...Lee, please continue to ask the "hard questions"...
...and be skeptical...
...those of you who have invested tens and hundreds of thousands of dollars deserve better and more timely responses to your questions from YOUR company...
...do not be kowtowed and swayed by some here who continually "flagellate" us with exaggerations and distortions and prevarications...
...Duke...
...to be honest, Ohio I didn't need to read your lengthy dissertation condemning me...
...I awoke this morning to a tinge of guilt...my conscience telling me that I was out of line...consciences are good...some people here should take theirs out occasionally...
...that being said, I publicly apologize to Mr. Schneider for stating he was lying...
...this apology does come conditionally, however...
...I made the phone call...I spoke with Antoinette...THIS is what Antoinette said : "Oh, no we don't sell Kid Rock Beer, it's not distributed here yet"...
...Mr. Schneider's response of : "And after speaking with Antoinette, she said that she specifically told you that we are NOT currently selling the beer <<but will be in the future>> so please stop manipulating things." is either an "untruth" by Mr. Schneider OR by his employee...
...and, being as the latter is a possibility, I publicly repeat my apology to Mr. Schneider, as a gesture of sincerity and civility...
...however, on the phone call no mention of the beer being sold in the future was made...I can assure you...
...so I'll leave it up to the board to decide who is being forthwith here...
...by the way, notice Mr. Schneider's use of the term "in the future"?...
...the "future" could mean in ten minutes, ten days or ten years...
...it could also mean "next week" as some have stated here...
...we'll have to wait and see, I guess...Respectfully, Duke...
...thanks, Johhny...
...is "The EastHampton Star" responsible for all of the "off the wall miss (sic) quotes" and other misleading info here as well?...
...please post the location of the "kick off party" in case I'm in the area...Thanks...Duke...
...quickly, Ohio!...
...what did IIIIIII make up?...
...that "KR Beer IS already being sold in the Hamptons"? (courtesy of Artie Schneider)...
...or, perhaps that "I'll be tasting Kid Rock Beer this weekend"? (courtesy of...well YOU know who)...
...regional and national rollouts are weeks, if not months away...and YOU know it!...
...apurate!!!...Duke...
..."g-hurter", get your eyes off your goats, and call...
..."Antoinette" at The Memory Motel in Montauk (631) 668-2702...RIGHT NOW!!!...
...she will tell you ,that : "Oh, no we don't sell Kid Rock Beer, it's not distributed here yet"...what a surprise!...or, perhaps I should say : "What a lie"!...
...Kid Rock at Comerica Park next week is a BIG GO!!!...wish I was there to try some...
...but KR Beer at The Memory Motel next week is simply an exaggeration and dream of a bar owner trying to sell "celebrity" and concerts to the local establishment and press, as well as another fantasy by an unnamed pumper here who simply cannot help himself...
...so, simply stated...by this time next week we will NOT have Kid Rock Beer in The Hamptons...
...WHO is "PLAYING GAMES", my friend?...Duke...
...of course it's "next week"...
...it always is...
....remember : "I'm tasting Kid Rock Beer this weekend"...?...what was that guy's name?...let's see if KR Beer is in The Hamptons "next week"...
...no notice of Chelios' place serving KR Beer...of course...
...going by this company's recent past, I don't believe that Labor Day is a lock...
...just the same ol' same ol'...and @ $0.125...back up the proverbial truck...Duke...
...been going to "The End" and "The Hamptons" for years...
...saw many a famous act out there...
...never stayed at the Memory Motel, but I'll go back to Montauk if I like...
...you know Rita?...
...like I said...a bit eccentric...the place is still a dump, I opine...
...is your place out on the eastern end of Long Island?...
...just might stop by for a Long Island Iced Tea...with TV, of course...maybe vanilla...Duke...
...so what's going on here, gents?...
...July 1 : Kid Rock Beer PR...Good news...
: The Liquor Group 8-K filing (and PR)...Bad news...
...July 1-9 : Dozens of posts on the IHUB DKAM board by longs mentioning LIQR and telling us how much they're not worried...VERY bad news...
...July 9 : All-time closing low for DKAM stock : $0.125...well, you know...
...this stock is behaving like the stock of a company in trouble...
...anyone?...Duke...
...looks like the second coming of Kid Rock's April Fool's joke...
...have you really been there, RILO?...
...I have...
...the place is a dump...
...the only "watering hole" is where the goats and donkeys bathe and drink...at the same time...
...Rita's been struggling to keep the farm afloat for years...
...nice woman, tho...
...a bit eccentric and peculiar...but nice...Duke...
...you guys certainly do spend an exorbitant amount of time...
...posting, dissecting, debating and "fretting" about a frivolous lawsuit...
...why not re-read that December shareholder letter and dissect, debate and fret about the lack of execution and the abundance of miscues associated with it...Duke...
...I tend to wholeheartedly agree with your assertion...
...that : "nobody ever bashes a bad stock or company."...
...of course, your "idea" of a "bad stock or company" differs quite broadly from mine...
...this is, as we speak, a "bad stock"...Duke...
...some good news : I'm hearing from more than one source...
...that Dre's Detox will be out by Labor Day...
...can anyone else verify this?...Duke...
...it is now "official", Ohio...
...DKAM is now "down" after the release "on the kid rock news"...Duke...
...REAL companies also...
...keep their shareholders informed about "material" information, such as being "sued" or "defamed", and usually send out NR's refuting such "bogus" lawsuits...
...not make believe that they don't exist...Duke...
...try LOL'ing at the long...
...who has been buying 500, 1,000, 1,500, 2,000 or 2,500 "at the ask" at the close for more than two months now to prop up the SP and make it seem as if DKAM closed "unchanged" for the day...Duke...
...a little DD indicates to me...
...that you're more than a "one trick peon"...
...LMAO with this post I'm responding to...Duke...
...better adjust those reading glasses, Ohio...
...never said that DKAM was down SINCE the PR, as I was RIGHT THERE seconds after it was posted on ETRADE...
...in fact, I posted that day that the price was $0.132 when I saw the PR: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=39216044
...I CLEARLY stated in my last post : "...would be as good a time as ever, given the 8% LOSS on Friday following the Kid Rock Beer rollout announcement..."...
...obviously the post should have said : "Thursday" instead of Friday, as Thursday was the final trading day of the week...but we're all intelligent here, right?...
...MINUS EIGHT PERCENT the first full session following the Kid Rock Beer Press Release...
...INDISPUTABLE!!!...
...I've always had more than a "modicum" of respect for you, but to turn "8% LOSS on Friday following the Kid Rock Beer rollout announcement" into : "keep spinning your web of misleading facts", as well as : "the stock price didn't go down on the kid rock news. it went up. when the news was released...the pps was .132 it is now higher than that.",
disappoints me... YOU are better than that...
...I would like to ask you (and now that I read below that you are a "Military Man", I have even more respect for you)...
...are YOU, bostonbuckeye, or ANYONE else here satisfied with the stock's reaction to the KR Beer rollout PR?...especially in light of the stock's positive reaction to many previous positive PR'S...your honesty is welcomed...Duke...
...I would reckon that Monday July 6, 2009...
...would be as good a time as ever, given the 8% LOSS on Friday following the Kid Rock Beer rollout announcement...
...<<sneaky_peaky : "Now, I have to decide just when to post it to get the most bang for the buck" so to speak">>...
...yeah, might be an opportune time to attempt to stem the bleeding...
...just my opinion, of course...Duke...
...yes, Ohio...
...I actually thought that ETRADE had beaten everyone to the story...
...I logged in at approximately 2:37p.m., saw the Kid Rock Beer rollout PR (stamped at 2:35p.m.) and saw the SP down at $0.132...
...I was thinking : "Wow!, an opportunity to grab 100K shares ahead of the pack...an EASY 30-50%!!!...
...but I decided to check in with Yahoo Finance first where I saw kezzek's post...
...now, this is not to say that I won't regret not buying @ $0.14ish, but I just felt that I should allow the LIQR PR to filter through...
...I sincerely believe that Thursday's lack of enthusiasm for DKAM's stock is a forboding sign...
...I guess that "time will tell"...although"Time" has not been very gracious to Drinks' the past two years...Duke...
...I am actually impressed on several fronts...
...1) the Kid Rock Beer ramp up and rollout appear on schedule...
...2) that Kid Rock Beer will be available at Comerica Park kiosks (a huge positive to get this beer "on the map" during the Summer (party) season / I initially believed that this would not occur)...
...3) the label for "Badass" is PHENOMENAL!...
...KR will sell TONS of beer on the label alone, IMO...
...that being said, I believe that you are not being forthwith with your assertion that : "you are also saying that this stock should have soared on the PR of all PRs that we all said was coming. let me just tell you sir...this PR didn't say anything that us longs already thought would happen. we never doubted that KR beer would be first sold at the detroit concerts. we always said that it would open up first in Michigan and the heartland...because Kid Rock is true to his most loyal fans"...
...DKAM has "soared" on multiple previous occasions due to a positive PR / NR...IMO the lack of buying interest yesterday, as well as the 8% decline, MAY spell trouble for the stock..
...I have posted several times in the past few months that longs better hope that future "rollouts" are not already "priced into" the stock price...
...I think yesterday gave me some insight to that possibility, unfortunately...Duke...
...p.s : you sidestepped the "Global Beverages Asia" deal and the long-anticipated CC...
...gotta love it, Ohio...
...Drinks' is accused of numerous "breach of contract" violations in another company's SEC filing (8-K), but it will not defend itself with a news release because : "DKAM doesn't look like they are gonna give this smalltime company the time of day with a PR. Why give a crooked company extra press"
...do you realize how ridiculous that sounds?...
...by the way...when do you think they'll let their shareholders know whether the "Global Beverages Asia Ltd." deal will be consummated?...
...and how about that long overdue Conference Call?...Duke...
...still having difficulty identifying any shortcomings...
...that Drinks' Americas might have?...
...keep up the "pertinacious" DD...I'm sure you'll find a thing or two...Duke...
...what are you so angry about, "g-hurter"?...
...oh, I forgot!...
...5 million shares were supposed to have exchanged hands yesterday...
...along with a minimum 50% move (UP, I believe was the desired trajectory)?...
...I mean, "Just wait until the Kid Rock Beer rollout PR!!! Get in NOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!! We're going TO DA MOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNN!!!!"...
...I wouldn't be TOO upset, though...more shares at an 8% discount!...how can you go wrong???...
...did someone mention "Karma"?...Duke...
...my post refers to the Liquor Group 8-K filing...
...having an apparent greater impact on today's DKAM action than did Drinks' Kid Rock Beer release PR...
...nothing broader than that...Duke...
...in the "Battle of Press Releases", the winner is :...

Liquor Group Wholesale, Inc. (OTCBB:LIQR) filed claims exceeding $1,000,000.00 of damages against Drinks Americas Holdings, LTD. (OTCBB:DKAM).
Liquor Group commenced representation of Drinks Americas Michigan, which was swiftly amended to include Florida and Sixteen (16) additional states (all NABCA.org listed Control States except MS) of exclusive representation of brands marketed by Drinks Americas including: Trump Vodka & Trump Flavored Vodkas, Willie Nelson's Old Whisky River Bourbon, Damiana Liqueur, Bo Dietl's Casa BoMargo Wines, Cohete Rum & Agulla Tequila and other Drinks Products as they become available. These agreements utilize Liquor Group's patent pending Bailment method for the sale of alcohol products to the state level.
On or about December 19, 2008, Liquor Group notified Drinks Americas of their alleged numerous contract violations, including but not limited to overdue marketing funding and insufficient inventory to fill customer orders in excess of $300,000.00. Drinks Americas was given six months to bring their accounts current with Liquor Group and to revise the marketing agreements at this time, however no action was taken on their part to rectify the deficiencies.
Currently more than $830,000.00 of back-orders generated by Liquor Group remained unfilled by Drinks Americas.

...not surprising, I guess, based on their recent history of "overwhelming" underperformance and their inability to take advantage of available opportunity(ies)...Duke...
...I would never have had the audacity...
...to be so foolhardy as to predict that DKAM would fall 8% in the first full session following the NR announcing the Kid Rock Beer rollout...
...this stock sure is hard to figure out...
...I am stunned!...Duke...
...Ohio, a little research on Dre and his "son"...
...will show you that Dre apparently had very little to do with him...
...in fact, the boy's mother took Dre to court in 1990 to establish paternity, as he apparently initially denied being the father...
...additionally, after admitting to being the "father", he only promised to pay $500 a month in support...at the time he was already well on his way to fortune, if not already a millionaire...
...and one more tidbit:...
...he fathered another "son" in 1981 (Curtis Young), who later became a, you guessed it, rapper known as "Hood Surgeon"...
...not surprising, Dre did not even MEET Curtis until the boy was approximately 20-years-old...
...this info is readily accessible on the internet...
...I sincerely doubt that Andre Jr.'s death had any lasting effect on Dre...
...may I suggest you begin with "Wikipedia"...Duke...
...if there ever was a watershed moment...
...when the posters who are alleged to be PUMPERS did themselves in, it was today, with the 8-K filing by LIQR.OB...
...kudos to Lee (philsdaddy - I'm sure Phil is proud of you), caution,PKG, griff100 and BC, shareholders who wish to hold Drink's collective feet to the fire for leaving $800,000 in orders on the table...
...to read that 8-K and NOT to be critical of the company leaves one to believe that these "apologists" are indeed NOT shareholders...
...how could ANY shareholder NOT be sending "return receipt requested" letters to the company demanding answers?...Duke...
..."grandstanding"?...
...Drinks' was given ample time to take corrective action with Liquor Group and took NONE!!!...
...Drinks' failure to fulfill their contractual obligations with LIQR was material to LIQR's business and bottom line...
...I could imagine the moral outrage on this board if LIQR pulled a similar stunt on Drinks'...
...nice double standard at work here...Duke...
...your post is baseless, pointless and an egregious example of...
...appeasement and mitigation!...
...Drinks' did not, in this instance, as well as numerous others, DELIVER as contracted (as PROMISED)...
...to state here that LIQR's lawsuit is a "counter suit" is libelous and shameful!...
...please supply the link to an 8-K (or other release or filing) from Drinks' detailing LIQUOR GROUP's failure to fulfill their contractual obligations...
...otherwise, please have this fairytale deleted...Duke
...Lee, the tragic irony (at least from where I stand)...
...I'm seeing a NR about the KR rollout, stamped @ 2:35p.m. and simultaneously notice a share price of $0.132 (now approximately 2:37 p.m)...I quickly refresh and it's $0.137...
...and I'm saying to myself : "I'm going to beat everyone to the punch here. ETRADE got the jump on the news. 100,000 shares coming my way"...a quick "in and out" for 30-50%!!!...
...but something made me hesitate for a moment...
...then I pulled up Yahoo Finance and saw kezzek's post re: LIQR's 8-K...
...put the proverbial brakes on and decided that a trade was too risky until the 8-K news filtered its way around...
...leave it to this company to screw up the second most anticipated release in its history...
...oh, well!...live and learn AGAIN!...Duke...
...well, jonny, if you consider LIQR's plight desperation...
...what does this say about Drinks', who left $800K on the table?...
...nothing more "desperate" than a company which cannot get its proverbial and collective act together in the face of an all-time low share price and a shareholder confidence fading fast...
...the shareholders are "pleased as punch" that the company could not execute demand...
...please save me the excuses...this company has "failed to deliver as promised" over and over...
...what's next? (he asks rhetorically)...Duke...
...I tend to agree with you, caution...
...this launch has been touted as the company's savior for MONTHS now...
...if new shareholders don't jump in now (say within the next week or so), the momo from this NR will be lost, unless existing shareholders continue to "foot the bill"...Duke...
...70,000 shares the past 7-8 minutes...
...bid / ask moving UP!...Duke...
...<<AMERICAN BADASS BEER will be available at kiosks within the park during the concerts and rolling out in Michigan in the coming weeks followed by a number of Midwest market openings.>>...
...now THAT's some news you can sink your teeth into...Duke...
...three Kid Rock concerts so far...
...and not ONE reference to Kid Rock Beer being offered at the shows...
...and, sadder still, not one reference to his even mentioning the product during his performances...hmmmmmmmmmm...
...guess we were lied to again...Duke...
...now the MM's are abetting the "big buyer"!!!...
