I am in the holding PSPW is like a baseball season, 162 games long. The premise, the initial business plan, and 1/2 (guess which half) of the initial players made this a very attractive investment, especially early on.
The merger ocurred, great! Now we need to see what changes , if any, have been made in the business plan, what progress has been made. Until then, we wallow.

Although, as to the need of the investors to be informed, I believe over 80% of the investors have been informed of all of the above. it is just the public float, a tiny portion of this companys shares , that doesn't know what is occurring. And when the price per share hits a level that bothers the other 80%, then they will take action to move it northwards.

And I always keep in the back of my mind, those English lads at Seawind, who had a viable company beforehand, are as concerned , if not more so, than I , regarding the state of the share price. The other shareholders, behind their incommunicado corporate wall, I am less certain of.
