any dd shared is welcomed here.
With 3.07 million shares outstanding and 13,400 shares declared short as of April 2007, there is no longer a failure to deliver in shares of TEXG.

REVISED: it's wild that the ir guy or whoever mark is divulged that info!
saw bad weather on the radar and the destruction on fox news. hang in there tharmon, thoughts and prayers for you all.
good morning mpdanford, et al. thanks, it has been a learning experience and a process for sure. our son was granted us citizenship on thursday and his passport will be in the embassy on thursday the 8th. all is necessary is for the strike to be lifted for a formality to be taken cared of with the civil registry and a new ecuadorian passport!
keep your fingers crossed for me :)
happy b-day mac! have a great weekend all./eom
ot ~ Semi-Breaking News!!!!!!!!!! my gal went to the us embassy in quito yesterday and she showed a corrected document done by the ecuadorian civil registry. then she paid more fees for other documents that I had pre-filled while down there last sept. Once that was out of the way his passport application went to new haven, ct. waiting on offical word from the embassy via email to see if his us citizenship has been granted as of yesterday, in either case the passport will be in quito on tuesday and he will be for sure than.
all's left is a new ecaudorion birth cert and new ecuadorian passport or addendum pg as he's a dual citizen, or will be.
hopefully the ecuadrorian passport paper stock is avail, as there has been a run on that. plus, the workers at the civil registry department for the issuance on birth certs are on strike and have been for a week and a half. once those two items are done, it's a plane trip for both momma and son!
tgif and cinco de mayo baby!!!!!!!!!!!!
i'm looking forward to the verbiage of the upcoming 10q/eom :)

Deadly thunderstorms leave Texas in tatters
POSTED: 3:33 p.m. EDT, May 3, 2007
Story Highlights• Roads, homes flooded, trees down, 200,000 without power
• Three killed; two by lightning, one stuck in a submerged car
• 40 flights canceled at Dallas-Fort Worth airport Wednesday
• Wind gusts of 100 mph reported in Terrell, east of Dallas

DALLAS, Texas (AP) -- Days of deadly storms flooded roads, damaged homes and knocked down trees in Texas, and about 200,000 homes and businesses remained in the dark Thursday.
At least three people have been killed -- two hit by lightning and a third stuck in a submerged car.
High wind, heavy rain and lightning and zero visibility shut down Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport for more than an hour Wednesday. Forty flights were canceled, a dozen were diverted and others were delayed. (Watch Texas take a pounding )
Wind gusts of up to 100 mph were reported in Terrell, east of Dallas, the National Weather Service said.
In the north Dallas suburb of Plano, gusts blew power lines onto the roof of an unoccupied home, setting it ablaze. (Watch rain, wind wash over Dallas)
"The windows were popping out. It was scary," said neighbor Constantin Chernikov, 20.
Wednesday was the third day of storms, and more wet weather was expected across parts of the state on Thursday, with heavy rain and lightning in spots, the weather service said.
About 300,000 homes and businesses lost power in Dallas and Fort Worth on Wednesday after the storms pushed trees onto power lines and toppled about a dozen transmission towers near Cleburne, said Chris Schein, a Oncor Electric Delivery spokesman. Power had been restored to 100,000 customers by early Thursday, he said.
All three deaths were reported in Central Texas.
A 28-year-old woman was struck by lightning Wednesday as she walked to a parking lot after a boating trip with her family about 15 miles east of Waco, said Lt. Janet Smith of the McLennan County Sheriff's Office.
Also Wednesday, a 57-year-old woman died when her car became submerged in southwestern Bexar County. A day earlier, a 23-year-old man was fatally struck by lightning while fishing in a stock tank in Cameron.
To the west, torrential rain on Wednesday flooded at least two homes in Odessa and left streets with as much as 4 feet of water, said Dale Childers, Odessa's assistant fire chief. The city's emergency phone system was also knocked out briefly.

Rebel planes bomb Sri Lanka oil facilities
POSTED: 7:42 p.m. EDT, April 28, 2007
Adjust font size:
COLOMBO, Sri Lanka (Reuters) -- -- Planes of Sri Lanka's Tamil Tiger rebels dropped bombs on two oil facilities near the capital Colombo on Sunday, slightly damaging one, the air force said.
Residents said they heard explosions and firing as the military responded to the air raid. Hospital officials said two people who worked at a power station were being treated for gunfire wounds.
"Tamil Tiger aircraft came and dropped three bombs," an air force spokesman said, adding one fell on the Kolonnawa oil facility 5 km (3 miles) north of Colombo. Two others hit the Kerawalapitiya oil storage site, 15 km north of the city.
No damage was done at Kolonnawa but the Kerawalapitiya facility suffered slight damage, the spokesman said.
A Tamil Tiger spokesman said two of their aircraft carried out the raids, hitting both targets before returning safely to base.
Residents said power to the city had been cut.
Sri Lanka's military went on alert when radar detected suspect aircraft.
"I can hear gunfire. I can see flashes going up into the sky above the city," a Reuters witness said. Residents said they had heard two explosions.
Some residents said they saw gunfire being directed at a plane flying overhead.
A Reuters correspondent at Colombo international airport said passengers had been told to get off their flights but were later told to re-embark.
Small air capability
The security alert occurred after a similar one late on Thursday when Sri Lankan authorities temporarily closed the international airport after reports suspicious planes were seen flying south along the coast.
That air raid scare occurred two days after the Tamil Tiger rebels' newly unveiled air wing staged its second attack ever, dropping bombs on a military position in the north and killing six people.
The rebels' first air strike was on the air force base next to Colombo airport, and it took the military by surprise.
Analysts believe the Tamil Tigers' air force consists of just two to five light propeller planes assembled from pieces smuggled in over time.
The Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam, as the rebels are officially known, want to create an independent state in the north and east of the island for ethnic minority Tamils.
Since 1983, the war in Sri Lanka has claimed some 68,000 lives, including more than 4,000 since late 2005. The intensified violence of the past 16 months has left a 2002 ceasefire in tatters.

one time when i talked w/jc, he'd advs'd that a pr would be released later... as in later down the road (can't remember the exact words used but you get the picture) and the next day a pr came out.
exactly ctb... i view boston's "mess" better than portland. put me across the columbia river in vancouver and i'll drive across the river for tax free purchases.
sorry to dis on the the two cities dot system, but you all need some help there :)
my only dislike of portland is the street and freeways down there... that says a lot, i'd even prefer driving in beantown compared w/portland. takes some time getting used to.
i think i would have to live a cross the columbia.
nice ctb. i lived in san diego twice and out in twenty nine palms. i lived off of wilson ave in san diego the last go around down there. every once in a while i head to san diego or long beach for work and play.
