...to be honest, Ohio I didn't need to read your lengthy dissertation condemning me...

...I awoke this morning to a tinge of guilt...my conscience telling me that I was out of line...consciences are good...some people here should take theirs out occasionally...

...that being said, I publicly apologize to Mr. Schneider for stating he was lying...

...this apology does come conditionally, however...

...I made the phone call...I spoke with Antoinette...THIS is what Antoinette said : "Oh, no we don't sell Kid Rock Beer, it's not distributed here yet"...

...Mr. Schneider's response of : "And after speaking with Antoinette, she said that she specifically told you that we are NOT currently selling the beer <<but will be in the future>> so please stop manipulating things." is either an "untruth" by Mr. Schneider OR by his employee...

...and, being as the latter is a possibility, I publicly repeat my apology to Mr. Schneider, as a gesture of sincerity and civility...

...however, on the phone call no mention of the beer being sold in the future was made...I can assure you...

...so I'll leave it up to the board to decide who is being forthwith here...

...by the way, notice Mr. Schneider's use of the term "in the future"?...

...the "future" could mean in ten minutes, ten days or ten years...

...it could also mean "next week" as some have stated here...

...we'll have to wait and see, I guess...Respectfully, Duke...
