Then he asked a few questions i couldnt answer about trtcs greenhouse. it was not a business breakfast, hes good friends with my uncle. Just figured i would take advantage of his knowledge

come on your in the industry construction cost percentage should be a easy answer. i would of thought one in the industry would easly know that. if you asked me percatages for labor cost in my field i could answer you. i do understand individual jobs vary but there is still a average.
if a green house cost 5 million. About how much of that cost is construction? the way i see it is cost of new greenhouse materals minus cost of labor to tear down and cost of transportaion equals differencs between buying new or using old. new or old your excavating and new or reconstructing costs are fixed.
the more i think about it i think dismantling and then rebuilding a green house is a little far fetched. im sure its possible though.
