JPM is in some serious heat...Jamie just got caught with his head in his cargopockets...

Not good for the Big Dogs.....the bigger they are the harder they fall.
I am predicting that in an internet age; USAA, Navy Federal and Army Federal Credit unions along with local smaller banks will survive this economic storm, just like Forrest Gump & Lieutenant Dan's Shrimp boat. This is because the big banks without REAL military members in their ranks will fail. A bank of "America" made up of people that won't fight for their America is bound to be sucked up and exploited by outside forces.
IT's a sleeper.
It's January 2011. No dividend yet. We could have had three sets of Irish twins in the time it's taken to sell these gold mines.
"Stupid", shucks, come on you got a have something better than that. Really, come on, can you come up with something better than "stupid" to throw at this theory than a cotton ball dipped in honey-suckle juice?
It's a hunch a bunch of my friends and I have. BAC will be the next Jonah thrown off this rocking ship. Sorry if this offends you, your hostile name calling responces are only validating our gut hunches that there are people "stuck" on the perceived success of this bank.
Truth is, go back and look at LEH, WAMU, and BSC posts in the weeks before their "deaths". You're almost plagerizing word for word the same thing 1,000's of analysts claimed about those banks before they were "crusified" by the former executives of Goldman Sachs officers and affiliates who were at that time in charge of the New Jersey, New York, Illinois, and Washington, DC.
Prove me wrong, I am just calling this one like I called the DOW bottom on Top Gun Investor many months ago. Do you like apples? How bout dem apples?
I can't get to twitter from our office's computers. Can you ask him for me?
I think you are on to something. This definately would have dropped to $0.0001 if there was no merit to their business. This stock has some serious potential. Management needs to put out some news.
Will our restricted ENCOT shares from last quarter earn dividends or just the unrestricted shares on ENTI? I wrote managment and asked, but no responce yet. I asked a bunch of CPAs and attorneys in my office and they said it was a great question and it was up to management's structure of the dividend. They could do it either way. Does anyone know?
If we do earn divies on the restricted shares as well as our unrestricted shares, that would be great.
YOu got a admit it's odd that you're post is the only one that has been left up on that board. That posse has successfully squashed anyone talking about what really is going on.
Obviously what I said was "interesting" enough to make you respond and mock me. Pride goes before a fall. Enjoy your Bank of America Trip. This I-Hub is a place to express ideas and thoughts. If yo udon't like my posts, don't respond. The fact is this market just canabolized BSC, LEH, and WAMU. I see BAC as ripe for the pickings. Citibank, Navy Federal Credit Union and USAA along with a new network of e-banks and local banks like the Peapack-Gladstone Bank are going to team up and kill BAC. THat's my prediction. We will see BAC become "toxic" and sold off to kill China. That's just a hunch. LIke a banking trojan-horse weapon or something. England and Russia would like nothing more than to see BAC take out China and I think America is an expert at packaging crap and selling it off to the world at a premium. Just a hunch, call me a fool, but it's a chess board out there and this is how I see the pieces lining up.
$0.05 by end of year. BOA is going to be the next Lehman Brothers, Bear Stearn, or Wamu. Just a hunch, but "they" are going to need another scapegoat soon and Jamie and his crew are ripe for the swipe. Just a hunch, but there is going to be some big scandal come out, and BoA is going to nose dive and get taken to the cleaners. The presidential election is comming up...this is no different than "Streets of New York". As long as they hang a few criminals in town square the general public thinks the world is safe and government is "doing work".
It's all just a little man pulling strings behind a curtain like the Wizard of Oz...
When are we going to get our dividend? This has been almost half a year now and not a single bit of information from management.
ENTI could play it either way. It would be logical to think that "restriction" means they can't be sold, but at the same time do they are shares and would be no different in dynamic to our free trading shares. Let's hope so, that would mean there is a potential for growth here for people to keep their money in the game.
Do our shares we earned last quarter that are restricted earn shares in dividend in the next quarter or only free trading shares we owned on Jan 12th?
Maybe they have $8.00, let's give them some credit, even the barber sticks the $1.00 in the mirror for good luck.
Well, that is why I think this market will always prevail. Because somewhere between the "investor" like you with tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars invested in 5,000 or more shares of CALC, and the "trader" like me who bought 5,000 shares worth for $60.00 at less than a penny a share we create value and indentity in this imaginery thing called "stock".
Like the "Buffets" both Wrren Buffet and Jimmy Buffet, are like you and I; a millioniare and a minstral alike can rest assure, that the market will always win. And it's because in this race, the turtle and the hair, you and I, are racing with each other, not against each other. Our forces of "worth" and "value" are an ammalgomation of specie backing the bid and ask. This is our playground and our baseball game; now let's play ball.
$0.05 this week?
So what's the best course of action? Will this do a dead cat bounce? I mean it looks like it dropped and could swing back to a nickel with people trying to sell out and recover something. Quick play, I mean someone bought shares last week at $0.0057 and the bid is twice that now. Perfect for sharks and vulture penny-flipper traders.
Agreed, this bear has either turned over in it's winter sleep, or is ready to come out of hibernation and go fishing.
CBIS needs someone who can start from the bottom, and work to the top. Someone who is on the front line of public policy regarding employment, medical-health care, and politics in the year 2011, unless that great generation of baby boomers starts building a "deep" bench of new executives, their efforts will be for nothing because ignorance will replace common sense like it did when they prohibited this medicine in the last century. My generation, the first generation that grew up with a home computer in our homes, the children who grew up in the 1980's, we are the paradigm shift that will catalyst the change from an oppressed cotton paper driven society to a silicon, electricity and light based society. In 2018 England's banks, the very people who invented the paper check, will no longer process them.
I am sure that at some point in my generation will be faced with the challenge of passing the torch to kids who grew up in a world of tele-commuting and internet commerce and did work, instead of showing up to a place called "work".
The same thing happened with steam ship captains that had to report to Admirals that had gained their experience solely from harnessing the power of wind in sails. Look at the records at Annapolis, countless times in our nation's history, technology has been the catalyst to change. Our ability to communicate with these tools we are using today, these laptops, cell phones, camera phones and smart phones, these tools will define the changes in our community as did the discovery of fire, the wheel, gunpowder, the atomic bomb, and now; the ability for words to travel "to and from" the far corners of the Earth in an instant.
If CBIS's management is wise, they will start to recruit many generations of leaders, future officers, and organize this already loosely put together network of millions of American farmers and consumers who are all working for the same goal.
Agreed, CBIS needs a Business Representative & spokesperson with the bearing of a US Marine Noncommissioned or Commissioned Officer, a real college education, an understanding and experience in government policy and protocol, and no wife or kids the feds and big money pharm and cotton producers can threaten or intimidate.
I am such a volunteer. With my mother's blessing I sent CBIS management my resume last week.
Me too, they have fire pits on the beach, and I grilled out there just a few months ago with my church's small group fellowship. Check out my facebook page, there are pictures of my friends and I playing acoustic guitars in front of a giant cement ring fire pit. That property isn't going anywhere unless there is a Tsunami. Look north towards LA and you will see absolute congestion from homes and infrastructure up the coast. CALC is right at the edge of where the ONLY natural progression and development of the community can go, save off the continental shelf and into the Pacific Ocean or inland. The only way that area can be developed is south. And CALC's land there is the next box in the hop-scotch.
Sorry, we were talking about another gold mining company. Sorry if there was any confusion. MXGD has a market-cap equivelent to the value of a used beat up Nissan Sentra. However, with 2 million shares traded and the low PPS, it attracks sharks and vultures like myself, bottom feeders if you will. If it hits $0.0001 we throw $100.00 at it an buy a million shares and immediately put a sell order for 500,000 shares at $0.0002. It works out really well every once in a while. The risk is $114.00 in and out with the possibility of a reverse split sucking the whole thing dry, however a lot of times you can snap off the 500,000 shares and wait out the storm that brought the company's PPS down to sub-penny. It's gambling, but if this ticks down another mil or two, I will bet $100.00 on this stock. I stress the word "bet". This isn't investing, this is entertainment and gambling.
Go to the PWX board. I am the moderator.
I agree....this is low hanging fruit.
No, and it was wierd. Some ADMIN person from I-HUB got all emotional and freaked out on me for creating the SAEIE board since technically it was a new trading symbol, but it lasted about 15 minutes before they took it down. People actually from I-HUB have been e-mailing me offering me free products and services. Since I am the Moderator for the PWX board and no one but myself and two other people post there, feel free to bring a discussion about any dynamic of this market, gold, silver, logistics, money, real-estate, rail or politics & religion and how they impact the market.
I agree with you....it's not good to be wearing "shorts" while trading certain stocks on the New York exchange this particular January. As far as I am concerned, I take solice in the fact that no person, including the President of the United States is obligated to tell the press the truth. Look at Bill Clinton and Monica Lewinski. THAT's an American President....why then would a Russian Billionaire who operates hundreds of blind trusts admit he had knowledge of anything when it's in his best interest to deny everything, and he is under no legal obligation to tell the truth. If it was a congressional hearing or SEC hearing, fine, but a Russsian Billionare making statements to a Canadian reporter is under no obligation to ever tell the truth in the first place. Deep down these people hate Americans, why would they tell us the truth, they just want to own our property, basketball teams, and live high on the hog in a completely different country conjuring up schemes just like this one could very well be.
"For those about to rock, we salute you!"
I don't get it, this CEF should be one of the hottest symbols on the exchange and talked about on I-HUB. It's under $5.00, trades every day, spits out an 8% divi, and isn't going anywhere because there is a better chance the NY-FED will fail before Blackrock will even flinch. Forget about "deep pockets", these guys have duffle-bags full of gold bullion sewn to their pant-legs. I was at the Ivy Last night chatting it up with some of the good ole boys and one very smart girl at the bar while singing kareokee covers of Kenny Rodger's song; "The Gambler". We all agreed that this is one of the safest bets with the least risk.
I would love to see Janice Shell and her Posse of British Basher's thoughts about HIS. This is about to rock the market. Watch for a rise to $3.00. People are sick of banks. Who needs a 1.73% yielding savings account at a bank with minimum deposit of $10,000.00 when we have Blackrock HIS Closed End Funds yielding 8% with pre-taxed DRIPS available for just over $2.00 a share with a minimum deposit of $500.00 at any on line broker or even a Scottrade located in a strip mall near you?
"Good things come to those that wait, but greater things come to those who when and when not to hesitate"
I know why, take a look at WHERE this property is. It's where most of us military veterans returning from overseas wars want to relocate and start our families. Orange County property development isn't going anywhere, it may be put on hold like the Las Vegas strip has been for a few years during this slump, but rest assured, there are thousands of troops returning home from war who want nothing more than to meet a California girl, buy a house, make some kids or adopt them and watch them be Danny, Sandra, and Pinky at the El Camino Play House in San Juan Capistrano. While we veterans are returning home to where we grew up like I did as the only member of my graduating class of 1992 from Hopewell Valley CHS in Pennington, New Jersey to have served in combat did, many of us are finding the East Coast towns we left are absoultely full of lip service towards veterans, empty and void of opportunity or potential to pursue happiness. Unlike our Eisenhower led predecessors in cookie cutter homes, with parks and highway jobs along with a giant well funded military machine with a cold war to fund a fight, we're NOT looking at property in Levittown, Pennsylvania, Newark, New Jersey, or Chicago, Illinois; NO we are looking at that place we've been dreaming about from the fox holes and trenches, deep down submarines and far off shores... a place called Orange County; a military friendly place unlike the East Coast where Veterans are treated like ex-cons. California respects military veterans and the people in California treat us with ten times the respect that East Coasters do. It's just a hunch, but the properties that CALC is involved with are located in the area that most of my friends and I are fighting tooth and nail to start a new life after we get done with our duty to Uncle Sam and his younger brother Chris Christie...
"comming from a gmail account at an airbase in California" Which airbase? I hope it's not in Los Angeles....that would just be too much of a coincidence. This whole story is getting deeper and deeper by the minute, and people are scattered all over this I-Hub trying to discuss it, but they can't because MODs are banning and deleting questions and answers faster than they can be posted. There is something big stirring underneath the surface here.
"We're gonna need a bigger boat" Richard Dryfus, 'JAWS'
Thanks. I agree with you to.
It would be nice to get some feedback or news on this 2010 dividend and warrants. Are they still on Holiday break?
We called it last summer....this whole rail and mass transit industry that has been dormant is about to wake up and tap that sleeping giant on the shoulder and remind it that the world is killing our American economy and we need to start exporting goods and services, not importing $1.00 store gimics of plastic rubber dog poop, pop-rocks, and soda from China.
This is a nice buy if it dips under $1.95. There seems to be a groove and rhythm to this and it's only going up.
This is creeping up guys, news is bound to be on the way and one thing is for sure; this industry is growing and is going to be around long after all of us are long gone generations from now.
I thought they were getting a pending patent on the new dehydrated water product lines.... lol...."TO DA MOON!"
Can you restate the questions, I was busy yesterday. This is called a discussion, and I am willing to be proven wrong like a gentlemen. So please; ask away. Also realize I am not a paying IHUBER and have only a few posts each day. I want to buy every gold mining stock in North America that is under a nickel and over a penny. Please ask away.
Let's try to keep posting back and forth and get some other people to post stuff here, and we can get on the top-15 most active list. I think MONA has some great business potential. I just had delivery from them this past weekend and it was the best stuff ever. Let me tell ya, they sure do know how to cook a goose. Great potatoes and lamb as well. Funny, I don't know if they had any cheeses.
Does anyone have any news?
I have a hunch we are bound to see something come from MONA management soon. It's that time of year again.
