i am at work and can't do much DD right now.

has anyone spoken to the company about these preferreds?

here are my questions...

1. is it even legit? i have never seen anything like this not mention the company or have a letterhead of the company within the document. why is the body of the form not signed by Frank? is that even Frank's signature (that should be easy to find and i will check that in a few minutes).

2. i thought the company was inc in NC, so why are we filing in FL?

3. how is the document signed on the 6th of June and filed on the 5th?


am i smoking crack here or is something up?
