Possibly. I think I would rather be undervalued than overvalued as the true shorts on the nasdaq would eat an overvalued co alive.

Can anyone here reconfirm based on the recent shareholder tour of the site that the projection of 13MM still makes sense as mentioned by CWatt250?
Lastly during the shareholder tour or in any 8K do we know if they have liability insurances and for how much? Last thing anyone wants is a fire and no insurance to recoup

Emerald also took a large stake in Nemus. So SIGO being early in the game may partner with a co like terra tech or sell to them. Seems the doubts here are how the co is operated. Once operations are in order which the CEO seems to be doings, things will surely pick up especially once the industry gets its next boost
By the way by going away more often than not will see the top dogs take over the small CO’s

Are you referring to the lawyer who was an advisor?
Many MJ companies are trading and evaluated based on forward projections. The reality we’re seeing in Canada is the big CO’s cannot keep up with demands which is why they buy off the small CO’s. SIGO being a small co regardless of no sales right now which seems due to plants not being ready for sale, will have sales. The demand in California will be as equivalent or higher as the demand in Canada and keep in mind California does not have Aurora, Aphria and or Canopy in the state.
If SIGO doesn’t sell to retailers, they will most likely sell to the wholesalers.
Sorry is your post reference to general filing dates or actual dates?? 10Ks are reported up to 90 days after year end and quarterly reports 10Q are reported 45 days after quarter end. When is year end and when is quarter end?
Also correct me if I’m wrong but I read something along the lines they changed their business from
Non for profit to operating in January which changes their whole reporting from an accounting perspective.
Can I get your opinion to why SIGO won’t be one of them?
How familiar are you with the Canadian LPs? Are you aware that Canopy buys from Invictus? That Aphria buys from Cannabis Wheaton and that Aurora buys from cannimed? Are you also aware Aurora now owns Shares in TG*D? This is just to name a few. Every big Canadian LP owns a stake in the small LPs or buying them out completely.
Do you know why the big CO’s are buying from the little CO’s and or buying them or taking a big stake? It’s because of supply vs demand and marketing. Did you know that California has the same population as Canada alone?
Are you also familiar to why these CO’s got so big? Are you also aware these are Canadian CO’s?
Now ask yourself this? What is happening with NAFTA and trade deficits? Politically and economically speaking do Americans enjoy feeding Canadian CO’s.
In your opinion what would happen when eventually MJ is fully legal in the US and US politicians realize the Canadian CO’s own the whole market share?
Now same question again? Why wouldn’t SIGO be a top dog if they are getting early in the game as all the Canadian CO’s did?
This is an odd board with odd comments
It’s quiet lately BG cause a lot of us shareholders are probably trading something else in the meantime. I’m sure many shareholders who were posting earlier are still around just not posting as often until the hype of the MJ industry is back.
Knowing who is at the helm of this co, debt free, recent acquisitions, low float, high ranking politicians son as advisor, recent CFO paid in shares, this is a no brainer stock to own that will surely grow in value. I’m suprised the equity firm who gave a fair value at .25 has not adjusted the value of this stock yet to be higher when we just bought the newco. and gave shares at 0.23$. IMO an immediate fair value without even considering any other fundamentals is minimum 0.23$
