Remember J-Mac that this stock is trading in 100 share lots, so if you put in an order for lets say 1000 shares, the MM may not of had the time to split up your order and give you a partial fill that close to the close.....

On the contrary Coldcash, the company is slowly educating the market on the significance of their patented process for activating rubber powders by issuing informative NRs over time as the process unfolds. Recently they have told us how widespread the applications are, and that the compounds have been manufactured at and will be independently analyzed by the Malaysian Rubber Institute. Today they advised us that they have sent a custom compound prepared for Light Truck Tires to a commercial manufacturing facility, that it was added to their batch with no increase in processing time other than to film it, and it will undergo tests to verify suitability for this application. I agree it does require some patience as this process is rolled out for the first time, however the implications are huge for both Magnum, it’s investors and the rubber manufacturers. I've never seen a company as transparent as Magnum in keeping its investors informed. You could say to the extreme, but I'd rather a company issued too many NRs, rather than too few.

Hey Stoxrock - referring to you and your buddies as "bashers" is the first accurate thing I've heard you say. The rest of your posts are nonesense and really, you've got to work on your spelling and grammer - it's atrocious.

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Sept. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Magnum D'Or Resources, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MDOR - News), a next generation rubber recycling solutions company, announces the successful blending of the Magnum/SRI Next Generation Custom Compound as Raw Material in Manufacturers Production Process.
Video 2 Magnum/SRI Next Generation Light Truck Compound: http://dl.getdropbox.com/u/668255/Part%202%20Light%20Truck%20Compound.m4v
Magnum/SRI has successfully cleared almost all the key manufacturing and process hurdles in one of the most challenging and demanding product manufacturing processes. This is a product (Magnum/SRI custom compound) that provides for very high final performance specifications as well as significant increase in added value and savings in raw material costs. Subsequent to succeeding in laboratory trials, Magnum/SRI has officially duplicated the success of its products under actual challenging conditions.
After recently successfully producing the Magnum/SRI custom compound in commercial scale at World Renowned Malaysian Rubber Board's, Rubber Research Institute facility in Sg. Buloh http://www.lgm.gov.my/, using standard manufacturing equipment and processes, Magnum/SRI sent the custom compound to a commercial manufacturing facility in order to be utilized as a value added raw material. This institutional facility produces between 1,000 to 1,500mt of compound per month which they then manufacture product with including light truck tires, retread, motorcycle tires, bicycle tires, all types of tubes and tire flaps.
The Magnum/SRI custom compound was introduced at the facility in the dump mill/sheeting mill stage, where it successfully blended into the manufacturing process without any issues and beyond the few seconds it took to physically load our material onto the operating mill (to allow the camera to see it happen), there was no increase in process time. The composite material in this case a blend between our custom compound (Produced earlier at the RRI http://www.lgm.gov.my/) and the manufacturer's standard Virgin Light Truck Tire Compound.
The composite final Light Truck compound was then sheeted out, dipped into slurry of anti-tack solution (prevent the sheets from sticking together), passed through a cooling festoon and then set aside for conditioning. This conditioning process is between 4 hrs to 12 hrs, in this case the composite final compound was conditioned for 12 hours. Subsequently, it will be tested, evaluated and compared against manufacturer's regular production material statistics. Further, it will be determined whether the product passes and is considered for further processing, in this case light truck tires.
The significance of using this Magnum/SRI blended Next Generation composite compound is that in a very competitive environment of rising raw material and processing costs is that it allows for a savings in raw material costs (for the manufacturer) of between 4-11% subject to application, without compromising their product quality (basically unheard of in the rubber industry).
All the laboratory tests conducted on this product have proven that it will be within required parameters; however, real success will come when the product is evaluated under actual production conditions, an answer Magnum/SRI will present in the next few days.
Gopi Sekhar, CEO of SRI (Sekhar Research Innovations Sdn Bhd) stated, "Today is a major watershed moment for the Magnum SRI custom compound in terms of technical hurdles. All earlier tests and trials have been on small scale and without the vagaries of actual production conditions which can have huge temperature swings, process time limitations and variable conditions that can be very challenging to say the least. Further, of all the applications that we have tested for, this would be the one with the highest performance parameters and properties. To have cleared this stage of manufacture is of enormous importance to us in the Magnum/SRI project as it effectively confirms our ability to be used without problems and without causing any process changes of process time losses to the manufacturers. With this we can safely confirm our smooth entree into a very wide range of applications whose process conditions would be much less challenging than this while meeting all their performance characteristics. This successful portion of the production trial effectively confirms the financial viability of the Magnum/SRI Next Generation custom compounds with quite a wide variety of volume mid range applications."
I try to interpret them based on technicals leaving out the emotion as much as possible. Consolidation is good as it builds energy needed for the next run.

QASP Chart: The stock closed higher on good volume today. Need another day to confirm if the trend has reversed. There is resistance at $.022 the close today. Next resistance is at the 50 DMA of $.025. If these resistances are broken, they should provide good support.
Makamai
MDOR Chart: Today a fully engulfing candle formed which is bearish, and a previous gap that occurred yesterday was filled. The stock appears to want to consolidate, however contineud news from the company could continue the upward trend.
TSHO Chart: Although volume dropped to more normal levels today, the stock price remained at higher than expected levels based on the past 3 days candle chart indicators. It appears we will be in a period of consolidation for now, but may remain near these present levels.
As I've said repeatedly, this is the bread and butter for the company. No matter how many recycling facilities Magnum is able to establish world wide, they will never be able to meet the demand for their activited powders and compounds. Now they have successfully produced and tested the Revolutionary Magnum SRI Custom Compounds in the World Renowned Malaysian Rubber Board's, Rubber Research Institute facility in Sg. Buloh. This adds total credibility to the company's patented processes and will lead to millions of dollars in sales.

MDOR CHART: The stock continues it's breakout - The Full Sto and MACD have crossed over and along with the RSI, all three are trending upward. Volume continues to increase with more news expected ahead. Looks like more of the same tomorrow.
Basically around the first of last week.
TSHO CHART: Today a hanging man candlestick formed. Hanging Man candlesticks form when the stock price moves significantly lower after the open, but rallies to close well above the intraday low. Over the last 3 trading days, the evening doji star that I spoke of yesterday was confirmed. Both patterns are bearish.
I agree - keep in mind there is a promo going on right now so trading volume is higher than normal. Many of these folks will buy and hold once they have completed their DD and realize what TSHO has to offer. Others, however, will play the chart and swing trade. The stock should consolidate at a higher level than prior to the promo if the company has news frequently enough to encourage periodic buying.

I wouldn't dignify their posts with a response - naysayers have their own agenda and don't own the stock. This is a start-up company and things always take longer than initially anticipated. Wait till the news comes out regarding SRI/Magnum compounds that's promised this week. That will be a real eye opener.
Makamai
We had a day similer to this on August 17th when the weak hands were washed out. It bounced back nicely, however I suspect we'll see some days of consolidation and I suspect that will be at levels below today's close.
Makamai
I don't put as much faith in determining if there is a cup and handle or other long term patterns as I do in recent candle pattern formations. Today's candle so far is totally engulfing the last two days and depending on the close, it has the appearance of an evening doji star which is a 3 day bearish reversal pattern.

MDOR Chart below: – The stock broke out today on news over the weekend, that the company has completed the acquisition of possibly the largest tire landfill in North America, located in Colorado. In news that just came out tonight, "Magnum will release some more exciting news this week in regards to the new Magnum/SRI revolutionary rubber recycling solutions for next generation custom compounds." This is what this company is all about and what will set it apart from other rubber recyclers. This will lead to Magnum becoming a worldwide conglomerate. The SRI/Magnum process of activating rubber powders to bond with virgin rubber is patented and can be used by any rubber manufacturer worldwide to replace a significant percentage of virgin rubber with the SRI/Magnum compound, with no degradation of properties. This "Green Solution" will be the first significant step towards saving our dwindling virgin rubber forests on the one hand, while providing a solution for used tires and tire landfills on the other.

TSHO CHART: Today a doji was formed which indicates indecision between buyers and sellers. Over the last two days a doji star was formed and over the last 3 trading days, volume has decreased. This scenario generally shows erosion of confidence in the current trend. Confirmation of a trend reversal would be a lower open tomorrow.

I noticed that - seems like there are a lot of bags that most likely have buffings in them stored in the wharehouse, but no sign of shredders or other machinery. It's possible they were doing it outside, but you would think there would be some machinery visible.

Maone - if you are in touch with the company, you might let them know that if they want the biggest bang for their buck in issuing NRs, they need to do it during market hours. Otherwise it won't show up on investors trading platforms as "news" so those who have it on their radar will miss it. It won't show up on their platforms tomorrow because it's today's news. For what it's worth...

MDOR Chart - Major breakout today - blew through the upper bollinger band on 2.3 mil volume with the RSI, MACD and Full Sto turning positive. This is based on news after the close Friday and over the weekend that the Colorado tire landfill acquisition was completed. I anticipate more news this week based on recent NRs regarding the company's patented process to be able to replace a significant percentage of virgin rubber wih recycled rubber for manufactured rubber products such as tires, etc. This will have major world wide implications in helping to save our virgin rubber forests, not to mention decreasing manufacturing costs.
Why By MDOR - Look at the Chart below - Major breakout today - blew through the upper bollinger band on 2.3 mil volume based on news after the close Friday and over the weekend that the Colorado tire landfill acquisition was completed. I anticipate more news this week based on recent NRs regarding the company's patented process to be able to replace a significant percentage of virgin rubber wih recycled rubber for manufactured rubber products such as tires, etc. That will reduce manufacturing costs with no degradation of product specifications. This will have major world wide implications, not the least of which will be to extend the life of our virgin rubber forests. Cohen Independant Research has provided analyst coverage of the stock, giving it a buy rating with an expected $4.00 plus target price.

weNeedsProfit - Stockrox has his own agenda, the fact is that MDOR purchased the tire dump out of Bankruptcy Court which required that it be paid for prior to closing. They recorded the purchase on August 26. Those are the facts - MDOR owns the property and all improvements on the property. Any distortion of those facts by posters like Stockrox are just simply that - distortion of the facts.
Makmaai
Based on recent NRs, there is a lot more than the Colorado purchase that we'll be hearing about soon, that will make it seem minor by comparision - the SRI connection.
Good point W6 - Many Colo folks don't care for fact that their state has welcomed so many scrap tires from many other states, not just Colo. If MDOR cleans it up and reduces the inventory substantially, and as you said creates new jobs they should be welcomed to the community.
Makamai
Aloha MB - I try to be as factual as possible keeping emotion to a minimum. This is a good stock, however the MMs will play with it in spite of volume, so we have the Marketeers saying it's going to the moon, and I'm saying based on the chart's technical analysis that it could consolidate before marching upward again. I guess on Monday we'll know the answer.
Makamai
Yes Coldcash, as I stated in my last post they closed the BK and it has been recorded. That's why they had to issue the 8K as it was a material event since they now own the property.
Yes, I have spoken with management and I have owned this stock for about 5 years. They are finally at the point where they can make some serious money, having a patented process for mixing significant quantities of recycled tire powders in with virgin rubber to cut manufacturing costs for rubber fabricators and save virgin forests. This process will have a major impact world wide. For more info on the process and it's potential impact, check out the NRs that have been issued in July and August. They also have a very informative website http://www.magnumresoruces.net

TSHO CHART: On Friday, a spinning top formed after two long body gains. The small third body suggests that the rally is losing strength and preparing for a reversal with the possibility of an evening star forming on Monday. If that occurs, it would be a healthy pull back with consolidation sure to follow at higher levels than the past.
Makamai
Maybe you should put your glasses on and read the entire 8K as it stated further down "The closing took place on August 25, 2009, and subsequently recorded on August 26, 2009". What you quoted was from old news from June 12 when they first approached the bankruptcy court.

Why Buy MDOR - Signupstocks has just announced coverage of MDOR after the close today. MDOR just filed an 8K announcing completion of the acquisition of the largest tire landfill in North America, located in Colorado, that has over 30 million tires stored on the facility. In addition, MDOR's patented rubber processes will allow high percentages of recycled tire powder to be inserted in the rubber manufacturing process saving a rapidly decreasing virgin rubber supply. "Magnum works with SRI, Sekhar Research Innovations, which develops technologies and equipment for rubber recycling." That reporter's DD is certainly lacking....SRI's technology centers around fine powder applications as a natural rubber substitute for rubber products, rather than equipment for rubber recycling. Based on recent NRs, we'll be hearing more about that in the near future.

TSHO Chart - Nothing but blue sky ahead. TSHO set a new 52 week high last two closes. All indicators in a positive trend and closed at the high of the day.
Glad to do the honors - if there ever was a "breakout" this certainly is it!
Makamai
TSHO Chart - We are into blue sky country at this point - you have to go back to 2007 to find any resistance. All indicators trending up and we closed at the high of the day on the highest volume since the spike on June 22. Technically speaking, all systems go for a continuation tomorrow as long as we maintain the volume.
Makamai
$.28 back on the ask - as long as the volume continues, we should continue to see the price climb. Considering the volume, with the bid/ask at 100 shares vice the normal 5000 shares for a stock in this price range, hard to see how the price is still so low. That certainly confirms the fact that this stock has a very low float.
Makamai
For whatever reason the company isn't willing to provide the market with specifics regarding AirStar purchase. That coupled with no news resuts in downward pressure on the stock. Hopefully they will get serious about promoting the stock soon as it certainly is undervalued at present levels.
Makamai
From a technical standpoint, there was a fully englufing candle yesterday. From an emotional standpoint, possibly due to the delay in completing the acquisitions based on the news and the error in the news that I just mentioned. IMHO, this is another buying opportunity for those who still have a few bucks to invest.
