Mark himself.
And Mark has thrown around some of the same outrageous sales potential numbers here, just worded slightly differently than he did on that company's PR.
OH, and he did multiple CCs, all of which have since disappeared.
Customer service must be a regional thing. Most peeps I know have Verizon for the coverage, but the few with Sprint are staying there because of the local Customer service.
%$@%#@ IT!!! I canceled a buy order yesterday, to pick up a different play. Should have left it there one more day, that is how it always works for me.
Odd....
News show from Japan, on PBS last night, said Softbank has a major announcement coming today as well. I can't imagine it would have anything to do with a Sprint pricing plan.
And here we go again.....

Thanks for the link! It shows that anyone can do what Mark has done, in 6 easy steps.....
But, But, But... Everyone here is buying and holding, not selling....
I agree with you on the stupidity of this type of action.
But maybe FINRA just looks at it as 'What difference does it make if there are a billion shares or a million, they are still practically un-tradeable. (I'm assuming the suspension threw them to the greys.)
No kidding, right?!
Some just don't get it, the conversation usually follows the same pattern:
1.) 'If you don't like it just sell!' We can't because of the DTCC chill.
2.) 'I can buy & sell at E-Trade all day long.' That doesn't mean anything to someone at A-Trade.
3.) 'Well switch to E-Trade.' I can't, they won't accept my garbage shares.
4.) 'Why would you want to sell anyway?' Because I'm not happy with situation.
5.) 'If you don't like it just sell!' AAARGH!!!
And I thank them....
This part of your post:
Canadian company, American holiday....
