...Drinks' was given ample time to take corrective action with Liquor Group and took NONE!!!...

...Drinks' failure to fulfill their contractual obligations with LIQR was material to LIQR's business and bottom line...

...I could imagine the moral outrage on this board if LIQR pulled a similar stunt on Drinks'...

...nice double standard at work here...Duke...
