OK... Let's see it this is worth a shot. (or I get shot)
We see the trading pattern starting June 10th with it being the start of 2 days down, 4 up. 2 days down, 4 up. We see that pattern. Ok, on the first day of the "4 days up", look at where the low of the day hit. It matched the low of the 2nd day down, which was the trading day before. Now we are supposed to be on the 1st day of the 4 days up. Look at where we match right now, last trading day low.
So on the first day of the 4 days up, the price went down before turning green.
Could it be doing that again today?
IMO
EasyWay,
I have to agree with this statement. I for one would not knowingly scam people, then invite them to the place of so called business. I wouldn't have the nerve (or balls) to steal their money and look them in the face.
"But I cannot believe anyone would create this business and get a warehouse that is converted into a production facility, and make all this product, and have an open house for all to view their setup if this were all a scam. It just doesn't make any sense."
Are there still 2 mm's at 5 anyone? Thanks
They are showing the bid of 4.
Also, I just noticed on the chart: Look at June 11th. 4 days flat or up, then 2 down. June 20,23,24,25 up, then 2 down. If it does repeat itself, then monday would be an up day. Of course IMO.
lol. yep
5,750,000 on the 4.. nice buy
Did you notice the bottom of the BBand showing up on the chart starting to pinch with the upper? Tightening up. Gonna break either way sooner or later. My guess is up. IMO
Thanks.
How many at 5? Thanks
Looks like 4's are gone. Ameritrade doesn't have L2 for this one though.
Hope so too. Currently out of bullets like another poster said.
Me too. I bought 7 mil in the past half hour to help take out the 4's.
Got em.
Filled Buy 750000 PINR Limit 0.0004 -- -- 13:50:48 06/27/08
Filled Buy 1250000 PINR Limit 0.0004 -- -- 13:50:18 06/27/08
Thanks.. going for another 2 mil at .0004. Gotta take them out
I hit the last 5 million shares at .0004
yeah it could be really interesting the next week or so, even longer term.
A buy. I haven't sold one share yet. About out of funds to buy more. Holding 19 mil.
They just mirrored my 350k test trade at .0008
19 million shares would look good at .005 or any above.
PINR .0007's are gone.
PINR ask getting smacked.
PINR asked getting smacked.
nice buys.
I got that 2mil at 12:55. I actually had the order for .0007 but they gave them to me at .0006
everytime I bought today they mirrored my trades.
Thanks and to you too MOMO.
I think I will hit them.
How many left at 6?
Thanks
I'm hittin the ask, adding to my position.
Let's move this baby.
News.
Pine Ridge Holdings/ServeNation Continues Growth Strategy With New Markets
Tuesday June 10, 3:16 pm ET
FORT WAYNE, IN--(MARKET WIRE)--Jun 10, 2008 -- Pine Ridge Holdings, Inc. (Other OTC:PINR.PK - News) CEO Kevin May announced today ServeNation continues to exceed its goals as it entered two new markets just last week. The goal of ServeNation is to create networks and fundraising mechanisms for non-profits that have passionate supporters.

May explained, "Last week, ServeNation entered two new non-profit markets. The first is in animal rescue -- where abandoned and injured animals are cared for. The second and most exciting from my perspective is in the non-profit family friendly radio market. Non-profit radio stations providing a family friendly format have millions of listeners across the country. The first station with a store is Star 88.3 (www.star883.org) with significant impact and a large listenership. Their goal alone is more than 150 orders per day. Perhaps most significant is that the General Manager, Melissa Montana, is known in the industry and has relationships with many other stations across the country and is willing to introduce the ServeNation store concept to the others."
"With each market entered, we make our goal of 500 orders per day that much easier. We now have a couple sites that by themselves could produce these numbers. As we add more and more sites, it spreads this goal out and makes it even easier to attain. At 500 orders per day yearly revenues could well exceed $45 million and we still believe that this goal will be reached by year end," continued May.
"I don't believe the market is grasping the huge opportunity this has presented for the company. Most people have a special charity near and dear to their heart. Whether it is Breast Cancer research to Animal Shelters, ServeNation has provided a way that we can buy gift cards for our normal retail spending and at the same time help out the special charity. For instance, I have a friend that each month buys his wife a $50 gift card from Starbucks. He now buys them through ServeNation automatically each month and the charity of his choice gets part of that purchase. I would encourage all shareholders to go to www.servenation.com and just view the number of gift cards available to be purchased. There are restaurants, grocery stores, book stores, shoe stores, department stores, gas cards and much more. ServeNation has developed the means to donate to your favorite charity with each purchase you make of everyday items. And Pine Ridge also benefits with each purchase. I cannot think of a better way to spend money and serve the charities of my choosing," concluded May.

yeah I caught that also. I didn't even feel like replying to them.
I am from south Louisiana... we talk like crap so I have to read my post a couple times before submitting it.
yeah I went ahead and replied to correct him. I will post his response when I get it.
In response to my own email where I said "innocent investors". I ultimately blame myself. I want to admit that first before others read it and bash me for being stupid.
I also received a response from the VStarr website. I didn't bother to reply.

I wanted to personally thank everyone at VStarr and ADCS for taking
thousands of dollars from innocent investors.
I hope you invest it and lose it all. May the day come for all of you.
Thank you for your comments. ADCS announced weeks ago that they needed to raise the authorized shares. There no surprises. We are serious about making this a success. We need capitol to move forward. Thank you!
Of course I sent a sarcastic email to ADCS. I will copy and paste the exchanges of this email. It may be funny.

Comments: Way to dilute the crap of this stock. You are doing a great job at shareholder value. At least give the shareholders time to put on make-up so when you screw them they can be pretty. Awesome job.
