Chapman every company has stock options that does not mean that all the stocks will all be given out all at once but over a period of several years and the dilution effect would only happen if and when the stocks are sold into the float, when that happens I am hoping that the price would be far greater than 50 dollars a share and institutions would be buying and holding for a greater price.
