like to see a close at $0.006 or just a hair above today. that would be a very positive sign of things to come. i'm more for a slow steady move north rather then a quick jump. shows more strength and support behind the stock. only 30 million in float. let's get our hands on most of that and see where the MM go from there.
continue to accumulate. i know it is hard to pay $0.006 when you already bought alot at $0.003, but at this level this company is still very cheap. we are stairstepping our way back to $0.01, and after that the news will push us on. holding long and strong.
anyone notice the afterhours trading? i saw 720,000 shares and it is at $0.0052. that's a great sign for tomorrow. i can't tell if that was one trade or a total. wow, i just realized that if we on this board can amass about 10 million shares we will have the market cornered. except for naked shorting of course. i'll do my part, anyone else? anyone want to be rich? ha ha ha! ok that's my last complete PUMP post, just getting excited about this one. GLTA.
Ok why does the bold thing never work for me?
The Chairman and CEO of Ingen Technologies, Inc, Scott Sand reports that the Company can also anticipate sales from $1,500,000.00 to $2,000,000.00 for the end of fiscal year 2005. These sales should bring $712,000.00 to $855,000.00 in gross earnings. The Company will file and move to the OTCBB as a reporting company A.S.A.P. Scott Sand, CEO & Chairman, said "This is a huge announcement for the Company. We are finally free of debts![/d] Now we can look further into the future. The Company is now poised to take some really big strides." Currently the company has spent approximately $4,000,000.00 in Research and Development to date.
That's from the June 14th PR.
that is a hoax, but a good one. that was not the flight number. i had to check to make sure.
conservative speculation on things to come????
well this is my opinion and not based on much but some simple math and charting. short term i think we will really test this stock the next two days. with two more good closes we can get back to the $0.0075 level. we may need a solid base before breaking $0.01 again if we hope to stay above. in my to june we had a cup with no handle. now we have the cup once again and need that handle. big difference though between a weak and a strong handle in terms of where we head next. somewhere in the plan the company mentioned additional share buyback. they will want to do that before the move to OTCBB. could be happening now for all we know. i hope so, cause they are getting them cheap. i would LOVE to see one more announcement of share buyback even if it is like 5 to 10 million. that's short term. long term i use the company's annual revenues to justify a share price. i have seen alot of different estimates and i think a conservative number for this year would be $5 million. Secure Balance sells for $53,000, OxyAlert for $300 and the OxyView for $75. I think there is enough sales potential in the state of Florida alone to make that happen. anyways, that my figure you can change it as you wish. $5 million in sales = $5 million market cap. assuming the 120 million outstanding shares that's a share price of $0.042. i'd be happen with that by the end of the year. i used this same primative approach to HISC and it worked. only difference is that it was based on solid reported contracts. IGTN needs a few of these to hammer down price targets. comments???
i have the same problem but mine will be ready tomorrow. i'm going to continue to accumulate at this level. i think daytraders picked this one up in the morning expecting alot more on the news and many of them don't hold over night. that's why we traded more then the float. the underlying theme seems to be accumulation at this level, which is good for us in the long term. hold long and strong. i am telling my friends about this one as well. i got them into HISC early (well not as early as alot of people) and want them in this one too. i enjoy making people money (and some for myself of course). something i think u all should be aware of is this "30 day quiet period" before a move to the OTCBB. i would venture to say that we are either beginning it or will in the next few days. They can still announce things like revenue driving contracts and agreements, but they cannot change the overall structure of the company. exactly what that means i am not 100% sure, but i would think that announceing a new product line like the OxyView would be such a change. now that this is out the company itself can focus on marketing of their products and release PRs related to that. i am correct in saying that the audits are complete right? they are not required to post the result yet though are they? right now i would guess we are looking at very little debt (but not alot of assets either) and fewer shares then most companies in this situation. accounts payable may be larger then accounts receivable due to the Pure Produce campaign. i will be curious to see how they list their patents and how much goodwill they list. i would prefer no goodwill rather then making the report look rosey with higher assets. goodwill is crap IMO.
I am little disappointed in how this board has been effected over these past two week. IMO we should just let the bashers bash and the pumper pump, and in the end all the longs can have a toast to those that missed the boat. The name calling is just plain childish. I've been called many names on here and RB but refuse to take part in that. Some of you have been very helpful with good DD. Some of you have even been helpful with some healthy "what if" bashing. I think anyone who uses message boards to find and guide investments knows enough to check past posts on people when something sounds like a pump or bash. I just get a little annoyed when I leave my desk for ten minutes and come back to see 20 posts of nothing but name calling and useless banter. Enough said.
OT: I want to be one of the first to go on record and recommend IGTN at its current level of about $0.005. Do some DD yourself, but if you are looking for good potential I think you will like it. Plese join us on that board for further discussion.
very true goose, sorry about that. i meant the even penny resitence point. we are not re-testing a previous low. i just thought on drops like this one that once you get below $0.05 you should see pressure at each cent. kind of like at $0.04 when we tried to keep it up there. anyways, i ahve to focus elsewhere. off the subject, if u r doing some DD around the market u should look at IGTN. maybe wonder over to the board if you have a chance. big news to day and it looks like the company is rebounding nicely from a reent low. good luck.
ladies and gentlemen, u would do good to get your friends into this one now. anything under $0.01 is a steal. money will be flowing from HICS profits and i know some of you from that board. i didn't get as much as i would have liked at $0.003, but i'll take what i got. the way i see it, this new product creates the tripod for this company. with the oxyalert, secure balance and now the oxyview this company will surely stand on its own. the ace in the hole is the pure produce project that will surely take some time to "grow". excuse the pun. patents pending on the oxyview add more value to the equation. the mention of malpractice lawsuits in the PR indicates part of the company's marketing strategy. this is not a product that is nice to have, it is one that any doctor must have. how about an agreement with insurance companies to slightly lower the premiums for doctors that use this product. that would be huge. moving to the OTCBB in a few weeks. the fact that that word is weeks instead of months is awesome. we all know this stuff takes alot of time, but the company is narrowing it down to weeks now which sends a prosperous sign. the next PR about this will say days. then we will easily see $0.01 and possibly $0.02. contracts involving oxyview sales (as well as continued oxyalert and secure balance) will boost us more towards $0.05. anyone know more about the pure produce then what u can read on the PR site? like when will the factilities at their locations be constructed? i'm also curious if the southern california location ever happened or if the NJ one is actually the first. good luck everyone. this is a very exciting time.
today (as well as the rest of the week) are huge for DMOI. we are testing the 52 week low and a close below $0.03 followed by an open below $0.03 would be disasterous. i am hoping that we see a steady base form at $0.03. i will be accumulating anything below $0.03, but nothing until then. warren buffett's rule is to never invest in anything that he does nto fully understand. right now i do not fully understand DMOI so i am holding off. if some of you longs could please spark up a conversation explaining DMOI's unique technology it would really help me to define their business.
in looking back over this year's press releases i only see one contract with R&S Manufacturing for somewhere around $750,000 this year. has anyone else kept a running tab of the company's the PLNI has signed contracts with and what kind of dollar figures we are talking? i see that they are reporting being profitable as of the 2nd quarter of 2005, but i'm just trying to weigh what that means. did the $750K deal put them into profitability? also, how much revenue is the semco deal going to bring PLNI?
i understand that IMX and HISC signed a deal for HISC to market IMX's sniffer in Lebanon, but is there a chance that IMX would in turn market the tracker? kind of a u scratch my back i'll scratch yours deal. i get the feeling we will get an announcement of a deal in central america here any day. this stock will take of like DHB did as soon as it can start posting PR's about their backlog of orders (too much demand for their capacity). that's a huge sign to many defense stock traders.
tanail, i've been trading pennies for about 3 years now pretty steadily and it is not that unusual for a stock to trade multiples of its float on spikes. if u look back to mid june when it did trade 50 million shares in a day you have to notice the nice setup that occurred a few days prior. u will notice the base and a slight upward movement followed by a huge trading day. i think there are alot of daytraders that buy in on signs like this and look to make about 10% to 20% in one day. on the day that traded 50 million the stock was up about 100% at one point. this is also right around the time that the company released news of record sales. news or no news daytraders or momentum traders jump on board when their alerts go off for either volume or price. looks like we are poised for another run like that one, but without solid news it will likely give back everything that it runs. we need sales results and an update on the pure produce.
just keep acquiring at the $0.003 level and i think we all will be fine by the end of the year. just remember all of u that were here in the beginning when this board explodes like HISC did. first we need that base at $0.003 and then news on the Pure Produce expedition and continued increasing sales of OxyAlert and Secure Balance. another release of further share buyback would prove to me that management really does care about shareholder value.
looks like all u need now is the handle and this one could be primed to really move. not sure what is holding this one back right now. unfortunately i am still on the sidelines cheering u on. good luck.
oh don't get me wrong, there are tons of us waiting for a dollar. i just know alot of investors who have taken their initial investment back out. i am one of them, but i still have a little position that i'll hold for $1. i really enjoy the post son this board. i've been keeping my friends informed and they like the potential as well. i can't confirm that they all bought in or not, but i keep them posted on news and what the general sentiment is on this board. took me awhile but i finally convinced them that this board is different then RB. can't wait for the white papers and movement to OTCBB. GLTA.
nothing to worry about here. this is a good sign. we can base at $0.10 for awhile until solid contracts go through or the white papers are complete. frankly i prefer it that way over the heavy volume and fluctuations. i am getting a few of my friends in as well on dips below $0.10, but nothing near a million shares. who's selling? i'll tell you, its those people who bought a million shares below $0.01 and are now sitting on $100,000. most of them are taking out their initial investment for security. can't blame them. as much as i love HISC it is still a pinkie.
yeh it appears HISC is ponying up some of their money to soften the wallets of those that are connected. sounds like good ole politics to me. i think frank knows just what he is doing and bennett is probably right behind him saying go for it.
since the company recently retired about 15M shares, why would investors believe that dilution is the cause of IGTN being so low? IMO the stock is depressed due to naked shorting as well as the fact that the company is right in between its business plan right now, which opens the doors to alot of extra risk. by between business plans i mean that they are moving some of their focus away from their big ticket products (OxyAlert & Secure Balance) and funneling those resources into the Pure Produce operations. there is really no need for dilution because they already received funding from some Asian investors to the tone of $3M. with Khoo Yong Sin still in the drivers seat for this project i believe this funding is secure. i did a little research on this guy and it appears he was an assistant manager with Singapore Power International. i am not ready to back up the truck and call this guy the solution to our problems, but it appears we are putting some qualified engineers in place. by my caluclations the $3M of funding (of which only $250K has been transfered to IGTN) will go towards paying for the land to house the Pure Produce facilities and to complete the purchase of IGTN's patents, which was recently announced. still alot more DD to be done on the Pure Produce campaing, but it appears to "have roots" ha ha. more DD to follow.
well i stumbled over something today that may explain the steady downtrend. it is one thing for pennystock investors (gamblers at heart) to think this technology is up-and-coming, but the share price will more depend on the enthusiasm of the general public. that is why this report scares me.
Diamondi’s WiFiCasinoGS offers casinos wireless gambling

We totally get why people gamble in casinos, and we sort of get why people gamble online (they’re addicted), but we’re not exactly clear on why a company called Diamondi Technologies thinks that casinos and cruise ships are going to want to use their new WiFiCasinoGS and WiFiCruiseGS systems to enable customers to gamble from wireless handhelds. Yeah, it’ll make it tiny bit easier for guests to gamble at the drop of a hat (which casinos always like), but who is going to want to travel to Vegas to experience the thrill of gambling on a Pocket PC? Besides, the first thing that’s going to happen is that someone is going to “lose” one of these “highly secure” handhelds and then hack it to pieces.

any thoughts or comments on this? it worries me that this came from a high tech consumer goods website that totes all the new and cool stuff out there. this was my initial question to the DMOI board and all I got was called a basher the first time. hopefully we can begin an intellectual conversation from here on. thanks.
smith111, i'll try and help a little but i highly encourage you to go back over the past few weeks of posts (probably a thousand though) becuase there were some good conversations (unlike the ones concerning chisox). i hope this helps:
Positive
1. Savannah Project (do more DD on this) coupled with the growing Homeland Defense spending. Contracts are already rolling in overseas, but we haven't even tapped the keg here in the U.S.
2. Big agreement with Nextel to develop and market their products. HISC's business plan appears to be a one stop shop for security. They have the CYBERTRACKER with Nextel, the CYBERNOSE from IMX, and other security checkpoint things that they can help with.
3. Compared to other pinksheets, HISC is about as close to moving to the OTCBB as any stock I have seen. With only 450 million ish outstanding shares and of those only about 200 million in float there is not a saturation problem. The company appears financially stable and as these new contracts roll in their free cash flow situation will improve. Only time will tell.
4. I know u ask for 3 but I can't leave off Bennett. Mr. Bennett joins the HISC team after serving as a member of the Bush administration. He is well connected politically both here in the states and in the Middle East. Most of us feel that we have him to thank for the recent contracts.
Negatives
1. Big competition. Homeland Security is a hot sector that everyone wants to be in right now. Not hard to justify the need for their products. (Study the Savannah Project to find out how HISC has slight advantage on some of the competition).
2. Recent contracts overseas have both been with ProSec. HISC has a contract with a school system to put their trackers in buses, but more contracts are needed outside of ProSec to really show overall acceptance of HISC's products.
3. Government contract process sucks. First HISC will have to be GSA certified, then they will have to prove their product is the best for the money. They will have to compete for a contract, which may squeeze their margins.
There are more of both, but in my opinion there are twice the postives then there are negatives. Recent dips in the share price have not been caused by any negative publicity, just some of the early holders taking some profits and of course the effects of our new basher friends. GLTY.
DMOI is looking for a bottom. will it be $0.03?
so can anyone shed some light on my qustions...
1. if they are convertible at any time and it is 10 for 1 and they are currently at $1, then wouldn't that imply that the company is trying to stabilize the price at $0.10 for now? because if and when the price goes to $0.20 a share then these investors can in essence excute their conversion and sell out for a 100% profit. and $0.20 is just the tip of the iceberg. seems like we as share holders do stand to lose there.
2. i understand that management owns alot of the shares but what is stopping them from selling some to free up the cash to purchase these restricted to put them in front of everyone? kind of like the safety net. would the sec be over them for that?
3. checked the signatures on a few documents and Frank sure changes his signature each time, but that is not too out of the ordinary cause I do the same thing.
4. any speculation what these shares may be tagged for? like what the company might plan to do with the funds from these or some of these.
5. is there any kind of requirement to move to the OTC-BB or beyond of having preferred shares at least authorized? seems like they are building more and more security into their business plan for investors.
hey guys, i wouldn't be opposed to some off topic mentioning of these "companies with good ideas". i always look forward to some more DD. it took me too long to find HISC but i eventually did. as far as DMOI i am personally waiting for a soldi base. gotta see an end to the current bleeding. i also have some more DD to do. i don't fully understand their technology. i see the potential, but still don't know their management team and full business plan. as far as the big "news" everyone is talking about, i would bet a buck that this big news is the casino deal. i bet they are working that every single day, but don't want to tell anyone because if it doesn't go through that would be disaster. am i correct in saying that the technology is fully developed? any ideas on who the big manufacturer will be? like for HISC it is Nextel. something like that would make for a great pr. anyways, i need to do more DD. please spare me the harsh responses about doing my DD before i post. just trying to join the conversation. thanks.
sorry, i retract the florida thing. inc there and hq in NC.
i am at work and can't do much DD right now.
has anyone spoken to the company about these preferreds?
here are my questions...
1. is it even legit? i have never seen anything like this not mention the company or have a letterhead of the company within the document. why is the body of the form not signed by Frank? is that even Frank's signature (that should be easy to find and i will check that in a few minutes).
2. i thought the company was inc in NC, so why are we filing in FL?
3. how is the document signed on the 6th of June and filed on the 5th?
am i smoking crack here or is something up?
jersey, i'm very skeptical about the "two weeks" thing. there is a limit to what these guys can tell us and that sounds overboard. also, don't they kind of get paid to pump the stock? i am long on this one, but i prefer a slow and steady rise instead of a rollercoaster. but thanks for the DD work.
sorry, my lst post was messed up cause i didn't end the bold right. can you understand it though, supevalue?
i have noticed outstanding similarities in the three month chart of PLNI and the 2 months of late April till late June of HISC. PLNI is poised to make a run, but then i consider the float that is twice as large. on the HISC board i have noted many investors that got in at under $0.01 that hold over a million shares. if there was some way to increase the number of people reading this site who could comment on the quantitiy of shares they have and continue to amass then i would be more inclined to mentally reduce the float and grow my own position.
make sense?
supervalue,
just to clarify...
The science and technology is new for plastic recycling
with strength needed, also the rebar supports are court case won product patented.
what do you mean by strength needed?
Comparing HISC very goverment regulated service area
homeland security eventually the goverment will take from
HISC what it gives, Negatives are there also
not sure what you mean here either.
let's see how hard and often we bounce off the $0.10 point. could dip past there today for a nice buying in point.
all, i really like the potential of this company but with over a billion shares outstanding (even though only 400 million are in float) this one does not seem capable of HISC type moves. I was actually weighing the two and made the decision to buy into HISC about a month or so ago. PLNI is adding some great contracts and sales agreements to expend their line of products and product distribution but i just can't figure out what would make this one run like HISC. i don't want to get too much off topic talking about HISC but i read a post about a comparison between the two. in all fairness i do see a move to the OTC-BB in PLNI's future. their business plan is solidifying, but where is the big acceleration potential. i guess if they got a contract with one of the larger home building companies here in the states then that would mean several years of steady revenues. i will admit that i have a great bit of DD to do yet because I am not fully aware of PLNI's competition. is this really a new "technology" in their rebar? i know i am going to get some responses that i am a basher because this post is kind of negative, but i have some free cash flow now from HISC and i am researching were to invest it. keep up the good conversations on this board, thanks.

I think 10-12 is our new base. Could be here for awhile as we shake out the weak and continue to accumulate for our next more to $0.20. Every single one of my friends that I told about this did their DD and got in. They are loving the ride as much as we are.
over 50% of the float is short
where did that figure come from?
just a couple questions come to mind this morning...
1. isn't GSA for FEDERAL government contracts only?
2. aren't most of the ports state owned and operated?
3. what kind of margin did HISC negotiate with IMX on the sniffers?
4. does it worry anyone that their two biggest deals have been with the same company? hopefully the south american deal will be someone different.
5. what is the term of these contracts? i.e. when will Pro Sec be paying for all this stuff? one year deal or multiyear deals?
any thoughts?
bigarow, i guess i'm still a novice at this DD stuff, but what limitations does a CEO have on what he can tell an investor? like if i wanted to get some clarity on their business plan could he fill me in? i just want to know who on the staff is qualified to help leverage this new agricultural technology. i am not looking for who they plan to add to the team i just want to see if anyone is there already. i want to do alot more DD on mr. sand. that's another reason i bought into HISC because the CEO has a decent business background (successful billboard company that he sold). can anyone tie together the movement from medical devices into the agriculture thing? i'm just looking to start some good discussion on this board. i do see some familiar faces that really boosts my confidence that we might be on to something here.
the next catalyst has got to be a contract IMHO. i'm waiting to see if anything materializes out of south america. can anyone enlighten us on what the CEO's comments were about this trip? i'm guessing it might have something to do with the drug trade at airports down there. wonder where the CEO will go next. i'll guess somewhere in europe. that would make me very happy. lots more money to be made in europe then in south america, but a contract is a contract. the catalyst after that which will put us into the $0.20 range is the completition of the "white papers". after that it could be the movement to the OTC-BB which will probably get us past $0.25. by that time the movement will be built into the price if it is not already.
