thaliowizard if you own any CYGX you are the biggest conflict of interest here to your own stock ,but we all can see through you and you know what you are, in a way I thank you , that means that the market makers can't hold this stock down and you and the new flies have come to try and shake the tree. I am reading and laughing at the posts that are trying their best to bash ,very funny LOL.
Chapman every company has stock options that does not mean that all the stocks will all be given out all at once but over a period of several years and the dilution effect would only happen if and when the stocks are sold into the float, when that happens I am hoping that the price would be far greater than 50 dollars a share and institutions would be buying and holding for a greater price.
Yes new flies have arrived to bash .The MM are getting nervous because the future is so sweet for CYGX, the market makers are sending in new flies to try to shake out the weak .This is very good to see, thanks new flies.
holycow and Bigworld both of your posts are very very inspirational and gives me a feeling of something greater than we all can imagine will happen for the good of all ,thank you both for your wonderful posts.
With Cytogenix new small strand pure DNA plus it's inexpensive to make, CYGX will make its own market, and it will grow .I started to think of the model T ford cheap durable and there wasn't much of a market for cars in the beginning only the rich could afford them , one man thought of away of making it cheaper and better. Same thing happened with the silicone chip ,now look at the chip industry ,we may all be sitting on the biggest stock of all times and we don't even realize it.
I read this from Cytogenix's website on the new small strand DNA [The entire process is bench-scale and requires minimal equipment, space or human intervention in comparison to bioprocess manufacturing facilities. The requirement for numerous cell banks is drastically reduced and no yield optimization steps that can add weeks or months to the production process are required. This process lends itself to liquid-handling automation and one technician can synthesize gram quantities in a fraction of the time required for fermentation working in compact room-sized facilities.]So the DNA lab that is going to be built will produce kilogram or more of DNA.I will be buying as much as I can in the next 12 months because when this is publicly known through a TV spot or major news network CYGX stock will be real expensive to buy.
Flu vaccine are in demand .

Tatonkano62 Thanks for the profile ,I did not know this part.
TroVec is in essence an Antisense ODN delivery system.
Did you notice today is a day of quiet accumulation.
metro22 or mos2u from raging bull board what's funny is you can't read or understand this PR .The license is to use the HIV DNA plasmid developed by the National Institute of Health ,then CytoGenix scientists will conduct animal studies with a synthetic DNA vaccine derived from HIV gene sequences contained in the NIH plasmid . Always reread before you post less chance of making yourself look like a basher .
skoobyfl1 thanks for your thoughts ,very good, this is indeed interesting [The DNA vaccine, it appears large pharma has moved away from antibiotics and DNA vaccines. With new approaches from CYGX, different groups have been contacted by CYGX to help them bring new products to market.]I would rather have a steady PPS up than a spike ,we all know this very possible ,things are getting exciting .Just think, someday getting a vaccine shot that we own stock in ,WOW. And our shot will help us live longer so we can enjoy the fruits of our investment, only in America . This is great!!! Now if I don't die of a heart attack in the meantime with all this excitement to come . LOL
holycow very nice overview of the Malcolm Skolnick, PhD, JD interview ,also my take is things are getting very busy at Cytogenix and different departments must be created in order to take some pressure off of management, thus the search for new help .If anyone else is interested to listen here is the interview.

bigworld I am interested in how this works with AVII antisense compounds ,do they have to use DNA strands for they methods ,or is it more or a chemical response technology ? Its so very different { reverse TAT polypeptide coupled to a Neugene antisense compound.} Did you find out if this technology is very expensive to make ? And could Cytogenix synthetic DNA be of any help for this company to use ?
It would have been nice if this interviewed was put in a press release .I listened to the new Malcolm interview , he stated that we are moving into a product development company and we will be looking for new management .It sounds like that the company is planning subsidiaries to be formed.
New interview with Malcolm on The Wall Street Reporter.

1/3/05 Genta had 80 million shares outstanding and 38 % was owned by institutions .5/18/05 Gnta has 95 million shares outstanding and 17% is owned by institutions ,do you think that the rats are jumping ship before it sinks ,and look at how much the insiders own now , its not much , people should be careful and don't get stupid and buy this scam .The robber barons of a CEO and CFO of genta knows how to put out the Pr's ,they are still selling and the institutions are still running away from GNTA ,only an idiot would buy it ,and we all know of one that already did
This new interview with Malcolm is great ,we must all listen.

Cytogenix press release on this site.
http://dnavaccine.com/
The following statement is why Cytogenix will be the top man in the DNA business.
The key to success with these genetic interventions is to insure that sufficient quantities of the ssDNA molecules ultimately are produced in targeted cells or induced from external sources. CytoGenix has invented what functions as a tiny biological "factory" that, after introduction into the cell, actually produces many copies of specific ssDNA molecules in the cell. The business of CytoGenix is to refine this technology and apply it to the delivery of various patented DNA molecules for the development of effective therapeutic drugs
I would like to read a follow up press release soon on this from Cytogenix.
work with a researcher at a major medical school who is using the company's ssDNA expression vector with a propietary aerosol delivery system against a cancer gene common to metatastic tumor cells.
Anti- Solid Tumor Gene Therapy
The Company has entered into an agreement with scientists at a university gene therapy center for preclinical experiments using the company's ssDNA expression vector technology to silence a gene that has been shown to cause malignant transformation of tumor cells.
The combination of a proprietary delivery technology and CytoGenix' gene silencing technology has great potential for treating malignancies particularly in breast, head, neck, and prostate tumors
Is Cytogenix still looking for more employees.

Cytogenix web page updated ,click under What's New ,Cell free large scale DNA production.
http://cytogenix.com/index.html
Wow
The capital costs for physical plant and on-going fixed and variable operating expenses are projected to be considerably less than the costs of large-scale bioprocess methods. We believe that DNA produced using our cell-free method will be more consistent, of higher purity, with improved stability and will enable delivery of higher concentrations of the active pharmaceutical ingredient, if necessary
Very Very Nice
Cell-free amplification of C-DNA has many important benefits beginning with the size and composition of the plasmid. Under this system, there is no need for bacterial replication genes or selection markers such as antibiotic resistant genes. In most cases, this will reduce the size and weight of the therapeutic C-DNA by at least 3,000 base pairs or a molecular weight of approximately 2,000 kilo Daltons. The total absence of bacteria and growth media assures that there is no need to employ mechanical or chemical purification methods to extract cell or animal proteins, RNA, genomic DNA and backbone molecules. This feature allows the designer more control of coding for non-specific and specific immune responses.
Very Nice
The entire process is bench-scale and requires minimal equipment, space or human intervention in comparison to bioprocess manufacturing facilities. The requirement for numerous cell banks is drastically reduced and no yield optimization steps that can add weeks or months to the production process are required. This process lends itself to liquid-handling automation and one technician can synthesize gram quantities in a fraction of the time required for fermentation working in compact room-sized facilitie
nice.
Our experiments have shown that the biological response to C-DNAs with no vector backbone is higher than using traditional plasmids. Other investigators have reported greater activity levels of in vivo studies using"DNA mini circles'. In terms of cost, this would translate in substantial savings since less DNA would be required for an equivalent effect
Everyone go to Cytogenix web site click on What's New ,Its new.
http://cytogenix.com/index.html
It is our goal to make nucleic acid-based drug substance produced using this cell-free method suitable for use in humans for the purpose of testing under the auspices of the Food and Drug Administration. We intend to implement standard operating procedures and maintain compliance with current good manufacturing practice (cGMP) to allow the production of clinical grade material. Benefits provided by the cell-free synthesis from a regulatory agency review and compliance perspective are significant. By beginning with a well-characterized master construct, there is minimal need for cell bank systems (master or working cell banks), thus reducing the risk and amount of documentation, space and cost. Furthermore, methods for cell collection, processing and culture conditions would no longer be necessary and would substantially reduce QA/QC and compliance overhead costs associated with these activities.
Sanoman you are correct.
skooby, I hear 2 bugs now I guess we are about to rock. The fruit must be sweet if the fly is buzzing .LOL
Tatonkano62 I hear a nervous fly buzzing around today that usually means that things are about to explode up and the fly whats to buy .The news on insider buying is very good and means that we are on track.
My take on DNA vaccines is that it was not cost effective in the past ,It worked great, but with the 250,000 dollar a gram price tag no one could afford the injections .Now along comes Cytogenix with a revolutionary technology , DNA now can be made ,costing pennies on the dollar, and it even works better due to its small strands .It last forever in the body, and very tough even in a storage condition, you can vaccinate against many disease at a time with one injection ,read as much as 18 different disease ,I think in the near future when all this really sinks into our brains we will collectively kick ourselves for not buy more CYGX.
I wonder if any of this money will be used for cytogenix research .

Redes En Acción: The National Latino Cancer Research Network is the most extensive collaboration of organizations ever assembled to address cancer disparities in Latino populations, according to Baylor. This is the second five-year grant awarded to the program.
It is coordinated within the Chronic Disease Prevention and Control Research Center in the BCM Department of Medicine, and directed by Dr. Amelie G. Ramirez, professor of medicine. Ramirez is director of the Baylor Cancer Center Office of Outreach and Health Disparities Research and deputy director of the research center.
The new $95 million NCI initiative, called the Community Networks Program, is aimed at reducing cancer deaths among minority and underserved populations through community-based cancer prevention and control activities in geographically and culturally diverse areas of the country. Redes En Acción (Networks in Action) is one of up to 25 projects to be funded by the networks program initiative targeting cancer disparities in Hispanics/Latinos, African Americans, American Indians and Alaska Natives, Asians, Hawaiian Natives and other Pacific Islanders, and the rural poor.
Of the network programs funded, Redes En Acción is one of only six with a nationwide focus. Other funded programs will have either a local or regional scope of activities.
Redes En Acción regional activities will be coordinated by five program co-principal investigators: Dr. Eliseo J. Perez-Stable, of the University of California, San Francisco; Dr. Gregory A. Talavera, San Diego State University; Dr. Maria E. Fernandez, The University of Texas-Houston Health Science Center, School of Public Health; Dr. J. Emilio Carrillo, The Brooklyn Hospital Center; and Dr. Frank J. Penedo, University of Miami.
holycow I did not know this about DNA vaccines ,WOW.
They are extremely stable. Unlike many conventional vaccines that must be held at a constant temperature, DNA vaccines can be stored under a vast array of conditions either dried or in a solution. This eliminates the need for the "cold chain" -- the series of refrigerators required to maintain a vaccine during distribution. This will greatly improve the ability to deliver vaccines to remote areas in developing countries
It went through at .69 cents 3000 shares ,very happy.
I am putting in a buy order in for 3000 shares at .70 I hope it fills.
Tatonkano62 correct me if I am wrong but vaccines don't have to go through FDA processes like cures do ,If that was the case the latest flew vaccines would take years to be approved ,and half the population would be infected by then .So if we can get into the vaccine business and the DNA selling business we all should be golden.
neo43 Malcolm is looking for investors with a strong Bio background that will hold, with intelligence ,not day trading people looking for a quick dollar .This is a good way of weeding out the day traders ,Cytogenix will eventually get the spot light put on them, in the mean time, buy.
