I recognize most of what you are bringing up, but there is so much I am not sure if it is new, or I had seen it previously, on this one I clicked the link. Now , we are getting to the point where we should be receiving updates on all of these previously released contract signings.
Thanks for the research.
As I was reading Tiso's post, I recalled the France projects, and I realized , damn, this would be so much easier if I had them on a spreadsheet, and then I could track progress on them, add all revenue projections, and all sorts of other fun stuff.
This is a octupus, tentacles all over the place, it would help me keep track of things, and also alert me if "changes" were made in the business plan.
What is now needed is a status report on this and every other project that contracts were signed on.
Has it begun construction? Is it completed?
Total cost. Yearly revenue projections , and yearly operating costs, we did see some interesting financing arrangements and revenue paybacks in that 50 million line of credit. There were also interesting monthly payouts in the SuperK to one of the entities.
BSP is actually a renowned contractor in the solar field, where are we with them on the various projects, what is the status of the stock purchase provision provided with BSP? The share price was to be over $6 per share.
Just some idle thoughts while eating lunch. I remembered DFD and solar projects so I clicked on the link, it was a October 2010 article. Hmmm, a scorecard (spreadsheet)of everything reported or signed, in contract would be nice , it would then be easy, (No, excuse me) easier to track the status of, and which projects have fallen off the business plan.
Well, back to work! I have some limit buys in place, they are not going to give shares away to drop the price without giving me some!!! Unless they just disregard them. :)
Waiting for funds to clear, hopefully tomorrow
I am in the holding PSPW is like a baseball season, 162 games long. The premise, the initial business plan, and 1/2 (guess which half) of the initial players made this a very attractive investment, especially early on.
The merger ocurred, great! Now we need to see what changes , if any, have been made in the business plan, what progress has been made. Until then, we wallow.
Although, as to the need of the investors to be informed, I believe over 80% of the investors have been informed of all of the above. it is just the public float, a tiny portion of this companys shares , that doesn't know what is occurring. And when the price per share hits a level that bothers the other 80%, then they will take action to move it northwards.
And I always keep in the back of my mind, those English lads at Seawind, who had a viable company beforehand, are as concerned , if not more so, than I , regarding the state of the share price. The other shareholders, behind their incommunicado corporate wall, I am less certain of.
The DH should reserved for Sunday softball beer leagues!
With volume of 3600, that is not a problem, other than it may turn my account red.
When 50,000 and more shares start selling at .43 and lower, that would be alarming.
Hopefully my powder will be dry tomorrow and I can pick up some cheapies,
And add to my already larger than fiscally responsible holdings
And I always was such a conservative fellow, :)
WHAT!
100 shares @ .40 to start the day.
If I didn't know better I would swear someone was trying to scare the hell out of PSPW longs here. :)
Okay, time to transfer funds into the Ameritrade account, set up some limit buys, if they want to give the stock away, I want some too.
My old arch nemesis, that secretive Persian consortuim, they may not exist any longer, and they took their contracts with them (in trust)?
They still seem to cast a giant shadow, even in dissolution.
What exactly is owed the creditors, if anything?
At least the English chaps are busy working, seem to busting tail in South America.
It's the solar plants in Europe and the Albanian hydro work where info is wanted.
Well, be careful when fishing in Switzerland, as you say, this is one large fish, and a smart one,
We don't want you to end up like Jonah. :)
Boy am I glad I was off the computer all day,
the volume takes the sting off the low prices. I agree with others, there is no way someone is selling their shares in the low .40's, just trying to drive this down....
We will hear from PSPW, sometime soon, in my lifetime I presume :)
Nah, you are just a long and strong PSPW warrior!! (for now)
:)
What do you mean by really good stuff?
Profit, revenues?
I don't expect profit, start up costs are huge,
and I really don't expect the revenue stream to start flowing either.
I am hoping for news of progress, contracts in Albania, are the projects going forward,
All of the South American projects in process, what is the expected yearly revenue per project, and the estimated payback time for that project.
This is just a baby.
I'm more concerned about 3 months from now, not 2 months ago. 2 months ago they just finalized the merger,
Since then the company has been busy, as it should be. I'll take my chances going forward.
Actually, I like to see the negative posts, and not have them deleted. I always lurk before buying, and try to replicate or find omitted info about the company in the intro.
Negative posts with backup are good, especially when they are refuted by supporters of the stock. The more information I can gather , the better. When someone slams the stock without providing details, that provides me with info regarding the poster.
Everything goes into the database, stock, poster, information.
I know investors sometimes get emotionally involved with a stock,:), especially when they are promoting it, one may consider it a personal attack. I like to see the Doubting Thomas, their questions open debate and may convince others after revisiting the debate.
And if this is a long term hold, an investment, it shouldn't matter much, the cream always rises.
If the investment is made for a quick flip, then I could see where undocumented bashing may hurt.
Just my approach, and I don't think it is a popular one.
To reach the $ values preached for these pennies, GTGP, PS@W, you need to hold at least 1 year, you have no idea how hard it is to get a business off the ground and moving. It is hard to sell "potential" while traded on the OTC, too many scams.
But the dot.coms ran on potential for quite a bit.
I suggest Dramimine for the long holders, the price will spike and drop and spike while still a pink sheet.
Dramamine has helped me immensely over the last 6 weeks while holding a ton of PS@W, and have a smaller stake here. This one I put in the vault, and will take a look at periodically, hopefully add when small chunks when I can.
I will be happy when we hit our previous high, after surviving the last couple of weeks, once we hit the previous high, will I consider $5 reachable.
Once the company starts to release news , this will rise. Obviously, it is not imperative for them to release any news yet, and I trust their judgement. We will hear eventually, this is a real company, with real projects and ambitious plans.
All of the above does not necessarily coincide with a penny stock investor philosophy.
:)
It all depends on the volume. Yesterdays trades in the .30s were just scare tactics, we haven't had high volume sales in the 50's. If prices got that low I would scratch up more funds for buying as I'm sure many other longs would also.
Agree wholeheartedly. My purchase of PSPW was solely predicated on the history of Seawind, they had a viable company within this industry for years, alleviating my Rudana fears , enough to invest pretty heavily.
RedHat, interesting handle. :)
Well, this has been a news driven stock,
I was hoping we could float at .50 without any news for a while, oh well, we shall see..
If it is small volume selling at cheap prices, not a big deal,
Now when we get large volume selling cheap, I might worry.
Still will take the dramamine though
Oh damn,
Time to take out the dramamine again.
Was the bid really .36?
And just moved to .40?
What in the wide world of sports is going on here?
I would expect the stock price to rise before all of the projects and revenue flows are finalized.
Expectations and potential can move a stock price,
At least once the company is well known :)
I believe the dot.com boom proved that
Yes, big questions, possibly why there has been no news, they might be trying to resovle those issues first.
Just perturbed that to get answers to those questions one must go to Switzerland!!!
Enjoy, and have a pint with Zoe while overseas,
On me!
:)
I am 15 minutes behind, but when updating my account it flashed to .51. Did a trade go through for .51 in the last minutes? And then a .56 afterwards?
Congratulations, early Manhattans are called for.
And as an added bonus, he can keep an eye on PSPW headquarters for us!
:)
Thank you for your tireless efforts. Seawind was the half of the merger that I based my investment on, I have no doubts as to Seawinds capabilities. Just curious, have you tried digging up anything on the Alabanian projects, all I could find was that the government was in the process of selling off a significant quantity of hydro power plants, but I couldn't find any specifics. Also that the recent elections were razor close, and the opposition party was contesting the sale of hydro projects.
If you get bored :) with pulling up Seawind advances , you might try any of the Rudana contributions to the merger, I expect you might do better than I did.
Thanks again for all the updates.
Watching this stock is like the dog days of August only in July. I realize that this a real company, with real projects in motion, and a daily requirement for positive information is not rational, and if one believes in what they bought, you could turn off the PC and check back in September. The majority of the shareholders, approximately 80% private ownership if I'm correct, know exactly what is going on and might prefer that their plans remain low key at this time, there are a lot of competitors in this field and any business advantage is preferable to mollifying 20% of the owners.
Yup,
We have the rest of Power Hour to look forward to!
So if Gem was all wet, and there were no sales of restricted shares forthcoming, Zoedog wouldn't have had his blowout,
just trying to follow the crumbs here.
Better than watching paint dry...
And watch out for that fat finger
Something he posted a month ago had enough truth to it to send Zoedog off barking into the night!
Yes?
Well, he certainly wasn't speechless!
It wasn't that easy, it took a whole month to get the name out of Gem. :)
I'm impressed, a very nice firm to partner with,
would be a nice fit
http://www.blackstone.com/cps/rde/xchg/bxcom/hs/firm.htm
I hope Gem just i sprone to embellishment but the truth is at the core of his pronouncements
Can't help himself , can he :)
I do believe that will occurr, and in all liklihood, might be Blackstone, the $200,000 personal purchase of stock isnt a big deal in the long term view here
I think Doebop was closer to the truth 1 month ago or so. Loose lips sink ships, I think old Gem talked too much out of school about stuff not quite ready for prime time public consumption. A self imposed exile after getting a talking to.
JMO.
:)
A whole drove of flippers you mean, it takes quite a bit to accummulate investors on IHUB
It may significantly hurt the renewable energy market. If I remember correctly the plans for one of PSPW's Italian solar ventures were cancelled due to the government subsidy being greatly reduced.
Most renewable energy is government subsidized, and the general public has been readily aggreable to that subsidy, especially in Europe, but the available funding may dry up if a countrys budget shrinks dramatically. Germany appears to be all in for renewables so that will be a new market, and that is the one country in Europe on solid financial ground, but that being said they are actually supporting almost all of Europe, for much longer remains to be seen.
It is a country by country proposition, Italy, Spain , Portugal, Ireland, will probably not have funding available(PIGS).
France, Germany, ok. Albania, our lost forgotten Albania, they are in the process of trying to sell the hydro concessions to private companies, but that damn Rudana cloud has muddied up that forecast.
All of the above is my own uninformed opinion.
All right, thats enough :)
Just curious, basically it appears that the company is making steady progress in many of its promised ventures, but has no apparent desire to draw attention to itself, yet.
That is what is happening here, correct?
Any ruminations as to why? There must be something going on behind the scenes to explain this, or is this normal corporate behavior.
Excitement like this I could do without.
Stay calm and meditate.....Ommm
